Artichoke chicken on rice and broccoli
    Jesus G.

Service could have been better, the food was okay. The location on Joe battle was way better. I felt the dinning experience was rushed at this location and could barely enjoy my food because of it. The restaurant was not busy either when we arrived, there was only 2 other tables with us. Anyways it's still quality food, here's a pic of the artichoke chicken with what remained of my salad.

The most non "Chicken Caesar Salad" I've ever seen in my entire life.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. After a very long drive I checked in the motel next door and walked over for late dinner. To say I was highly disappointed would be an understatement. I've never been to this establishment or any of their other chain but this will be the first and last. I can tell this is more of a breakfast establishment and their lunch/dinner options are minimal. So I decided to just have something light and easy as a Chicken Caesar Salad. What came out was very far from something as simple and traditional as a Chicken Caesar Salad. Apparently they add red onions, tomato slices and black olives and no croutons. I was set very far back. When asked about this I was told this is what's on the menu. Who reads the description of something so simple as a Caesar salad. Then I was only offered a side plate to remove the stuff myself, I was not given the curtesy of having it remade to my liking. And on top of all that I had repeatedly ask for silverware AFTER the food was delivered. Probably my worst experience in a while. I do believe that the server and hostess was pleasant however everything else overshadows my opinion of this place. I would recommend to stay away.

To be honest with you, when I first walked up to the restaurant, I wasn't really expecting anything special. I was surprised when I walked in to find out it was very modern and absolutely adorable. The waitresses were really nice and well put together and :-). The food was your typical breakfast fare and some dishes had a Mexican flair. My boyfriend ordered from the pick your meal menu and he found it to be tasty. Or in his words... "Perfectly adequate". I ordered the chicken enchiladas with green chili and it was excellent. I will definitely come back again next time I'm in the area.

Hot Chocolate, tasted watery. Liked the sprinkles though

As we were seated our waiter took 10 min to great us and then another 12 min to bring our drinks. I didn't think anything of it yet it was a precursor to the rest of our dinner. After he took our order our kids food came out in a very timely fashion but our two orders of salmon and one steak sandwich took 40 min to arrive at the table. What a ridiculous waste of my time because my sandwich was missing the fries ordered and our waiter thought nothing of it till I brought it up then he took another 10 min to bring my fries. All this while simultaneously forgetting the sauce for the salmon which also took another 10 min to bring out. The salmon was so dry it was tacky and stuck to your teeth. If you know the feeling you know it's bad. The rice that came underneath the salmon was crunchy and way undercooked. All while the waiter was like oh I can bring you free deserts for your wait all while I could only think about how I just wanted to leave. I was internally livid and exhausted but kept it to my self after seeing the owner or manager who we the guy with the white hair over at the bar enjoying a few alcoholic beverages meanwhile his restaurants service and waitstaff to the worst possible job they can. I saw the people who got the most attention and good service were all regulars sitting at the bar laughing it up with the manager/owner older guy. Why not make sure your restaurant is running smoothly and food is being delivered and prepared properly and stop trying to impress the regulars who most likely will show up either way. Any restaurant that is this unorganized and unmotivated is due to crappy management. All this and the waiter is like I'll comp you for the steak sandwich with a discount for the bad service and salmon which was a whopping $5. I don't want a discount I don't want free day old desserts I want good service and decent food. Discounts and free desserts will never fix the problem because it will always be a crutch for trashy customer service. How about stop drinking with the guests and whoop that staff into semi decent shape buy some high chairs and make sure your expo does a once over quality check on the food and time it takes to get to the table EVEN if that means stepping in and doing it yourself. The restaurant is dark the tables are sticky the whole place is very compact . Perfect and quite attractive after 5-6 wines for sure. I'm sure the food is outstanding after a few drinks as well . They gave us a $25 dollar gift card to return which if I could I'd give to the owner so he could experience the same horrible food and service we did. I wouldn't even give the gift card to someone I hated. This was one of the first times in a long time I didn't just let it slide because I understand all restaurants and people have bad days but this was exceptionally bad. If you are thinking it can't be that bad think again it absolutely can. The whole "I'm sorry we usually have awesome service and everyone loves our food it's probably just me and my family " is laughable . This isn't my first time here while visiting El Paso. The food is getting worse.

