Vileo coffee shop is located inside the office building ( three entrances from the inside and the outside of the building, and from the beautiful patio.) A hidden gem! An amazing place! Friendly and very welcoming atmosphere . We have met the owners and the staff and they are super friendly and extremely nice. A family owned small business who still values customer service - priceless. Plenty of outdoor seating - beautiful patio and comfortable indoor seating as well. The pastries, coffees , smoothies, toasts, sandwiches were top notch. Everything was fantastic, everything is baked fresh from scratch daily. Overall: Wonderfull family owned coffee shop . Yummy food! Definitely going back and definitely recommend to everyone.

After my boyfriend's barbershop appointment, I decided to research coffee shops in the downtown area. Found some good reviews on this one and it was close by, so we decided to check it out. I love the outside front area of the coffee shop, doesn't feel like Vegas. There are palm trees and tables outside with a wide black staircase leading up to it. You do have to pay for parking, it was only a few bucks. We ordered the iced Biscoff latte, tiramisu matcha latte, the avocado elegance toast, and the lox bagel. They were pretty tasty. My boyfriend couldn't really taste the tiramisu in the tiramisu matcha latte, it was still good though. The food was delicious. Pricing is a bit expensive, we spent about $50 for everything. Service was great. The barista brought our food and utensils over to us, he was very nice. I recommend if you're in the downtown area.

This is such a cute space and it saddens me it's not open on the weekends. The service was very inviting and I tried the Biscoff latte and it was amazing. It wasn't super sweet and I will definitely be back to repeat my order .

Ambiance is nice, Clean nice simple Decor. They are also at the first floor if you do the garage parking, they also have a patio seating they do need some umbrella tho cause it does get hot. But i like the patio seating i do hope they add a fence later on and a umbrella. Service was great our server was very nice and helpful, the drinks i ordered were both good. The coffee bean was not acidic it was earthy and flavorful! Definitely will be back if Im near by.

Needed a quick lunch while on jury duty break. I'm pretty familiar with the area and didn't want to walk towards Fremont St or be by any of the downtown properties. With a quick yelp search, I found Vileo Coffee Bar, just around the corner - literally a 2 minute walk - from the courthouse. Vileo is very unassuming, easy to miss. However, the very definition of a hidden gem. It's a small coffee shop located inside of, I believe, a shared business building, with a very rich ambiance both in decor and food offerings. From velvet blue chairs, to their prosciutto rolyale, Vileo easily felt like a coffee shop where business suits and dresses often stopped by. I ordered the tiramisu matcha and prosciutto royale. The employee at the register took the time to ask me about my day, with eye contact that made me feel like he was genuinely interested, and not just asking because it's part of his job. I think someone else behind the counter caught the conversation as well, because he made sure I knew the baguette royale would take about 15 minutes and ensured I had enough time before going back to jury duty. I took a seat at the first table I saw, which was pretty much in front of the counter and along a glass window looking into a walkway inside of the building. I took the quiet time to catch up on notifications and scroll. My matcha was delivered right to my table. To my surprise, the tiramisu matcha was DELICIOUS. So much so that at the end of my meal, I walked out with my to-go cup so I could shamelessly lick the lid where left over cold foam stuck. So much so that I craved it for the rest of the week and tried duplicating it at home. Once the prosciutto royale came out, I was pleasantly surprised with the portion of this. It also came with a salad. First bite into the sandwich was a perfect bite that fit comfortably in my mouth. The sandwich was put together nicely - nice crunch, easy bites, nothing fell out. Prices reflected the rich, high quality experience. There are so many things I'd love to go back for. First and foremost, that matcha. I eyed a nice chocolate twist and other tasty treats as well. Can't wait to come back!

Matcha or coffee or pastries can't go wrong! Love it! And the customer service is one of the top reasons why I like going the most :)

Love it. Beautiful hidden gem! Good vibes and music. Loved the croissant fresh and warm. Coffee was yummy. And everything reasonably priced. I forgot I was in Vegas, you feel like your somewhere else. You have options of chairs or couches.

The matcha parfait was good with a nice creamy texture and flavoring. However, I have one complaint. When coming with two others where we are lactose sensitive and with one having an allergy to oats, they wanted to try the matcha latte's and we asked if they can make with almond milk . The female worker said they don't have almond milk and only do oat or whole milk which was odd, and I asked again to confirm and was told no. They ended up having to do whole milk despite being lactose intolerant and was bothered. I look through here from comments by the owner saying that they CAN substitute with almond milk, which is confusing and a little annoying that we were told they don't substitute almond milk and was never told a reason why. That's one complaint for those who might be allergic to oat milk or are lactose sensitive: There is barely any option to accommodate and for that I give three stars. I probably would not come back again nor recommend because of the lack of accommodation for those who cannot have oat/almond milk. However despite that it is good to try once.

But once you find the beautiful, ornate wooden door and step inside, you're transported into a charming little wonderland. The interior is unlike any other café in Las Vegas, with a greenhouse feel, small trees, unique décor, and plenty of cozy spaces to relax. The atmosphere is airy, whimsical, and fun. My favorite drink is the Iced Butterfly Latte, a delicious banana-flavored latte that's both unique and refreshing. I've also ordered the Berry Ricotta Brioche several times, and it's always amazing. The menu offers a great variety of pastries, sandwiches, desserts, and specialty drinks, so there's something for everyone. Pro tip: Find a table before ordering! This place gets very busy, and seating fills up quickly. If you're with friends or family, have someone save a table while the others order. Overall, Gäbi is one of my favorite cafés in Las Vegas, and I continue to bring friends and family whenever I get the chance. Between the delicious food and drinks, the beautiful atmosphere, and the hidden speakeasy vibe, it's truly one of the most unique café experiences in town.

