When I first walked in I was not expecting it to be in a strip mall, nor did I expect it to be small. When I think of the word lobster, I think of upscale large room, ambience and clinking glasses. This restaurant was small, there was ambience, there was music, and from the time I walked through the front door I was met with a smile, and extreme hospitality! I took a look at the menu which is presented on the wall by the counter where you order, and all I saw was absolutely loveliness! Of all the things I could have chose, I decided to have an elevated Grilled Cheese Sandwich that included chunks of lobster! I know that seems like a very strange thing to order in a restaurant that presents lobster and shrimp in so many delectable ways, but I am all about an elevated grilled cheese sandwich! Show me what you can do!! This dish comes with a beautiful cup of tomato soup. First let me tell you the place is impeccably clean which got a star from me right away! Secondly the music was real real cool in the background jazz type of music which I absolutely love. The art the presentation of the place was really cool it was not too young and not too old it's a place where anyone any age could come and really enjoy a perfectly cooked meal, in a room that literally sings to you both audibly and visibly! My food was delicious and the next time I go my intention is to try their shrimp roll. Oh excuse me let me correct myself, it is a Cajun Shrimp Roll Sandwich!

The lobster here is unbelievably fresh, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor-every single bite was fantastic. Beyond the amazing food, the dining experience itself was seamless. The staff is exceptionally attentive and welcoming, making sure you have everything you need throughout your meal. Plus, being able to order directly from your table makes the whole process smooth, convenient, and completely hassle-free.

First Time. I liked it. Lobster was extremely Fresh and Tender. Got the Lobster Tail & Roll Combo. Got House Truffle Roll. It had nice Filling to Bread Ratio. Bread toasted perfectly, filling chilled, fresh veggies and Lobster Generous Tender and Tasty. Grilled Lobster Tail cooked perfectly. Tender and Fresh. Sweet Potato Waffle fries were a good portion for small size, bit too well done for me, very crispy but kinda dry. I got a fb ad offer for free clam chowder. It was very delicious and savory. Lots of tender clams and very tender potatoes, and not too many potatoes like some places. I tried a sample of lobster bisque, it was amazingly good. Very yummy and with lumps of lobster, not just all creamy like some places. Will come back fie this next time. Owners are husband and wife. Both are welcoming, courteous and friendly. Both working hard, keeping up place to keep it clean. Nice ambiance with casual relaxing vibe. Dining room is pleasant, nice soft jazz music playing. Plenty of condiments hot sauces, vinegar, old bay seasoning & salt/pepper on the side, soda fountain clean, restroom clean.

Shrimp Pasta! The shrimps are huge!

I always pass by and decided to try lobster guys! I ended up going with the shrimp pasta! Excellent and the shrimp and huge and well-seasoned. the pasta and sauce were nice and creamy. A bit pricy at $22 bucks. Service was good. They have a lot of tables inside. It's a cool little spot to eat! They have everything from shrimp, lobster rolls, fish, clam chowder to crab cakes, lobster mac, chicken wings and many more goodies here! I believe anything that comes out of this place is amazing. Food rating: Shrimp pasta 9.0\10

    Interior art very cool.

First time here. The service was quick, and the people were friendly. The interior was quirky and fun. The fries were very tasty and well seasoned. However, I didn't like the lobster itself. It tasted kind of fishy and I only ate a little bit of it. I got it plain so that I could really taste the lobster without all the other "noise". Might go back to try the lobster bisque, but o won't get another lobster roll. $30 for the combo with fries and a drink.

Ooooh a lobster guys?! I typically wouldn't gravitate towards a place like this but being with my bestie she said she wanted to try it. They have an extensive menu, lots of great choices here. You feel like ordering 4 items at a time honestly. They have a touch screen to order from or the cashier. There's plenty of places with the menu including photos to give you the best idea of what you would like to order. I don't know about you, but I need photos to be able to order sometimes, so I love the huge photos inside! I ended up offering buffalo wings (ironic, it's a seafood place) & shrimp tacos. Buffalo wings were okay, definitely not life changing. But again it's a seafood place... so stick to their seafood lol. The shrimp tacos came in a trio, I chose corn tortillas. Yum yum in my tum tum! They give a wedge of lemon & a side cup of salsa. It's amazing. I think the side salsa has a perfect kick and flavor to it, it was a great first date between the shrimp and the salsa. The shrimps were packed with flavor, nice bite, not overcooked because shrimps can be sooooo delicate and overcook fast but this place made it perfectly. The tortillas were soft and did not break easy-- my pet peeve is corn tortillas falling apart, but these were perfect! Overall the ambiance and service is super nice. It's clean inside. I want to say it was the owners that were there but they're super friendly! They gave me a sample of their parfait which was good as well but I wasn't feeling parfait to order it at the moment. Plenty of plaza parking, single use restroom in the back. Good amount of seating.

