Yesterday morning my crown popped out. I went to the Vineyard Dental Office before they opened. As soon as doors opened I told the staff that my crown had come off. Even without an appointment and they were short staffed at that moment. They took me in and took great care of my needs. My family and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I had my initial consultation with Dr. Peng yesterday. I have several teeth missing and went in for information on dental implants. He was absolutely amazing with me. He showed me the upmost amount of dignity, respect, and care. He put together a dental plan for me, which includes surgery next week. His nursing and office staff were also very kind and efficient. I have a tremendous amount of anxiety with dentists due to a childhood incident, however, they made me feel very comfortable. I will add another review after my procedures are complete. read more

I had my cleaning and X-rays with Kendra on October 6, 2021. Kendra was thorough, professional, timely and informative. Kendra made recommendations and gave me an exceptional care experience. The office was clean and ample free parking. They have modern conveniences like completion of paperwork electronically prior to arrival and text messaging availability to the office staff. If I had one recommendation it would be for the office staff to be cognizant of the laughing, talking and noise level. Some of us have dental anxiety and the noise level is disturbing. This is the best adult dentistry office I've been too. The staff is helpful and friendly and Dr. Pheng is wonderful at communicating exactly what to expect and explains what he's doing . I had not been to the dentist in about a decade because I did not had great experiences . Even when I had to cancel appts for other medical reasons they made sure to follow up with me so I can reschedule . I thought this was a good dentist until I had a filling done - the dentist made it so I couldn't floss my teeth properly. I went back at least 3x regarding this issue and they were unable to resolve the problem and I just had to have the tooth REMOVED today. I am extremely disappointed with this dental office. I just finished with my first appointment and it was a disappointment. I have never been to a dental office where the dentist never actually examined me. The dental hygienist took some X-rays, gave me a cleaning, and told me the dentist reviewed the X-rays in his office. Being that this was my first appointment, this was especially disappointing. I hate dentists. They give me anxiety. Hate them. I finally went, and glad I went to this dentist. They have amazing bedside manner, I felt comfortable and my fears were eased. The hygenist was so sweet, and so gentle, that it really made everything much easier. She also broke down step by step of what she was doing, and what things meant that I didn't quite understand. The dentist himself (Dr. Peng) knew what he was talking about, also had excellent bedside manner, and was overall a human that knew how to talk to his patients. I hate dentists, but I'll definitely be able to keep coming back here with less stress and anxiety.
