Great restaurant. The burger and sea bass were both good. Very nice outdoor space and there was live music creating a lovely atmosphere. Spacious seating and dog friendly outdoors!

Great spot in East Hampton on our vacation! The French Onion Soup was amazing, my husband loved the burger, the mussels were big enough for a full meal, and the vegetarian options for my friend were great. The kids menu was also quite big which was great! Good ambiance, food and friendly staff!

Rowdy start to the night here. The Rangers game was on and there were quite a few fans seated at the bar. Once the game ended it was a much quieter (and nicer) atmosphere. We were seated by the window so it kind of felt like we were dining outdoors. There are several tables outside. I ordered the French onion soup to start. There was a nice sweetness to it and as much as it didn't seem like there was much cheese at first, there was the right amount! I had the sea bass as my entree. It was delicious. I loved the way the fish was cooked. They could even make a vegetarian dish from just the lentils and spinach. Our waitress, Tiffany, was great especially since the food delivery was slow! She checked to see if I had gotten my soup yet. Then she twice had to check in with us about our entrees and finally said she spoke to the manager about it. Hopefully it won't take as long the next time we're here!

NEW!!! French Bistro opened in the heart of East Hampton town. Where Rowdy hall stood for many years (they have moved to Amaganestt). The restaurant has been quite busy with ALOT of walk-ins and reservations. It would be best to call in and make a reservation then walking in of course. The staff is very friendly and professional. The food is well- balanced and delicious. Also a great kids menu! The bar is filled with the best liquors and the wine menu is made by a sommelier. The patio is gorgeous and perfect for your fur babies . Open 7 days a week with only diners ATM (year around as well) But this weekend for memorial they will be open Saturday & Sunday lunch. Then later on in June opened for breakfast & lunch! The menu prices are not what expected for being located in East Hampton. Great addition, check them out!!!

    Escargot

The Village Bistro is an okay restaurant. The escargot is pretty good. It's a good meal but nothing extraordinary. The ambiance is trash though.

Dessert. The cup is made out of chocolate

As seen in the pictures, my wife got the hanger steak sandwich with fries and I got the eggs Benedict with the lobster flambé ( added an extra egg ). Absolutely delicious as always. We also had a couple cocktails which were outstanding. My "napoleon old fashioned " may have been my favorite drink I have had since my old fashioned I had a nobu about 5 years ago. Only knocks is my wife's steak was overcooked. She asked for med-rare but it came out med-well. We didn't say anything because it's all about flavor and the flavor was there. Other than that, delicious. I forgot what they called their actual dessert but to me it's an affogato which was good. Now, here's why it only got 4 stars and not 5 : THEY TOOK CHOCOLATE MOUSSE OFF OF THE DESSERT MENU!!!!! Pierre? Say it isn't so. Honestly, my wife and I come out an east a bunch of times a year. Your restaurant is usually on our radar. For me, it's for the mousse. It was so decadent, light, and just oh so good. Sad to see it go. Hopefully it comes back. I have to believe it was popular enough where enough people will say they miss it. All in all, can't ever miss when going to Pierre's. Excelllent French cuisine.

It wasn't too crowded on a Saturday at 11am inside (I think most people wanted to sit outside) so we appreciated the space. Prices are typical for the area (think $19 smoothies and juices), but we had a fine experience with good service and ok food. I got an omelet and my husband got a croque madame. Both came with a side salad and potatoes

All this and more is possible when you dine in during the week from 12-3:30pm or from 5-6:30 for dinner. The interior of Lulu's is super nice and upscale. Our server was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was too hungover to have a cocktail sadly, but my brother got The Ambassador martini (also on happy hour) that looked delicious to start. We ordered pretty much every seafood item on happy hour along with the shishito peppers and were so happy and satisfied by the end. All of the seafood was incredibly fresh. The shishito peppers were perfectly grilled. The octopus skewer was tender and delicious. Shrimp, crab, oysters and clams were all super fresh. Even the bread they put out was out of this world. My only complaint is that there were a lot of fruit flies around -- likely because we were seated near the produce that was out on display. But I would still come back for this food and these deals.

Before entering, you see a couple of tables for outdoor dining which is a nice touch on a summers evening. As you enter, you get this old world tavern feel with wood planks on the ceiling, a beautiful beast where you can sit for a drink and food if you choose and then multiple rooms with tables. We sat at a table in the bar. For starters, they bring you a basket full of these most sliding garlic knots!!!! I could do some damage with that for sure! Kerry out waitress have is some great suggestions before ordering. I ordered the baked stuffed clams which were delicious and overstuffed. I could have used a little more juice on top of the clams. I was surprised that they were served in tinfoil clam shells.... But that didn't stop me from enjoying them. We also ordered the spinach salad which was a nice place of fresh greens with a warm bacon dressing and mushrooms. For dinner, I ordered the seafood pasta (Frutti di Mar) which was delicious however in being honest, it could've used more pasta. Basically I got 4 fork twirls . A little more pasta would've been very impressive. The calamari, shrimps mussels and clams were delicious as well. We also ordered the linguine carbonara which was creamy and delicious with that nice smoke flavor from the pancetta. My wife enjoyed the fettuccini Alfredo. All in all, everything was delicious. Kerry took great care of us and it was an enjoyable evening. I'll be back!!!!
