Very unprofessional in terms of communication and booking. I had sent an initial inquiry about 2…read moremonths ago and heard nothing back. After emailing to check in I was informed the salon had changed ownership or something to that effect and I would have to re-send them my inquiry. I did this and the woman, Alexis, had me fill out a new brochure and I sent her screenshots of my previous request which showed what I wanted and the date I would need work done. Again, I don't hear back from anyone. After 4-5 days, I email asking for confirmation on booking and she tells me she's on vacation and will get back to me later. This morning she emails me to tell me my date is not available any longer. Thanks to you guys, I have wasted almost 2 months at this point trying to book with your salon when I could have been looking elsewhere. My wedding is in 3 months. I understand that in changes of ownership things can get lost in translation, but I would think you'd be more apologetic and willing to try and get clients scheduled after they were lost in the mix the first time around. Instead, I felt thrown to the way side and obviously like not much of a priority. Would not recommend.

I've never had my eyebrows done before since they're so light and felt kinda awkward trying to explain what I wanted but Heather was on it. She walked me through the steps of both tinting and waxing and made me feel comfortable, and made sure that I loved the end result.
