My Wife and I, had the most amazing experience here at Villa del Paraiso! Tim, Erica, and Ximena, did an over the top wedding for us and our guests. From beginning to end, everything went perfectly! (Even with rain til 11AM on the day of our ceremony) Staff worked diligently to ensure everything was in place and perfect for our special day! I really can't put it into words of how perfect this weekend was. If you want a truly memorable and positive experience.... This is the place to have your event! They take the planning process and make it painless. The end result is nothing short of SPECTACULAR! THANK YOU TIM, ERICA, XIMENA, AND STAFF!!! Ernie and Dora Eisermann

We took a trip to Rosarito Mexico in order to see a family member get married and we were blown away by Villa del Paraiso. It's a private resort you can easily pass by on the highway without knowing, but if you were to stop and take in the ambiance, you will be blown away. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They made sure to take care of the wedding party and all of their guests. I definitely want to come back here as a getaway from it all and know that my experience will be one of the memories.

An absolutely amazing weekend spent at the Villa with friends and family to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary! We had to postpone a year due to covid and it was well worth the wait! The house is incredible, and the staff and their attention to detail made each event special. Thank you to the Villa for a wonderful experience!

The moment we drove past the main entrance gate we were shocked at the world we entered. Of course one thinks MX is not safe ect. but coming into this place you felt in your own oasis. I found this gem with LOTS of googling and I am blessed to have had my wedding here. Tim and Erika plus the many other people who keep up with the place do an EMMA-zing job. Tim is who you meet and deal with the house rental and Erika takes care of the event coordination. (IF you decide to throw an event, you don't have to.) We booked this place TWO YEARS in advance and of course the pandemic hit in 2020. Nobody would have suspected something like that would happen. Of course these led to very difficult times for us and them, while planning our wedding . However all of us were able to overcome any issues and luckily led to a very memorable week! We thank Tim for trusting us at the beginning to rent his beautiful estate. Everything is pretty straight forwarded and transparent from the beginning and they will work with your budget. However one has to be honest with themselves if you can afford it or not, in order to not waste their time. In which we completely agreed on especially because we look very young, but we knew our budget very well. I remember seeing another family the day we toured the house and saw how it didn't fit their budget. At the end of the day this is a business but I can honestly say we left feeling treated like a family after our event. We went from a 120 guest count to 30 people! Which shows the accommodation the house and staff brings for ANY TYPE of event. I almost forgot to mention, they do small updates to the house and overall maintain it very well. I was able to see some new furniture in the house! In regards to their vendors they have been working with all of them for a long time and have created trust worthy relationships, which speaks volumes. Tim, Erika, and the staff can seriously make ANY of YOUR dreams come true. (I have toooo many piks but cant post all) With much love, Mr. and Mrs. Dale 12. 31. 2020.

He communicated very well sending all necessary info prior to arrival. I was delighted to find we were in walking distance to the famous K-38 surf break and also local places to eat. Native Residence is at the top of a mountain, in a private gated community with lovely homes, so if you plan to walk, it's safe but know it's quite a hike. The views of the mountains, Pacific and Rosarito's Christ of the Sacred Heart statue are beautiful. Fortunately, Ubers are available if you don't have your own vehicle. The chalet is classy, has high quality materials, yet it was very comfortable. The lights were thoughtfully decorated and very tasteful. The scent of the bed linens were absolutely incredible. Our room offered fresh water, a small fridge, an espresso machine, a smart tv with projector, black out blinds and a private fire pit on our balcony. The three chalets have their own shared jacuzzi to use with ocean view and it was heavenly. They offer fresh breakfast à la cart on the upper shared patio or in your room. It has a very quaint community feel there yet you have your own space if you prefer it. Carlos and the ladies working there were very kind and helpful. I'm happy we stayed here and hope to return again in the future!

Honestly, the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. The property is even more beautiful in person than in the photos, with a peaceful atmosphere that made it the perfect anniversary getaway. The host and co-host were incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating. Knowing we were celebrating our anniversary and hoping for an amazing ocean view, they graciously upgraded us to the Miel Master Suite at no additional charge. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and the ocean views were absolutely breathtaking. The suite itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and the bed was so comfortable. I honestly can't remember the last time I slept that well! We also loved the shared kitchen, which created such a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was a highlight each morning with the chilaquiles and lavender pancakes were absolutely delicious, and having a nespresso machine in the room was the perfect added touch. We truly can't say enough great things about Native Residence. We loved our stay so much that while we were still there, our close friends booked the exact same suite for their anniversary next month! We already know they're going to love it just as much as we did.

The great part about the location is the view! is right in front of the beach and has private access to it. Along with a pool and jacuzzi. The property itself was okay looking. I was not very impressed but the decor definitely made one feel in vacation. There is security 24/7 too. On the down side, the place was too cold and they only provided 2 heaters, one of which was propane It was not ideal to fall asleep to it and in the mornings it was not enough to keep us warm in the living room. So only one room (the one with the electric heater) was nice and somewhat cozy. At some point it was warmer outside the house than inside of it. That may be good for summer but it was the worst for winter. Also the lock for the place did not work, so we had to leave it unlock when we left. Keep that in mind. Also there was a party somewhere near by that did not stop until 4:40ish am. We were exhausted the next day so it was not the best experience and we wont be back. The staff was friendly and welcoming though. I give them that much.
