We found it by accident without Yelp just kinda wandered after leaving Mission Santa Ines. They have gluten free crust but sadly were all out but nice to know it was an option. read more

This place is a hard no. We ordered a pizza and most of it was pretty much sauce no cheese. Like legit at least half the pizza. Not worth going back to have them fix cuz they were closing soon and had a line still. Their mozzarella sticks are garbage!!!! Like gag reflex galore. The marinara sauce was just canned tomato sauce, which they didn't bother to jazz up. Just plain tomato sauce. They shouldn't even have this on the menu. It's really gross. Like how do you mess up fried cheese!!!??? Back to the pizza, it was bland and tasteless. Under new ownership is what we were told by the guy who took our order. Horrible service!!!!!! Ordered a pizza. Waiting (still as of writing this) for over 30 minutes and still no pizza. Our other party already got their pizza and ate it. We are still waiting. 2 parties that came in after us already got their pizzas, we are still waiting.... ridiculous. Came up to the guy at the front asking him about our order. He went inside, the guy inside told him the pizza had been done a long time ago, but he doesn't know where it is. I heard all this. He comes out and gives me BS about how the pizza is still in the oven. Really?? I just heard your conversation...! Perhaps the pizza will be good (still waiting for it....) but because of the service I will not be back and will not recommend this place to anyone. I was planning to recommend this place to another party coming into town tonight, but because of the horrible service and the lying, I will not be recommending this place to anyone. It's one thing to admit your wrongs and apologize and offer a free $1 soda or something, but to flat out lie, it's unacceptable. Wife just went up to him to ask for a refund and he refused. I'm eating a slice of leftover All Meat pizza as I write this review! It is as tasty as my first hot slice yesterday! It has lots of meat and lots of cheese! The guy that took my order was super awkward zero customer service skills, and I think they literally forgot the sauce to my pizza, way too salty with all the pre cooked- bacon. We've ordered pizza from here three times now and each time we have been absolutely floored with the quality. VERY good pizza! A neighbor had dismissed Tower pizza saying he didn't like how thin the crust was so we hadn't been there assuming they only had thin crust. We were SO happy to stumble upon the fact that they have DEEP DISH pizza, also! We've ordered your standard two topping pizzas in deep dish style and they have always been wonderful. The toppings were plentiful, but not overwhelming. Also, they offer green olives which is such a nice change- and the olives they use are very flavorful! However, one time recently we got creative and ordered the Idaho pizza which is with white sauce, hashbrowns and bacon. Sounds odd, but it is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. Another thing not to go without saying is the staff are so nice and super helpful. We have always felt comfortable and at home there. They must treat their employees well because they seem genuinely happy to be there and eager to help make your meal a good one. I realize this sounds over the top for a pizza joint but I'm telling you- Tower Pizza is where it's at! So happy to have this just a few minutes from my house. read more

I love this little city and I am head over heels about this pizza place. Quality ingredients, retro gaming and adquate indoor/outdoor seating. The line wasn't too long so we chose this place as a last minute go to for a quick bite before heading back home to Ventura. I got to play Arcade games the entire time we waited and the meatball sandwich was actually much better than I expected. Not being a fan of meatball sandwiches for the most part, I figured it would just be tolerable, but they took me by surprise with the quality of their clearly home-made "from scratch" product. Although we did have to wait quite a while for our food to be finished, they do have a giant sign letting you know to please be patient because everything there is cooked to order, which I clearly believe after tasting the freshness of the sandwich. Next time I'm in Solvang I would definitely go back to try out their pizzas and maybe talk to some of the staff to see how they like working at the place. Just ordered delivery from this place, took about 40 mins. The pizza was a solid 7 (I am from NY and have been spoiled by amazing pizza). We also ordered mozzarella sticks which were a boring, bland level 2, too much breading and they did not give us marinara sauce!