Restrooms were really clean and had the same style decor too, so I appreciated that attention to detail. However, I docked 2 stars since I couldn't order anything. I arrived at 939pm, looked at the menu and decided on a slice of the Ube Crepe cake and one of the Apple Cinnamon macarons. They don't close until 10pm and people were still coming in, and there were still plenty of people sitting in the restaurant, but the staff didn't let me order anything at 945pm saying that she doesn't take any more orders after 930pm. What?!?! What the hell? You're open for a whole 30 more minutes and don't want to take my money - am I hearing that right? My friend had cash on him, and he was willing to pay cash if that's less of a hassle, and still no. It's not even to-go only, it was a flat-out no, before their 10pm closing time. THAT IS CALLED CRAP SERVICE. However, the 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 stars is because one anonymous employee who witnessed that go down changed my perspective of this spot. This person asked me not to reveal their identity on my Yelp review out of fear of getting in trouble. They overheard me trying to order but got turned away, then pointed to the macaron in a box in the fridge on display right there to my friend. So as I was walking towards the bathroom, this person (different than the girl who rudely turned me away) apologized for what happened and gave me the apple cinnamon macaron as a gift. That was so sweet of them. The macaron was absolutely perfect too, it was delicious - the perfect texture of the macarons, apple filling, in the center between the cream, with the crunch from I think they were dried apple bits on the side of the cream - amazing!!! But still insanely Vegas tourist trap rip off overpriced with the macaron that person gave me worth $8.35/piece. Honey & Butter Macarons in Irvine, CA or Durian Macarons at Sweet Mood in Westminster, CA, still keep their also delicious macarons under $5 each while having cute decor/ambiance (I'll admit they're not as impressive and unique as this spot though). But they're essentially banking on tourists not knowing any better and what things should actually be worth/gouging tourists as much as they can. Essentially, you're paying for the ambiance. Definitely not paying for the crap service. Food is good, but not astronomically priced good - you're kidding yourselves. You may be able to get away with stuff like that if you're inside one of the luxurious casinos on the Strip, like Venetian, Caesars, Bellagio, etc. But especially being off-strip, get a reality check. I may come back (thanks to your anonymous employee's kind gesture giving me that macaron), but it's more just to show my parents the cool ambiance.

I've been coming to Suzuya Patisserie for years. There was a time when I came almost every week,…read moreand whenever my friends had birthdays, I would preorder their cakes here because I genuinely love the quality of the desserts. My family and I have supported Suzuya since the very beginning, when the first location opened on Durango. We've watched the business grow over the years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, today's visit was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I ordered a breakfast crepe, a curry cheese sandwich, a mango mochi, and a whole cake. The breakfast items were served without any fork or knife. When I asked for utensils, there was no effort to provide them. The mango mochi was also served without utensils. When I politely asked the staff member wearing the mask for a fork, she simply replied, "You don't need utensils." That response honestly surprised me. Mango mochi is sticky and messy to eat by hand. It wasn't about the fork itself--it was the complete lack of willingness to provide even the most basic customer service. The bigger issue was when I purchased a birthday cake for a friend. I was told there were no bags available for a 6-inch cake. However, I saw other customers receiving bags. I even asked, "If I buy two more cakes, making it three cakes total, would you be able to give me a bag? I only have two hands." The answer was still no. That response simply made no sense. What made the experience even more upsetting was how I was treated because I had my service dog with me. My dog is a professionally trained service dog--not a pet. He remained calm throughout the entire visit. He never barked, never approached anyone, never disturbed other customers, and simply laid quietly beside me. Despite that, I was questioned about whether he was a service dog, whether he had a service vest, and then told that because I had my service dog with me, we would have to sit outside. I found this extremely disappointing. My dog was behaving exactly as a trained service dog should, yet I was still directed outside solely because he was with me. I sincerely hope the staff receive proper training on how to respectfully interact with customers who rely on service animals. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. After being directed outside because of my service dog and then repeatedly being refused basic accommodations that should have been simple to provide, it became difficult not to question whether my service dog influenced the way I was treated. I truly hope that wasn't the case, but it certainly felt that way. This isn't just my opinion anymore. Many friends have shared the same experience with me over the years: the cakes are excellent, but the customer service is consistently disappointing. People return because the desserts are amazing--not because of the hospitality. Sadly, it often feels like there's no warmth or genuine care for customers. I've always heard wonderful things about Mike, and from what I've seen, he seems like a genuinely kind person. I can't help but wonder how he would feel if he knew loyal customers were leaving with experiences like this. I'm usually not someone who complains or leaves negative reviews. It takes a lot for me to write something like this. But after years of supporting this business, I believe this experience needed to be shared. Suzuya truly makes fantastic desserts, and that's exactly why this review is so disappointing for me to write. Great products should never be an excuse for poor customer service. Loyal customers deserve to feel welcomed, respected, and appreciated--not dismissed.
