He shared a little history about how long he's been cooking and where he came from, which made the experience even more special. I ordered the ribeye steak and it was absolutely incredible--super tender and mouthwatering. And the potatoes? Ginormous and loaded with everything but the kitchen sink! The cooks really threw down. The interior feels very homey and comfortable, making it a great place to relax and enjoy your meal. The owner truly goes above and beyond to accommodate guests. My wife wanted fish and found this place through Yelp so we thought we'd give it a try We ordered the Pescado Sarandeado and 1 LB fish taco (because if fish tacos are in the menu, I have to try it) The taco came out first....it was AMAZING! Cooked to perfection, smothered in a slightly spicy sauce and topped white cheese. The full order has 2 tacos and would be a very satisfying full meal. Next, the Pescado Sarandeado! Simply outstanding! The fish is Sea Bass grilled and served with huge japalenos, lime, pepinos, and 2 types of salsa. 1 created using a Japanese chili, the other avocado and lime. Both hand created by the chef and the fish cooked in the chefs own creation. The service here is very welcoming and friendly. A very warm welcoming smiles greeted me as I entered the door. Had a long shift today so those smiles were much needed. Drove far and through traffic to come and try their ceviches. I ordered the aguachiles (mango and regular) and the La Torre to go. They offered me chips and salsa while I wait for my order. While waiting, the lovely lady came to let me know that she'll be adding their hot sauce with my order and to be careful and add sparingly. I love spicy! I couldn't wait to get home and try each dish. It was worth the wait. I love that it's not salty. I have hypertension so their salt level is perfect. We love all three dishes, and I couldn't wait to go back to try the camarones a la diabla and other dishes.
