I let them know over the phone and in person that I recently failed an inspection, repaired all of the issues but had my horn break in the mean time. They said they could take a look at it. When I came to pick up my car, there was no inspection sticker. Turns out they don't actually do stickers and brought me to a guy down the street. They charged me $130 as a service charge for giving my car a full inspection and no sticker. Why the hell would I pay $130 for inspection and no sticker if I'd be getting an inspection anyways with my sticker for $35?! It's because I was lied to and taken advantage of. Phil you knew exactly what you were doing and I feel so stupid for putting blind faith into your shop. The labor was done so I'm not getting a refund but be warned. Zero integrity here.

I sat in the car for over two hours while they attempted to fix the issue. In the end, they told me there was "nothing they could do" and that the car would need to be taken to a mechanic. Because of this, I lost multiple days of work, and they are refusing to compensate me in any way. Their excuse was that the filter cracked because the oil change wasn't done on time, which makes no sense given that the damage happened while the car was in their care. There was no accountability, no solution, and no concern for the inconvenience they caused. I strongly recommend staying away from this place.

Omar at the front desk was incredibly friendly, and I hopped out for dinner and to go to the library while the guys worked. Anthony and Mathew did a GREAT job, and were clearly incredibly competent in addition to being personable (and hilarious). The tires drove like a dream for the 50-mile trek back home. They perform many other vehicle maintenance items too. Again the prices looked reasonable. They made themselves a new customer so I'll be back for my cars next PMI.