This is a casual place to get lobster rolls. They have an extensive menu and you order off the counter. The staff is nice and they got our order out fairly quickly. We got maine style lobster rolls and a side of tots. Maine Style Lobster Roll- Served on a buttery warm bun. The lobster pieces are fresh and juicy and the aioli it's tossed in has a nice mild flavor. Very tasty! Tots- Crisp on the outside and a nice contrast of soft inside. It's the perfect complement to the lobster roll. Makes for a filling meal. Great experience overall!

I stumbled upon this spot while on the hunt for a solid clam chowder and was surprised I hadn't come across this chain before. To hedge my expectations, I also ordered Chowder Barge to go from the place I tried the other day which i'm in awe of and highly recommend, well, at least since I was in the area. This place is located in a shopping center, parking was effortless, which is always a plus. The service immediately stood out. The cashier was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely engaging, setting a positive tone before ordering. I asked for recommendations and went with the warm lobster roll, sweet potato fries, clam chowder, and shrimp pasta, all ordered to-go. The turnaround time was reasonable, and the steady flow of customers suggested a dependable local favorite. The concept leans toward fast-casual seafood, but the quality edges just beyond what you'd expect from that category. The sweet potato fries were a standout crispy, well-seasoned, and satisfying. The clam chowder delivered on comfort and flavor. The warm lobster roll was respectable, though not particularly memorable. The shrimp pasta, however, fell short; it lacked depth and needed more sauce to bring the dish together. I have to say I really enjoyed the calamari fries, exceptional. I didn't take many pictures because it was to go, i did take two of the two main. Overall, it's a reliable option for a quick seafood fix without sacrificing too much quality. I'd return, if i'm in the mood for some quick seafood to go.

When the lobster craving hits, head over to Lobster Guys in Long Beach. Look at that butter drip... Let's start with the classic Connecticut-style lobster roll -- warm, buttery lobster piled high on a toasted split-top bun. every bite is rich, sweet, and perfectly simple, letting the lobster shine. Then there's the Cali Truffle Roll -- loaded with lobster, creamy avocado, and a drizzle of fragrant truffle oil that takes it to another level. And don't skip the crab cake burger -- golden, crispy on the outside, tender and packed with crab on the inside. Perfectly grilled salmon served with a side of golden crispy fries. If you're craving comfort, the shrimp pasta is buttery, garlicky, and seriously satisfying. And of course... you have to finish with a bowl of their clam chowder. If you love lobster, consider this your sign to make the trip. Wonderful customer service from Martin and Victor!! Plenty of parking.

Amazing!! The warm Lobster roll is the way to go! We also ordered the Lobster Mac & Cheese, Lobster Bisque and Clam chowder. Yummmmm!! We will be back again when we are in this area. The Staff was nice and helpful. She was great in answering our questions, and very friendly. Can wait to share it and tell our friends. Thank you for a delicious meal.

Food was decent - nothing spectacular. Service was mehhh - nothing to rave about. Ambiance when mehhh - just another place to grab a quick bite. Personally, I'd skip this place and opt for something much tastier.

Great hidden gem tucked away in Long Beach. Found this great place off of yelp and it will be a definite for us every time we come this way. 10/10 for everything! Service was exceptional! Food was AMAZING! Restaurant was very clean. Now for the food!!! My mouth is watering thinking about it. The flaming hot lobster fries melts in your mouth. The seasoned fries are not salty, the cheese is like nacho cheese, the lobster chunks are huge and then there's a small kick from the jalapeño. We ordered 2! That's how good it was! The Cali style truffle roll has chilled lobster with celery toppings. Husband said Clobster roll (crab & lobster mix) was better than his Maine lobster roll. All rolls came with a side of salad. We left very satisfied and lobster craving fulfilled!!!

    Kristen S.

We door dashed from here today and it was soooooo good! I have tried lobster rolls at many places and loved seeing the variety on the menu so I tried the Cali truffle roll to mix it up and it was amazing. If I lived in the area I would come here all the time. Next time I am I will try a few other things from the menu as well. The extra lobster is worth the $. I'm also not a tater tot person but they were fried to perfection. Put one of these in the inland empire

    Mmmm!!! Great options!

