While waiting to board an international flight, I found Vino Volo tucked away in the food court directly after security. The area itself is near the window and fairly quiet. The wooden environment made me feel as if I were inside a wine barrel, except there were many wines to try! At the time, there was only one person working and no greeting, but menus were sprawled on the table, so I mosied on over to browse their selection. After a brief exchange with the staff member and a mental debate between between Reds around the World and Tour of Italy, I was convinced by her descriptions to go with the former. When they arrived, I was surprised to discover that they were a random assortment (or the names did not match). They contained 2oz pours of wines three different lists with a paper labeled Tour of Italy which was fairly misleading. Assuming the paper descriptions were correct: I started with the right glass (Tempranillo, 2022) described as black raspberry and baking spice, specifically finding it a tad sweet but having just the right texture. The middle glass (Primitivo, 2023) tasted dark with hints of cherry and also sported some bits. Cherry and thyme, a good description, but I didn't enjoy how dark it was. The left glass (Frappato, 2021) was a good medium "in-between" the other two. While bold and strong, the strawberry and moss descriptions were interesting. The lady that served me seemed fairly knowledgeable. While not a wine connoisseur myself, I enjoyed the wine flight before my flight. If you ever have an hour to pass, consider trying some wine at Vino Volo!

Sigh oh LAX. It does not taste like a $20 sparkling wine. It IS LA and an airport. Kawa was a very nice bartender and I enjoyed my brief chat with him. They have a nice selection of wines. It's a wine bar and I don't think they serve hard alcohol. I did not take the time to peruse their menu but I do believe they have salads.

Really solid for airport restaurant. Nice wine house, butchers board is not too crazily marked up. Great cheeses and mustard selection. Fun spot to chill for a bit if you have time. Wish the back section was open because there's an incredible view. Service was great!

Vino Volo is one of 3 sit down, dine in eateries within the Tom Bradley Terminal concourse. 1) Short food menu (pizza, charcuterie, etc) 2) Wine Flights= 3 flights for about $30 3) Wine by the bottle available but selection small 4) Price point= Not a single item is priced less than $15 Great place to sit, have a glass of wine as you wait for your flight. Remeber! gates are far and the walk to YOUR gate might take 10-15 minutes so be on guard with the timing of things

My husband and I had the best experience at Vino Volo at the LAX airport... They have amazing food and a fantastic wine list. They also do a wine flight with three different flavors of your choice. Our server was Heidi and she was awesome. We actually, saw her four years ago before another flight. It was great to see her! My husband had the mozzarella flatbread and I had the Tuscany chicken sandwich and both were incredible! See you in a couple years...

Nathan and Andrei were spectacular. Every time I'm off to my international travels I also stop by Vino Volo. They both make a wonderful experience and reccommed great meals and wine. It puts a smile on my face before I take off on my journey. Great service and and experience.

Heidi made our time so enjoyable. What a way to start off the trip! Great wine selection and the food was surprisingly fantastic.

    Aussie flight is soooo yummm!

The only place in Tom Bradley that I'll eat! While others are stuffing their faces pre flight with a bunch of garbage, I feel this is your best choice for a healthy bite and yummy wine flight. I always select a red flight, most recently the Aussie - which was delish. I have a fav seat, it's the two barstools to the left of a small wall at the counter with charging capabilities underneath. Service is always friendly and I always leave satisfied with a nice little buzz! I'd recommend Vino Vola and then a coffee and sweet treat from Lamill - these will basically be your two best bets in this terminal. Safe travels! Bon voyage.

The space is small but thoughtfully curated -- part boutique wine shop, part cozy tasting room. You can tell they really put intention behind their selection, with wines from all over (and even some organic/vegan-friendly options if that's your thing). I love that you can grab a glass, do a flight, or just browse and take a bottle home. The rotating wine list keeps things interesting, so it doesn't feel like the same experience every time. The vibe is super relaxed and unpretentious -- definitely the kind of place where you can show up whether you know your wines or just want to sip something cute and call it a day. Bonus points for being able to bring in food from nearby spots since they keep it simple with snacks. Overall, it's giving neighborhood favorite energy. Perfect for a casual date, catch-up with friends, or a solo "I deserve a glass of wine" moment.

I went thru the back door. It's a small boutique wine shop. The restroom is clean and to your right as soon as you enter. A water station to your left. They have several tables and a bar to sit at. Pictures on the wall complimenting the vibe. Everything was clean. The shop is beautiful in its own way. The music wasn't loud, it was just right. It's definitely a welcoming atmosphere. I let the host know that I was there for the wine tasting and he immediately set me up with a menu and a table. I decided on the "shareable flights". I then chose 2 white and 2 red wines. Didn't have a preference so I went with his recommendations or suggestions and allowed him to choose lol. The individuals who were there last night were mostly locals. Had the pleasure of meeting an older couple (Erin and Conrad Stanley) in which I ended up giving my last flight to them while we had an awesome conversation lol. Everyone was friendly and real cool. Not making me feel out of place nor uncomfortable. I also met another couple after they left. I went to the restroom, came back and a couple was standing near my table. So into his conversation, dude sat down then apologized for sitting at my table and I told him it's all good haha. Next thing you know we're all laughing and conversing haha. I really enjoyed my 3 hrs here. I had a great experience. Took a cross word puzzle for my entertainment and ended up meeting some new wonderful people instead. I will definitely be back. No food but you can order from "Olive It" which is next door. I'm bringing my charcuterie board next time tho. They make you feel like you're at home. The service was hospitable. I also had the pleasure of seeing the owners and interacting with the wife as she cleaned the tables and made her rounds checking up on all of the guests. The husband was doing his part also, entertaining at the bar lol and providing whatever services needed. I love it... They do their best to provide professional and friendly service. I have no complaints whatsoever. I was even told they allow dogs. Big win !!! lol

I ordered "The Meaty Vegan" over a salad with a side of fries, and he got the New York strip steak. The food was incredibly flavorful and seasoned to perfection. Next time, I definitely want to try "Islands Collide" when it's back in stock! We were greeted right away for our 6:45 PM reservation, and I am so glad we booked ahead. The place filled up incredibly fast--before I even finished my second glass of wine, it was an absolute full house. The ambiance was top-tier, complete with a live DJ. Unbeknownst to us, it was R&B and Soul Music Bingo night, and the jam was jamming! The entire vibe was beautifully Black-owned and vibrant. Our server, Alexandria W., was incredibly professional, friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and proactive. Despite there being only two servers for an entirely packed house, you would never know it because they remained so cool, collected, and unfazed. Everyone was well taken care of, and the room was filled with great spirits. There were two large parties celebrating, and the energy was so welcoming it felt like we were a part of the fun even though we weren't. The entire establishment, including the restrooms, was pristine. We opted for valet, which was clutch since I was wearing heels. I even noticed a single woman get approached by a gentleman at the bar--this truly is a wonderful space for couples, groups, friends, and singles alike. We look forward to visiting again soon! The speakeasy is unique and even serves full menu of great food! Aesthetic & Ambiance: 9.5/10 - it was very prohibition themed and the menus being price/luggage tags was very fun. Came on a saturday night at 6:30 reservation and it was very quiet with us being the only table most of the evening. The outside restaurant has live bands which can be a little loud.
