    Untoasted toast

The food was slow, But we had to go. The toast wasn't toasted, And that's what my wife wanted the most-ed. The food was bland, It didn't go as planned. Had to ask for things twice then thrice, That wasn't nice. Breakfast was bad, We left mad.

    Biscuit and yummy gravy!

Just had their biscuit and gravy. The biscuit was big and fluffy, and the gravy was scrumptious! It had bits of bacon and sausage in it and it had the right consistency, not too thick, not too thin. The eggs were perfect amd the hash browns were crispy as I irdered. Coffee was good too. Tina, my server, was very personable and caring. Their prices are a little steep for a Cafe, but it is in a uppercrust village after all. Will definitely be back!

Super friendly staff and cute, country decor. Delicious pancakes and biscuits and gravy.

Such bomb food and amazing service! Quiet area and made me feel so special on my birthday!

French toast. Sausage has a lot of sage.

This is a tiny, homey breakfast joint with lots of regulars and friendly service. The food was okay, though a little lacking in seasoning. It's the usual suspects of breakfast fare.

    Potato Scramble with Rye Toast.

I really enjoyed my Potato Scramble today! Our waitress understood my concerns and the dish was cooked to perfection. Mushrooms, green onion, yellow onion, green bell pepper, and potatoes. Crunchy not burned, cheddar cheese melted. Yum!! Good times with good friends. Room for large parties or space to cozy up to the counter. And a great price for a filling meal.

Great breakfast but they get pretty busy so there may be a long wait for the food. All fresh and homemade.

She handed me that cup of coffee love. Yasss it was right! Looking like me Dark, bold, and coming with a punch. I ordered the caprese toastie - I added avocado. The toast crispy in the edges, moist in the middle. Cheese melted to perfection. Sprinkled with basil! And just know the bacon is on there! Just what I needed before fighting this damn TSA mess. I also treated myself to a lemon poppy dead loaf. When you get it thank me later- you're welcome right now. Glazed with almonds and a glaze. Sprinkled with a California poppy! You welcome. Like I cooked it lol flaky moist and good. Now they have merchandise! Support local business- the quality of this cup is amazing. Get into it! Cutest stickers for my new Stanley! Plenty of seating- I think you could absolutely study here, catch up here, and enjoy the music and vibes. I felt safe and welcomed as a black woman eating alone. Enjoyed my devotional and got some work done-

We got the turkey Avacado Sando and it was a turkey sandwich similar to what I would make for a picnic. Just boring. The matcha isn't particularly flavorful. The powder was definitely lower quality. My husband ordered a brown sugar espresso and that was actually pretty good.

We stopped by after the weekend up in Paso Robles for wine tasting and SLO town. It was still early so the town was pretty mellow and starting to open up. Well, this place was very lively and packed when we arrived. They have patio seating with some table's available but once you walk inside, the place was packed. All the tables and seat were utilized with people enjoying their meal and a cup of coffee. And a line forming for ordering. I've only had their drinks and pastries but they do offer food. Seeing what was being picked up and taken back to their seats, everything looked amazing. The open sandwiches, a must try next time we're here. But I was there for one thing, the scones. I don't know if they are made on site or from another establishment but let me say, they are fantastic. Everything was very tasty and not dry like some are. There's always a few selection which does sell out fast. I picked up the blueberry, favorite out of them all and a must try. The lemon which was tasty and not overly sweet and the maple syrup. Slightly sweet but not overly. And they're not dry which was the best part. By the time I ordered mine, majority of them were sold out. People must know about this place. Same thing with the town, I'm not sure if it was more locals or visitors that was visiting the place but it was happening. Besides the drinks and food, they also have coffee and teas for purchase as well as apparels. It's a full coffee shop and cafe with great drinks and delicious looking meals. Plus the customers service is top notch with the sweetest staff. Highly recommended stopping by for a meal or even a coffee.

Ordered the Wake Me Up avocado toast. I'd call it the Drain Your Wallet Avocado toast. Got a 5 inch long piece of bread barely any avocado and 2 sliver thin tomatoes and a pile of micro greens. Board was finished with a pile of rosemary sprigs and basil bigger than the toast. All that for $14.50!!! To boot the zucchini bread was dried out completely except for the center. Sorry guys you blew it. Come look for me at Mule.

I am a coffee snob and have my own espresso machine at home but love visiting new coffee shops and Tribe Coffee did not disappoint. Somehow they really do blend together. Now one would expect the drink to be more green or pink somehow but it's pretty natural, which makes sense with the overall vibe of the place. No artificial colorings or flavorings here. Ham & cheese: The pastries seem to rotate so there isn't a set food menu. They had an assortment of pastries available and my preference leans more savory so a toasted ham and cheese was perfect for me for lunch. Service was friendly and informative - they have a pretty extensive menu but the staff know the menu and can offer recommendations. The ambiance is really what would deter me from coming back. Personally, it's just not my vibe, feels a little bit claustrophobic like I'm in a old beachside cottage or mini barn. The floors are worn and tired and pained this jarring shade of teal. The plate my ham and cheese was served on was a similar shade. Blue is not a color that triggers appetite traditionally so I'm curious as to why this choice was made. If I were to come back I'd probably either sit outside or take my drink to go. Really a bummer because the latte was so good. But again, just personal preference.