They have pretty much everything, not just chicken wings, so check them out and explore their menu. Big thanks to aka Candie and her team for the great customer service. Very friendly and easygoing. Was very helpful when asked about their menu or popular items of the day. Let's dive right into the good stuff, but if my ways of describing things don't please you. Take a look at some of the pictures I've attached to this review. My orders are, Main: 1. 15 pcs Chicken Wings (5) Dynamite Wings (5) Smokin Spice Wings (5) Jalapeño Peppers Wings Cook fresh upon ordering to give that satisfaction taste. What can I say? Expectations met and satisfied. Their freshly cook when ordered to deliver that crispy flavorful wings are out of this world. Im more of the dry-rubbed type of guy cause I'll do the moisturizing with their ranch dipping on the side or extra sauce of your choice upon request. IYKYK! I definitely recommend this location due to their outstanding customer service experience. Very clean and sanitized. Their parking lot is limited, so best to come during non rush hour. This place is unique in their own way, from design and presentation, it's pretty nice. If you're in the area, stop by and say hi. Enjoy it here or on the go. Share your experience. P.s. Don't forget to smile cause you're beautiful. SYOY!

I was deciding on lunch with the fam and my aunt recommended SoCal Wings. After browsing their…read moremenu, I was sold and placed a phone order. Our order consisted of four SoCal fries (which are basically buffalo fries from The Buffalo Spot with a drizzle of cheese and ranch), a 10-piece nugget, a small fry, a large order of mozzarella sticks, a Thai tea, and a few sides of sauces. To speak bluntly, the experience turned sour for me as soon as I started placing my phone order. While I was ordering sauces, I was rudely cut off by the man working: "Yeah, yeah, anything else?" I felt like I was being rushed off the phone, even after mentioning it was my first time ordering and kindly asking questions about their sauces. The customer service here just overall gave me the ick. Anyways, onto the food. I was super excited for my SoCal fries. They have a variety of sauces to choose from, and I opted for the spicy BBQ. On first impression I was surprised with the generous portions. I ordered a small Socal fries that looked more like a medium. As soon as I dug into my meal, I was met with immediate disappointment; the popcorn chicken on my SoCal fries was extremely stale. It tasted as if they served us three-day-old fried chicken that had been left sitting out. My siblings and mom also agreed the chicken was super hard. I ended up just eating some of the fries and threw the rest away. Before tossing it, I tried drenching the fries in their Cajun sauce (which is over $1 per sauce, btw), and even though I really wanted to like it, it had a weird aftertaste. On top of that, I just couldn't get past how hard the chicken was. The Thai tea, fries, and mozzarella sticks were just decent. I'd also like to mention that when I was placing my order over the phone, the man said my total was $67 and some change. When I paid in person, the total somehow jumped to $83.69. I assumed that included the Cajun sauces I ordered over the phone, but it actually didn't. I ended up paying a second transaction for the sauces, which was around $8. Had I possibly been charged for the side of attitude I was also served? To reiterate: the service here sucks. Overall, I won't be back as the quality doesn't match prices. You'd think that a joint that specializes in fried chicken and wings would serve fresh chicken but on the contrary, my chicken was inedible, gross, and clearly old. I love supporting local businesses, but I refuse to support a place that exhibits rude customer service and serves subpar frozen food that I could throw together at home. I don't recommend this spot as there are much better establishments in the area.

(the spicy sauce is definitely on the more spicy side, but just shy of covering up all other flavor) Ordering ahead on the phone is pretty easy since they don't have a super extensive menu. If you are in a hurry and you are ordering wings, all ahead. The wings are made to order and they come out so crispy and so juicy (but hot!). Some wings you get for the combo of the sauce and the chicken, these ones I find myself ordering the crispy original because I get to savor the crunchy with the beautiful umami of the chicken and it is not at all bland. If you order when you arrive, the kimbap is ready in about 5 minutes, but the chicken take maybe another 5-10 mins. Last time I went I also got kimchi fried rice (literally didn't know it was on the menu because I have tunnel vision on the wings). It's a smaller portion than some, but the flavor was so big (rich flavor and spicier than most I've tried). It was the perfect dish for being sated but not overstuffed. I'm definitely working that into the rotation of my order (wings plus one other thing ) in the future!

