Super disappointing. Booked a French pink and white full set. As she's putting in the pink she told me she had to do the white tip separate after the pink. Not how I've ever had it done but ok. I mentioned several times I'm allergic to Gel polish which is why I can only do acrylic powder and regular polish. She then starts to put pink gel polish on. I tell her I cant do gel polish and I booked and wanted a pink and white acrylic set. She said she couldn't do it and could manually add white regular polish. The pink is still rough and uneven with white tips painted on and 1 coat clear polish. Charged the full price with an additional $15 to shape and do white tips. The white tips are clumpy so soon as you walk outside they look like they have dark spots. If I had known they could not do actual pink and white I would have canceled getting my nails done and been happy with just the pedicure. Worst part is I can't go somewhere else to get them fixed before my event because my 2 fingers are already having an allergic reaction from the gel polish she put on. Pedicure was good. read more

I came here on a Wednesday to get a pedicure after reading the 10% off sign posted outside. I was surprised after being denied the 10% off when I asked about it at the end of my service. I was told that it only was for the "second service" although, the sign does not say that. When I asked about the sign outside, the woman pointed to a makeshift piece of paper taped to the counter (folded computer paper written with a pen) that mentioned this second service. While I was receiving my pedicure another customer inquired about the same thing. As soon as the customer left, the staff spoke for the rest of my pedicure amongst themselves, presumably about the interaction with the customer. While I cannot verify what was said because I do not speak nor understand the language that was spoken, the tone, body language, and energy in the salon led me to believe that they were discussing their dismay with the customer's concern. The pedicure was good, but the false advertising and tense environment left a bad impression on me. Follow Up: I was approached by the manager who thanked me for my candid review. He is going to hold a meeting with his staff. He also invited me back in to receive a pedicure by him personally. No, no, no..... Hell No! Do not come here. I requested the milk & honey deluxe pedi. The water was COLD, had to request that they put hot in. The girl performing the service cut me twice, no sorry, are you okay, no antiseptic, just moving on through the motions. As if that wasn't enough, next we move on to the rinse cycle where I kid you not.....hot water is sprayed directly onto my skin. While this seems to be an active dumpster fire, I will say the paraffin dip was nice. The massage is a joke, all she did was go up and down rubbing the skin of my legs. That was the one portion of a pedi that I was looking forward too. That last time I was here the massage was amazing. And now that it's time to paint the toes, let's finish by applying alcohol to the cuts, Lord help me! At this point you're probably wondering why I've not gotten up and walked out. Good question! After much pain (literally) my toes are painted a pretty bright shade of blue. Not perfect but I'll fix that later. Needless to say, this was $65 completely wasted. I looked them up online and was happy to see they could actually do designs that are on trend unlike a lot of nail salons in the area. I was properly greeted and helped immediately. Everyone was very nice they have also decorated well it's a very clean black and white feel to the space. My pedicure and my fullest were priced to my liking I hate going into a salon and everything is outrageously expensive. They serve a plethora of beverages upon request which is a nice added touch to the entire experience. Hailey was amazing she did my nails. I gave her a color pallet to work off of and allowed her to be creative. I love that she loves what she does and it definitely shows in her work. She took her time with my nails and she really made sure they were even and not thick and bulky. It's the worse to go in with an idea and end up being a victim of what I asked for vs what I got. Hailey made sure what I wanted was exactly what I got. I was very amazed at how well she did each step of my nail process. She was thorough and explained what she would be using to make sure it was okay and stuck with the vision. Overall I'll be coming back for all my nail needs because she really can give whatever you want. While I was getting them done I noticed they have A LOT of nail accessories like rhinestones and different add on items so if you are like me and love a place that can do good work and had the means to recreate a look this is your place! I decided to go to a different nail salon than I usually go to today, and when I walked in this place it was absolutely beautiful! It