Adulting for the day is done..for me :)
    Debbie F.

I really enjoy this little nook in Kissimmee. Its chillaxed with soft jazz tunes playing within a nice neighborhood filled with restaurants and great feel. John the owner serves it up in service and conversation. They offer meat and cheese boards to go with your wines or bring your own in. Vintage Vinos can be your first stop or your last for the day but make it a stop...

A wonderfully relaxing place to explore interesting wines and delicious cheeses. Thursday evening is Flight Night! Tell John the proprietor what your taste in wine is and he will choose the most lovely selection. A favorite place of mine. I highly recommend it!

Vintage Vino, a wine bar located in historic downtown Kissimmee, is one of four venues in the town's City Centre. On the corner is 3 Sisters Speakeasy, a upscale sports bar; next to 3 Sisters is Sushi by Chef Ha's; then next in line is Vintage Vino; and finally at the end of the building is Chef John's Dockside Inn. Our visit to this wine bar was really positive experience. It is small--very small--but what it lacks in size it makes up for in atmosphere, presentation, and great wine at a good price. We were told that they have 50 beers available by the glass, 50 wines available by the glass, and 150 wines available by the bottle. I ordered a flight of Shiraz/Syrah wines and my wife had a flight of Merlot wines. These flights are not on the regular menu, but someone in another review mentioned that we should ask, and so we did. John, who I believe is the owner, was very happy to accommodate the request. After selecting three wines for each of our two flights (see the photos I uploaded), he took a fair amount of time explaining his decision process and each wine's characteristics. Since I know next to nothing about wine, I usually find this process to be a bit uncomfortable. However, I didn't feel like that here. When John was done we sat back and enjoyed our three glasses, which were really good. Although I don't know much about this stuff, I feel like John did a great job choosing wines that contrasted with each other to create a balanced presentation. It was a very relaxing, educational, and enjoyable occasion. And the total price for our two wine flights with tax? $21. Overall, our time at Vintage Vino was a charming and rewarding experience. I am extremely glad I came across this place on Yelp, and even happier that we actually went. Bravo to the owners. And don't forget... once you have had your fill of wine, you are right next to two restaurants and another two bars (including the dive bar, the Wicked Stepsister, which is across the street).

Came here for a late evening with my lady and had a great time. intimate and cozy, not many seats so stake your claim if you find a seat. they also have some craft beers which is nice.and also you can order up some cheese and meat boards w/grapes. You can also order from the restaurant's around vino and eat if you want at their tables.

Such an amazing experience. I decided to take a close friend of mine for a night out on the town and I am AMAZED! our server was very knowledgeable of all of the wines that we tasted that night. He was such a delight. The cheese platter was superb, I would recommend this place to everyone!

This place is absolutely amazing. John, the owner was there to help us with wine selections. It's very cool, you don't need a menu, he just asks what you do and don't like and then he makes the perfect selection. The ambiance is calm and fun at the same time. The music is eclectic and has a nice vibe but not too loud to have a great conversation. We love reds and he had many choices for us. We started with some nicely selected 3 oz. Flight tastings (you get 3 different 3oz. Flights per tasting) referred by John and a board of cheeses that were all imported and out of this world. We then transitioned into full glasses of the wines we fell in love with. John continued to be our personal sommelier and he educated us in the different regions and different environments that create the wines we love. All and all we adore this spot and would highly recommend it to anyone. Also if you're hungry, it was super cool, we were able to order from the restaurant next door, but not just as take out... The waitress actually came to our table at Vintage Vino and fully waited on us for a full dinner at the wine bar from the restaurant next door. Such a nice touch.

My wife and I stopped in while waiting for a table at another restaurant. The owner was fantastic he was extremely accommodating and did everything to make us feel at home and comfortable. We had one of the cheeseboards and it was truly delicious. We will 100% return.

My favorite place to go for a flight of wine. John waited on us and was friendly, kind, and generous. I wanted to find a place with a great price for a flight of Wines and happy hour for my friends in downtown Kissimmee, FL and I found Vintage Vino online. I loved the service and two of the Wines. The Riesling and Peach Moscato wine were delightfully sweet, addictive, and yummy. My friends and I loved the Ambience. I adored the giant wine glasses and the fact he placed the bottle of wine by each glass. We each had three wine glasses of wine for each flight. The wine was ample too. $12 a flight unless it had more expensive Wines. Happy hour had $4 select Wines and beers. Dinner from nearby restaurants are served here - so convenient. The bathroom area required a punch in number password for Vintage Vino. Service was not the quickest but we managed to get our refills and food soon enough. The furniture and seating was very comfortable and inviting. I was very happy to come, relax, and chat here with friends! I will definitely come here again and again. My go see wine place in Kissimmee, FL!

Great wine and cheese. Good atmosphere and friendly service. Conveniently located and a few steps from a restaurant that serves steaks.

Drinks were very slow. Food was very slow. All but one food item was cold. All steaks overcooked. Not even close. Salmon overcooked. Not even close No chimichurri for steak. No gravy for chicken and gravy. No green beans. No vegetables. We didn't know any of that ahead of time. When our food arrived, the sauces and sides didn't come out with the food. When they went back to get them, they had no sauces and no vegetables/green beans. The chicken and gravy Father's Day special had no gravy, the steak chimichurri had no chimichurri. No warning from the kitchen and waitress was sent out to tell us. Solution to all of it was to give us a $3 discount on the individual items, the steak and the chicken and gravy. It's hard to explain how exceptionally slow, cold and overcooked the food was. Seemed like one server, one manager and one cook at the restaurant. Wouldn't have written the review if they were even somewhat understanding of how bad things were. The $3 off was incredibly token especially for Father's Day meal where we spent upwards of $500. Just didn't want anyone else having the experience we did.

Later I also had the Martin Ray and in my opinion it was not as good, but it was a heavier mouth feel and it had layers to it. They have a piano player Wednesday and Saturday. He shows up around 6pm. So they have free slasa and chips in the back corner most nights. On Tuesday the have tacos. And Tuesday there are meatballs. On Friday they have Karaoke around 7. If you like wine, or you are an enthusiast, this would be a great place to visit if you find yourself in Winter Haven Florida. They have buy one glass 2nd half price. If you buy a bottle and stay, it is a $15 corkage fee. We kind of did the math and depending on the pour, and their pours are generous, it is cheaper to buy by the glass. When you visit they your own math gymnastics. Bottom line, Grape Expectations, the wine is great. The service is exceptionally better. And if you like a mellow vibe with great wine.