Pop-up tables & plastic chairs for seating in the covered seating area. Louisiana fried style chicken & seafoods but they do have donut and boba tea as well. It's not cheap for sure. The meals are delivered in brown bag but with the greases got through the paper bad so easily torn but they did put in a plastic bag when order more than 2-3 orders. I love fried chicken, and this style is not my style, it okey, flavorful and the pieces are small. For some reason the legs is more juicier than the thighs (abit dried for my taste). The hot sauce is over power of vignette so a it too sour for me but not enough spicy. The fish, however is perfectly cooked and coded. Juicy inside and perfectly thin crusty outside. The tartar sauce is abit off for me but eating by itself is just fine for me. Fries are good but I'm not into it so..but perfectly cooked and crunchy and pipping hot. For me, the fish here is WAY much better than the chicken from the size, the taste and the favor...so good. Also, if you want dessert after the meal, they do have donuts so perfect place for the whole meal for sure.

I had a craving for Louisiana fried chicken. i had not had any in years. I searched online to find…read morea location near me and this was the location. i was greeted by Rumpo. He was pleasant and assisted me making my choice in the chicken combo since there are so many combo options. I settled on the 3 piece fried chicken, the typical roll, fries and choice of 3 pieces. There was a picture of the fried rice and the meat options are chicken or shrimp fried rice. Why so we ask business' if their food taste good? I asked, is the shrimp fried rice good, he said yes. i asked were the shrimp large or small. he said, they are large and you get 8. i have a favorite spot to get my shrimp fried rice and i know i get more than 8 and the price is cheaper. but, hey! it was my first visit so i ordered it. Since the food is prepared fresh it was about a 15 minute wait. Rumpo gave me the number so i could call ahead to order next time. When my order was done everything smelled great. He even through in a lemon pepper drumette to sample and get me hooked :-). There is no where to dine there but, i was taking it home anyway. When i got home the chicken was still piping hot and seasoned well. The fries were hot too. They use Hawaiian rolls, i like that!! i give the chicken combo a 10/10. The shrimp fried rice was sadly disappointing. there was alot of rice. it was dry and lightly seasoned if at all. i had shrimp at home that i sauteed and added to the rice. My usual spot gives the same amount of rice and i have shrimp in just about every bite! the price is a couple of dollars less too. the shrimp fried rice is a 5/10. would i go back, yes because the chicken was good and Rumpo was very charismatic. All the reviews speak about Kathy. perhaps she was the cook when i went. I had no interaction with her.

I got the 40 Pack with Saigon Street, Korean Kick, Peking and Cali Rub. Sauce coverage was good, but the wings themselves tasted overcooked. I can forgive to-go wings losing some crisp, but the meat itself was tough, chewy and dry. That's the part you can't sauce your way out of. Saigon Street was my favorite flavor. It had the Vietnamese fish sauce wing profile I wanted: savory, a little sweet and solid overall. I would've liked more tang, but I'd order the flavor again. The problem was that almost half of that batch were tiny overcooked flats with barely any chicken on them. At that point, they're basically saucing bones. Korean Kick was solid: sweet with a little heat, pretty much what I expected. Classic thick Yangnyeom profile without blazing spice. Cali Rub reminded me of a BBQ-style seasoning, but there wasn't enough rub on mine. Smoky, sweet and it works well. I actually enjoyed this one a lot, it just needed more rub. Bomb flavor, light execution. Peking was my least favorite. It was edible enough, but it tasted more like char siu than Peking. Deep red, thick, sweet-savory and missing the plum-style tang I expected. Basically char siu that never saw the fire. If they called it char siu, I'd probably have fewer complaints. Calling it "sweet and sour" just made the missing tang stand out more. The seasoned fries were rough. They're that battered, seasoned dredge-style fry, similar to Rally's or Checkers, so they're already on the oily side by design. Enjoyable for a few bites and that's about it. The garlic noodles had a really good chewy texture, but they were dry as hell and the garlic was missing in action. I mostly tasted parmesan and parsley more than anything. Great chew, no garlic, no moisture. For dipping sauces, the blue cheese was okay. The honey mustard leaned more savory, almost like Chick-fil-A's Honey Roasted BBQ packet, instead of bright, sweet and tangy. Not really what I want from honey mustard. Veggies were fine: thick cut and crisp. Pickup was fine, but the location is annoying if you're just trying to grab food and go. You have to park in the structure and pull a ticket. First 90 mins free if you wanna walk around or dine in. Overall, Fire Wings has good flavor ideas, but this order had too many execution issues. I'd still consider trying it again because some flavors worked, but the chicken needs to meet the sauces halfway.
