Turkey dressing entre with mashed potatoes and Oven Baked Mac and Cheese

The flavor of the few choices entre's of food is subpar to plain. Only a few choices and, the all you can eat price after 5pm is too expensive. $16 advertised price goes up to $20 after a drink and after taxes for old left over from earlier cooked food they don't want to throw away after their 8pm closing time.

Fresh salad, broccoli casserole, and swai fried fish. See that beautiful biscuit!!

Well, this place is different ! It is cafeteria style, BUT serve yourself! They just opened where 5 spot is too be on Progress and 316. Love the new decor very fresh and clean! Our server Amy was fantastic! She explained how things worked after seeing us looking confused! They had several meats, fried chicken, country fried steak, baked fish, fried swai fish, which I got that was delicious, baked chicken, and I think meatloaf. Meats were like $3.40, vegetables around 2.40/2.80, same for desserts. I chose broccoli casserole, and it was so good! Plus, I had a very fresh salad along with strawberry shortcake. My friend had swai and chicken, Mac n cheese, and green beans. He cleaned his plate, saying everything was great! Oh yeah, he had a biscuit that was Ahmazing and huge! Cathead size and would've been awesome for breakfast stuffed with sausage, egg, and cheese ! They do a breakfast buffet, too. My meal was reasonably priced at $10. See pic

This is real deal, cooked with love, kinda food. Some of the best, I mean the BEST biscuits I've ever had. Weekends until 3 is the best brunch buffet. Run to this little gem. So very, very good.

Great comfort food. My granddaughter and I enjoyed it.

I've attached a photo so others can judge for themselves. We immediately called the restaurant. The young lady who answered transferred us to Jeremy, who she identified as the cook, we later found him to be the owner. We explained that the sausage was severely burned. Instead of apologizing or offering to make it right, Jeremy's response was, "Did you want it raw?" He then stated that he cooked it himself, remembered making it, and knew it wasn't burned. Not only was the food unacceptable, but Jeremy's attitude was rude, arrogant, and extremely condescending. My wife offered to email him a photo of the biscuit, which she did. About an hour later, she called back to follow up. Jeremy said he hadn't looked at the email because he was busy. He went on to explain that he needed to get everyone out by 1:30, had other things to do afterward, and would call us back around 2:30. That call never came. Not to mention we paid $14 for two biscuits!! No follow-up. No apology. No attempt to resolve the issue. Nothing. As a business owner myself, I understand that mistakes happen. Burnt food can happen in any kitchen. What separates good businesses from bad ones is how they respond when a customer brings a problem to their attention. Instead of taking responsibility, we were met with excuses, dismissiveness, and complete indifference. After reading other reviews, it appears that burnt food and poor customer service may not be isolated incidents. Unfortunately, our experience certainly supports that impression. We weren't looking for anything unreasonable--just acknowledgment of the problem and an effort to make it right. Instead, we received some of the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. The attached photo speaks for itself.

The breading on the chicken was comparable to what you would find at Popeyes. The food arrived piping hot, almost too hot to eat I had to let it cool for a few minutes. I ordered the cat fish sandwich, which was quite large. However, it lacked seasoning altogether. If they add more seasoning, I believe this could be a hit. Unfortunately, I did not receive any seasoning, and I do not believe I would order again. The atmosphere was reminiscent of a small, family-owned store on the corner of a strip mall. The interior was clean and nothing special. The staff was friendly. Calling in the food would reduced the 20-minute wait time, as the food is made to order. I have no issue with this, as you can clearly tell by how piping hot the food was. The other items I ordered besides the fish sandwich were whole chicken wings meal that came with French fries and a drink. The price is slightly on the higher side. In my opinion, I will not return to this establishment.

It's a good spot for date night, or a special occasion, or just when you want a properly- and artfully-prepared crepe and coffee. Their new location in Dacula is a bit further from home for me, but it is worth the drive - and longer. They have an expanded menu featuring a variety of French classics. They still do offer galette and crepe menu items. This new location also features bar service, and their menu has a short list of specialty cocktails and TGG versions of standard mixes. Amuse Bouche: a fresh watermelon gazpacho (served in a shooter) with a tiny crispy wafer topped with Gruyère and apple preserve. Wild! I ordered the Boeuf Bourguignon. One of our party ordered the Sea Bass and another went light and ordered a selection of appetizers. They reported excellent preparation and flavors. Mine was extremely well prepared, rich and full flavored. The dishes were presented like works of art. It was the luck of the day that beams of setting sunlight shone through the curtains and illuminated our meals just as they were placed on the table. The spiraled lemon on the crab cake caught sun like a stained glass window. The beef arrangement on my side looked like a tiny forest, with tender boulders of mushrooms and meat, fallen trees of carrots, a little shrub of Swiss chard, and a sapling sprig of fresh rosemary. But for real - artistic musings aside, this was some damn good food. I thoroughly enjoyed the main course, and of course, I had to get a crepe for dessert. Tout de Chocolat was such a perfect finish, with freshly toasted almonds and warm buttery caramel to offset wave after wave of chocolate flavors. I always love the atmosphere they create. The owner was in the house and she is always such a delight to encounter. The Galloping Galette should be on your short list for great restaurant experiences in Gwinnett County.
