Mosaic completely changed my mind. I ordered the fish special of the day, locally caught haddock served battered and fried over a rice bowl with mango salsa, red onions, beans, and more. The fish was beautifully white, soft, flaky, and perfectly cooked with a clean, fresh flavor. It was honestly the best restaurant fish I have ever had. The portions were generous, the price was fair, and even though I was completely full, I just wanted to keep eating because every bite was worth it. The restaurant was clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the service was quick. I would absolutely recommend Mosaic to anyone visiting or passing through Camden.

Have returned twice since then. As the menu is small and hasn't changed since my first visit, the charm has worn off. I usually share the roast half chicken plus 2-3 sides. The meal was absolutely flavorful on my first visit but not so much the last visit in Dec 2025. Maybe it was a bad night? I thought the flavors fell flat and service was not as attentive. I was celebrating the holidays by treating friends to dinner and had to wave down someone twice to order rounds of drinks. I will give any establishment 20 stars if they are paying attention as to whether your glass is half empty. Now despite that negative talk overall about their beers I do believe most of the locations do offer quality pub food. You will find a variety of options including sandwiches/burgers, salads, pasta, soups, and more. It's a spot that everyone in your party including picky eaters will find something they want. It does have a lot of space available for dining. Service wise during our visit was alright. Ordering took awhile and time of seeing our server from one time to next took a little while.