was so clean and very aesthetically pleasing. Nancy did my nails, and to say that I was happy with them is an understatement. I've seen a lot of bad reviews about this place but from what I experienced it was absolutely amazing. THEY CALLED THE POLICE ON ME! I called on Tuesday to make an appointment with my regular nail tech since 2021 Hailey for Friday at 4:30 pm. I was told I have my appointment for her when I arrive a man Henry told me she had a family emergency and left 20 minutes to my arrival and instructed him to do my nails instead. I get detailed designed nails and asked him if another tech I've been to before could do instead he said no then he said he will I asked him if he could do the design and he said yes. I gave him a chance and asked for a fill set and he talked me out of it and gave me a fill. He then proceeded to apply thick and uneven acrylic on top of my nails and shaped them badly and then struggled to do my design. I asked him to stop the service and said I don't want him to finish and I want Haley to do them tomorrow when he said she would be back. He then told me I had to pay and I refused as he said Haley will be able to redo my nails the following day. HE LOCKED THE FRONT DOOR AND TOLD ME I COULDN'T LEAVE UNTIL I PAY. Then we called Hailey and turns out he lied to her and said he gave me a full set when he didn't and he lied to me and said she was out for an emergency but she was on vacation all week and would not be back till 12/18/2024. Also turns out Haley is no longer the owner and Henry is now. I DID NOT ACT IRRATIONALLY AT ALL BUT He called the police on me and the police harassed me and said he can press charges if I refused to pay because I received a service. A friend called me up and said I gotta go get my nails done, wanna come. I needed a pedicure so why not? I asked where we were going and she said Vipro nails. ‍ I did a review two years, I thought well, it's been two years, that's where she's going. I just need a simple pedicure what could go wrong? We didn't have an appointment, every tech had a client but no one was waiting. I got seated right away my friend sat for only a few minutes, that was a positive. Upon sitting my water was ready and it was cold, being it was already a cold day and the temperature for pedicures is generally warm borderline hot. She clipped my toes, filed my skin more than my nails. The. She pulled out the cuticle clippers. She dug deep into the skin of my big toe and I jumped because it hurt bad, then proceeded to cut deep along the nail down much farther than I have ever had done before. No, I do not have ingrown toe nails. That led my toe to start bleeding. She did the same thing on my left big toe also, just not as far but as deep and it bled too. She added a hot towel which was nice (it wasn't included in my basic package). The polish was layered so many times I couldn't keep up, extra on this toe, not that one, this one over here etc...I usually get gel but I wasn't paying an extra $20 for gel. I got up and went to the drying table, it didn't feel any air couldn't tell if it was on. I waited for about 10-15 not quite 20 minutes before putting my socks and shoes on. Left big toe was really sore having other errands to run didn't help. My friend got a full set and she was very happy with her results. A woman did walk in upset, she had a full set down last week and they were all coming up from the bottom. I saw another woman's nails as she was leaving she had jewels on them and they looked well done. I did take pictures as I was waiting on them to dry. I posted the worst of the ten. This morning my toe is red around the nail bed, throbbing and sore, paint is all jacked from too many layers of paint. My toes were dry to the touch before I put my socks on by the way. I used to like this place when they first opened. My 5 most recent visits have been awful. The place is dirty all the time. They reuse files and scrubbers, which is gross. The reuse the separation thing for your toes and the paper sandals. The prices are high for the quality, they CONSTANTLY try to up sale you and if you don't, they have an attitude. The last pedicure I got looked like I painted my toes myself. My toenails were uneven and sharp and the polish was lumpy. The only reason it's more than one star is because Mia does quality work, but the designs they say they can do, never look like the picture. read more

