Everything about this place is first class, just like the rest of the Seahawks organization. I was able to attend a Seahawks practice session and was very impressed by the facility, the staff, and just how everything was handled to give fans a good show. There wasn't much interaction with the players as they are there to get their work in, but several did stop to sign autographs and take pictures at the end of the day. Parking is available at The Landing shopping center where you check in and then get bused over to the facility. Once you are there, you get the same feeling like its a game day at Century Link Field with cheerleaders at the entrance greeting everyone, concessions and souvenirs available for purchase, and music pumping out of speakers loud enough for both the fans and players. For food, there is one selection which was OK, but it would have been nice to see a better variety and more options to make the line go faster. That's my one gripe with the whole day was having to wait so long to get my food. There are two areas where fans can sit or stand to watch the practices and both have good views of the three different fields with Lake Washington and Mercer Island as a gorgeous backdrop. I can only imagine what it would be like to be inside the VMAC, but I'm sure everything about it is state of the art kept in perfect shape.

Very organized and well planned from the signage to the employees and buses. Such a great time, everyone was nice and having a good time. Tip: bring cash, camp chairs, arrive really early (b4) 730am to get the best viewing areas and of course your positive mojo. GO HAWKS!

I've visited VMAC three times to watch the Hawks in training camp. Always a great experience. Fans are polite. Staff is friendly. The facility is excellent and the logistics assure you'll get there in an orderly way. Kids have a higher chance of getting autographs. There is food available, but we bring our own. Best to bring a blanket and/or low chairs for comfort. Arrive early for best spot on the grassy hill. I always bring my camera to get pics. No videography allowed, but you can take stills. My only regret is that they allow fans to watch from only one side of the field. You often find yourself seeing the back of the players' heads.

Great place right on the water to watch your favorite team practice. It's so much fun when they open practice for the 12s.

Fun concert but could barely hear the artist. Still prefer Seattle's venues. Staff was great. Drinks were overpriced.

Before delving into all that, though, I will summarize some of its best features: * Free parking (in the east lot only, however) * Wonderful security, concession, and event staff (minus one manager in particular) * Spacious venue, with great sight lines, even from the floor Now, on to the problem: Myself, my wife, and another 20-or-so attendees had VIP Meet & Greet tickets to meet one of the bands in the lineup for our event, to which we were invited into the venue early to hang out with them, take pictures, etc. Although our band was not the headliner, we were told by event staff that, once our session was done, we'd have to head back outside. However, we were explicitly told to line up behind the VIP line for the headliner, and once their session was one, we'd ALL be allowed entry into the venue early, partially to avoid the 90+ degree heat and direct sunlight hitting the glass and reflective mirrors on the sunny-side of the building, where our lines were told to assemble. We confirmed this multiple times with the gentleman, who was friendly, warm, helpful and welcoming. Once we were back outside, things took a turn south, as the Events Manager, the aforementioned smug, rude, condescending and callous mentioned above, decided otherwise, and subjected nearly two dozen people to several hours of sun exposure, simply due to her being on some sort of power trip. Multiple people in our group would end up suffering from heat-related health issues, including two diabetics. Thankfully, some of the caring concession staff inside, noticing our plight, offered some free cold beverages to help alleviate their suffering. Despite being informed of what the previous gentleman had said, as well as the condition of the people suffering in the heat, the Events Manager continued to be smug and dismissive, her response always distilling down to basically "because I said so". Her final excuse was that our tickets simply could not be scanned for entry prior to a certain time, which is true to a point. However, as one of the people in our group worked for Ticketmaster, and informed her, and everyone present, that this is adjustable by the venue AND Ticketmaster, she ran out of excuses. Once we were finally inside, things were great, once people had recovered from the heat. However, this Events Manager put people's live in danger for no reason other than exerting her power, and that is in excusable. A complaint is being filed with the BBB by multiple people in our group, as well as formal complains with the venue's ownership and upper management. At the VERY least, in the future, ShoWare Center needs to inform their management that extended queues for summer events MUST be moved to the shaded side of the building, and when people start to suffer legitimate risks to their health, then it's time to take action...or be the subject of legal action taken against them.

The stadium is great, plenty of options for food. I've been to 30 plus games including a home run derby and an all star game. Not once would I say anything negative about a seat I've had in this park. If you haven't gone yet, I recommend it. Tickets aren't bad by any means and if you can get there by ways that don't involve paying for parking like taking the sounder, you can see games for less than $20.

The stadium and the surrounding area are really fun! Lots of food and drink options, lots of amusement (in addition to the game) with the "Salmon Run" and the Moose mascot and a pretty seamless entrance and exit process. One thing we found weird though was that there were literally nonstop fans entering and exiting their seats throughout the entire game ... even while batters were up and also standing up blocking views just because. Perhaps we're used to different rules in NYC but it certainly caught us off guard and made us have to ask the fans in front of us to sit down so we could enjoy the game (& no it wasn't them being excited bc the Mariners lost 11-0 lmao).

They have a nice parking garage but I prefer taking the link in. North side of the stadium you'd take the International District stop. If you want the south side of the stadium, then Stadium is the best stop. Food and beverage options here are decent. They're optimized for crowds too with those Amazon markets where you just walk out. Seattle dogs are my staple now but they have all your stadium favorites and generally lines aren't too bad since they have a lot of options. I've attended events in lots of areas of the stadium including suites, end zones, upper and lower decks. I'd say it's a fun environment wherever you sit. It does get loud though. Bring earplugs for those sensitive to loud noises. The suites shield you from much of that though. Getting around in the stadium is fairly effortless too. The pro shop on the ground floor is the most congested. The line moves pretty fast though. There are also large ramps like the Olympic ramp that you can walk up and down floors too. Overall, any chance I get to come here I generally take advantage of since it's easy to get to and I like this environment. Have fun!

Scale, energy, and that classic Pacific Northwest night under the arches. When the crowd is locked in and the songs are big enough to fill the place, it really shines. That said, the acoustics aren't great for quieter or more nuanced moments (stadium echo is real here), and getting in and out can be a pain, especially by transit. The light-rail mess after this show didn't help. If you care more about atmosphere and hits than perfect sound, you'll leave happy. If you're sensitive to echo or prefer intimate acoustics, maybe stick to smaller venues. Sheeran keeps coming back for a reason though--this place works for his style of stadium intimacy, even if it's not a sonic paradise.
