Well I found an awesome pair of Oakleys that were significantly more expensive. Not only was the young lady Gigi that helped me able to find the name of the person who purchased the glasses for me, she gave me a discount on my Oakleys that helped lower the difference in the pair of glasses. She was very patient & helpful & even waited for us to call & get the email address of the person who gave me the glasses so she could make the exchange possible. I don't know if she is the manager but if she's not, she should be. She was terrific & made our experience at Sunglasses Hut enjoyable & memorable....

Contacts fittings and samples to try on, to make sure you feel comfortable wearing them. Doctors and staff always patiently and cordial explaining to you from what's suitable to your eyes, choices, up to what Insurance Coverage you have, promotion coupon is sometimes applied on the quote, etc etc. Just that they no longer give out free eyes drops or contacts solution, and no bags to carry our prescriptions lol The place is clean and lots of frames to choose for your prescription glasses. It was my first time at this location but I was surprised when I was told they could transfer my information from my old location to here. I was told I needed a new eye exam since my old one had just expired the month prior and would need to make an appointment. I figured they would have to make me come back another day but once again, they surprised me with being able to schedule me the same day, just a few hours later. Conveniently, they're located inside the Westfield mall so I was able to go do some shopping and grab lunch before my appointment. Once back, the eye exam and picking out my new glasses took a little less than an hour. Pricing is pretty much your average amount and it took about two weeks for my glasses to be ready.

He proceeded to place me on hold after a long pause without telling me then left me on hold while pressing buttons on the line. When he came back he kept mumbling "I'm going to connect you now" except he kept mumbling so much I kept asking I'm sorry what? And it was 100% mumbling because he clearly said "we don't have that" before. I then said oh you're going to connect me? Okay thank you and he hung up on me. I came in, and the doctor rinsed my eye and helped remove whatever was causing the irritation. She couldn't see anything specific, but it was most likely lint from a blanket. I was really uncomfortable, and they took care of me right away. The staff was kind, patient, and attentive. The owner Mouawad Guy Oaa Abo Ncle, whom when I purchased my 1st n 2nd pair of glasses was so nice and helpful; turned into a monster and was out of control getting in my face yelling at me while his food and saliva were coming out of his mouth. He was irate saying I broke my glasses on purpose and started throwing his own frames on display against the wall, and picked one frame, and said, see even then it didn't break. Oh my gosh he was screaming Liar, Liar to me at the top of his lungs. So he said he's not fixing them. He was the epitome of Dr Jekyll n Mr. Hyde. You never know people! I had a HORRIBLE N TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE bc my glasses were broken. He should NOT be in business dealing with the public.