The place had a very nice vibe and seemed very popular. Classy decor but casual feel. The enclosed glass wine cooler was amazing to see. The wine glasses.... Well everything in TX is bigger. They were goblets and so pretty. Our server was Viviana, who was very sweet and polite. The bread was so soft and hot. But so much for two people, I felt bad not eating it all. One loaf would have been enough. I ordered a cucumber drink w/o alcohol: SO good. Mango salad with chicken for me. He had steak, lobster tail and a glass of Austin Hope red wine. Food was delicious! Plenty of parking but... people can't see nor pay attention to the faded arrows on the ground showing which way to go. I had to back all the way out of the row back to the entrance because a big 4x4 truck went the wrong way to exit! It was dangerous because of the sharp turn into the parking lot from the steer. We are not sure what happened, but the place changed. The old staff (who were relaxed and fun to be around) are all gone, the delicious food we kept returning to have is also gone, replaced by a menu that doesn't know what exactly this restaurant wants to be (tacos, fried chicken, attempt at French menu items, etc). They have 6 different kinds of French toast. We tasted 2 of them, and they have the same taste. Just different toppings. The price for the French toast with eggs, bacon and home fries was $17. Now they charge $18 just for 2 slices of brioche with some sauce that resembles the old Banana Foster sauce, and an additional $6 for the eggs, bacon and home fries. Disappointing, and more expensive than it's worth. Walking into a restaurant to be held hostage by some speech about a small store selling books inside the restaurant?! Yeah, don't do that. If we hadn't already ordered, we would have left. No refill on water, no inquiry about any other drinks. I wasn't even finished with my meal and the server slapped the check on the table and walked away. If that doesn't make you feel "welcome to leave", I don't know what does. Looking around, I find it unacceptable to bring food to the table 5 minutes apart for every person at the table. The staff now wears embroidered shirts with the restaurant logo (except for one, she was just chewing her gum while taking orders- also, ew), and the atmosphere has changed from casual to "we wanna be high end, we made some money so now we want you to pay more". Disappointing.

For starters the atmosphere was so cute. Absolutely loved the bar and hanging pots everywhere. Such a clean restaurant and cute vibe. Our waitress was very nice and friendly to us. So no issues there! For drinks I got their berry lemonade which tasted just like lemon juice. I had to request for sugar to be added since it was so sour so beware. My food had came out and to be honest I'm just a little bit disappointed. The rigatoni was cooked but the sauce for it was really not tasty? Like there was almost not a flavor I can taste. Of course there was something but it was very plain and barely even there. It also was not spicy whatsoever. I added grilled chicken too and oh boy was that dry dry DRY. The burrata personally I'm not a fan in general so of course I wouldn't be a fan this time either but they gave a nice little plate full of it. They added some oiled toasted bread and it was way too crispy in my opinion. My partner got the chicken Parmesan and his dish tasted great! Very juicy chicken and cooked all the way. The sauce was perfect too nice and flavorful and great pairing with the chicken. His butter noodles were just like regular butter noodles so not bad. Finally the crème brûlée. Probably the most disappointing dish we ordered. It took repeated stabs to break the sugar glaze on top. Me and my partner were honestly thinking that they added the cream on top to hide how burnt it was actually. Unfortunately because the glaze was so thick and burnt it made the rest of the cream taste have the burnt flavor. It was sad because my partner was looking forward to this desert. Also took wayyy longer to arrive than our entrées. I will say that the waitress was very helpful and she actually covered the crème Brulé. I didn't even ask she just offered, I think she could tell that we didn't enjoy it and I had nicely told her it wasn't what we were expecting so thank you sincerely. Overall I think this is a perfect spot to maybe try drinks and hang with friends. Food was okay, wouldn't try it again in that regard but overall a decent spot here in El Paso if you're looking for something new. Maybe best to ask what's their best dish to serve. Overall thank you.