Very disappointed with my experience today. Today was my birthday and my mom and I went to get our nails done and to say we left dissatisfied would be an understatement. While the nail techs were nice and friendly, their skills were sorely lacking. I asked for a dip manicure with a fairly simple design. She attempted to remove my old dip, but left several spots with the old powder which left the nails kinda bumpy which I thought maybe would be fixed when she buffed them later. I have been getting dip manicures for several years now and I'm pretty familiar with the step by step process. She did not use any bottom coat or top coat for that matter and she immediately started with the colored powder. She didn't set the dip with anything after applying it and just buffed over the unset powder. This left a very rough finish to the nails. I asked her at this point if she was going to use anything to set the dip and her answer was "yes this is powder" and proceeded to explain to me what the powder was. There was definitely some misunderstanding with the language barrier which is usually a non issue. From the start she just looked confused and acted like she had never done a dip manicure before. I usually do stick up for myself or at least ask questions, but I guess I just hoped she knew what she was doing. Because she couldn't buff them out as well because they weren't set, they were left jagged and very lumpy. My set overall looks ok from far away but awful up close. She also kept filing my finger instead of my nail causing it to bleed and continued doing it even after I said ouch. Waste of $60. My mom got a simple gel manicure. Her tech only used one coat of polish so some parts are a bit see through and her leopard design is very large and not done well at all. She also didn't file her nails either leaving them very jagged. Overall very disappointed. A waste of money and will definitely not be going back. read more

I get acrylic on my toes due to a injury to my nails. Ive found d it very hard to keep it without chipping in less than a week or the acrylic nails would come off if tennis shoes in the past. But I received my pedicure from Mary and I 10/10 recommend! There's been no chipping or lifting. she's an amazing woman in general she also gave me a gel manicure that is beautiful. This is my first EVER Yelp review but here we go.. I went in with my nails (the 1st photo). I asked for a polish change to remove the second line on my French tips since I have engagement photos TOMORROW. I wanted just French tips like how I had them in the first photo but without that second line. My tech seemed like he was rushing through the whole process and we even had an appt at 12 but was asked to come in at 1!! My mom got a pedi (the classic) and I got what was in the 2nd photo, he got rid of the gel and then painted half of my nail and cured it. On top of everything, I was left with nail polish all over my hands. The total was $75. I didn't ask for a refund because he already seemed like he was in a mood the second I sat down in the chair. Ok.. so I came here because someone recommended me and I was looking to something knew and someone that can do my style etc. . Saw the reviews and it was 50/50.. so I gave it a try. Went here last week , ok nail techs. Only thing is the man who was doing my nails cut me and was really rough with my fingers. Also the acrylic powder they used started burning my nails, and he said " sorry it's a new powder , it's the chemical reaction ". I've been getting long nails for about a yr and a half and have never had the acrylic burn . He put some solution on my fingers which helped . When I first walk in, it's not a welcoming experience. Okay whatever it happens. William pulls me over and I show him the nails I wanted with the design but blue. I had also told him I'm a hairstylist so I need the acrylic powder color so my nails don't stain. He says no problem. He throws my tips on and then goes "go back to the last chair on the left". Then she gets up and leaves me for a good 10-15 mins. Comes back pulls dirty supplies out of her desk...great. At this point I just want to walk out. She finished everything and they came out pretty but not what I wanted at all. My cuticles are blown from the nippers that were used and from another tool. Paid $50 for something I didn't want. I never wanted to get out of a salon so badly. Update: I called back to ask for my money back because it's not what I wanted. By 5 days they looked grown out!! William argued with me on the phone for 6 mins and tried to put the blame on me like it was my fault! He finally said okay I'll give you your money back. I go into the salon and speak to him. His wife and the girl that did my nails came up. William said oh your nails look perfect I can't give you your money back. Mean while they are chipped, discolored and grown out looking after 5 days. I went there to get a gel mani and pedi cause I saw they was a new business and was having a sale 15%-20% off. So a young skinny boy did my nails he was nice but you can tell he didn't know what he was doing my whole service toke about 4/5 hours I was so aggravated. My nails looked like shit I did a basic white on nails and toes How hard is it to do basic white nails. There was lady that try to fix my nails before I left she had to file off the gel on both my thumbs and repaint them, still the next day the gel nailed polish bubbled up and peel off.
