I'm so happy after my first visit here! I came for a dental cleaning and was nervous because I've always had some anxiousness when I go to the dentist. Nicole was my dental hygienist and she was AMAZING. She was so friendly and kind and not once made me feel embarassed since it had been awhile since my last cleaning. She was professional and educated me by giving helpful hygiene tips. She was gentle and would constantly ask if i was ok. The dentist Dr. Ebrahim did an exam afterward and he seemed sincere, thorough, and not rushed. Im so grateful I found this office and Im not dreading coming to my next appt which says a lot! I have been going to Vineyard Dental for 30 years. I went last week with an appointment for a teeth cleaning. I sat in the chair and after chatting with the girl that does it. She said Let's get started. She began to put something in my mouth and I said what are you doing. She replied she was giving me an xray, I said no I just came for a cleaning. She then said it's $300.00 for cleaning and X-ray and if you don't have the X-ray I will not clean your teeth and you will be dismissed as a patient here. Needless to say I was stunned. she said you are no longer a patient. I left a bit shaken as after 30 years going there, this how I was treated. No one I have told this to can believe it. I wrote them a letter which they ignored. This is just a warning as to what can happen after being a faithful,and loyal patient for over 30 years! read more

Initially, what attracted me to try this dental office was the other Yelp reviews. The other reviewers were pleased with their service. I would have to agree. It can be a task finding a good dentist with timely service and good customer service. However, the Vineyard Dental Group checked all my boxes. I called the office to schedule a cleaning and the receptionist was very professional, getting some of my information over the phone and scheduling my appointment. Then she sent me a link through email to complete my paperwork electronically so I wouldn't have to do it on the day of my appointment. On the day of my appointment I received a reminder text and once I was pulling up to the dental office I received a text to screen for COVID-19 and check-in. Then I was invited in once they were ready which was 1 min after checking in for my appointment time. The office was clean and well-presented. I sat down for only 2-3 mins and was up and heading to the back of the office to get x-rays of my mouth and then my cleaning. The cleaning was very thorough and she explained why she was doing certain things in my mouth, with my gums, flossing between my teeth, polishing, and then recommendations on how I could continue to keep my gums strong and healthy. Then my dentist came in the office to review my x-rays when she was finished, and he was very personable as well. He clearly explained what he saw on the x-rays, and an area that he will keep an eye on over my future visits, and welcomed me to his dental office. In the end, my dental insurance was applied and I paid my portion and I was out the door in about an hour. I look forward to driving to the Temecula area and now I have a dentist in the area too. read more

I love this dentists office. I have been going here about five years now. I go out of my way to bring my entire family here when possible, even if they're not in our network. I'd rather pay out of pocket than deal with the BS of other offices. Always pleasant, down-to-earth office staff, they know who we are, the lobby is clean and well maintained, they're nice to my kids, flexible when I need to pay my bill late. Just got my teeth cleaned here for the first time and it was an excellent experience. The best part was my hygienist Angel she was able to get the layer of buildup off of my teeth which can be difficult for some. She was very knowledgeable and took great care if me. Once I moved here it took a few years of going to different Dentist in the area. Then I found Vineyard Dental. I have a dentist I trust. Vineyard Dental is always friendly and willing to answer questions and work with you. My i surance was canceled and for a year I was stuck on a plan they did no accept so I had to go somewhere else. I've used Vineyard Dental Group for many years. Up until I had lost my insurance in 2020 and was not able to return until now in Feb of 2023. They were kind, friendly, and very thorough. All of the staff from front office, dental assistant to the Dentist, everyone is amazing.
