Consider the interior and ambience to be the whole food court since that's where the seating and environment is; this location is just the kitchen with the menu above the front counter. I got myself the BB special banh mi which comes with grilled pork, pork belly, an egg and house mayo at the start; you let your server know what other toppings you want to add onto it, and there's a ton of options! My server in particular was a little spaced out, so I got street corn inside my banh mi when I didn't want any. Otherwise, I got the cilantro, jalapeno, cucumber and pickled carrots I asked for in mines. One really big positive here is that with all the toppings inside this banh mi, it is VERY filling and comes close to making the $13 price tag before tax on this actually worth it! Taste profile wise, it's all right, and I tried to make it come as close to a regular Vietnamese deli's banh mi as possible. Grilled pork is slightly dry, so the condiments inside made up for that. Pork belly is tender but had a taste profile that's a little too distinct from the rest of sandwich. Street corn definitely did not fit. For food in the mall, this still hit regardless! If I'm looking for something filling and still decently all right in a short amount of time, I will consider coming back here for a mean lunch.
