Glasses grabbed out of my hand told to give receptionist my name and they will call when done. Basically dismissed by the employee. I asked if they needed to measure where glasses sit for best results was told "no they are just glasses and there is NO REFUND". So no money back for not getting the glasses prescribed by their Doctor Aka progressive lenses. My insurance company has been falsely billed, I have been falsely billed because this business has incompetent employees. Stay away, their customer service is nonexistent and they make you feel inconsequential and have zero customer service skills.

She told me I needed to follow up with another eye doctor for a more thorough exam but never provided a referral. I was also told I need reading glasses, yet no prescription strength was given--leaving me with no clear guidance on next steps. I ordered a six-month supply of contacts that only lasted three months. When I came in to address this, the staff blamed me instead of investigating the issue, suggesting I use a "better" contact solution--even though I use Biotrue, which is one of the top solutions on the market. The contacts consistently dry out, and no one took responsibility or showed concern. To make matters worse, customer service was rude and dismissive. I asked if someone can help me find oversized glasses like pick them out for me and it was met with laziness. The rep told me I'd have to go thru the glasses myself. Really? And he told me they take these reviews seriously and wanted to make amends. I wasn't really interested in them doing anything else, but he genuinely prefers a satisfied customer. He personally helped me at the counter and I left with a second pair of readers to be picked up later. Yes, I'm satisfied because they cared. So because of that I am saying I prefer to keep coming here for my prescription lenses and frames than any other place.

Upon our last visit we met a young man name Fareed. My significant other needed an eyeglass case. A few cases didn't fit my S.O. eyewear. Most sale representatives would have given up. Scheduling is not smooth but I can overlook that. The bigger issue comes later. They try to prescribe you the LensCrafter brand of contacts, but it takes many weeks to get them. They can not call and get an update on when they will ship or what the delay is. Their best answer is "When they get here they get here". Recently, we ordered 3 pairs of frames for all of our family members. We were told a week to 10 days to get them. I called and was told they are in "finishing" status with the lab but they have no way to reach the lab or expedite the order. I appreciate the gesture like that. We paid the remaining balance with cash, and then went on our merry way. We also was advised that if we had a problem, we can always stop in and they can adjust or fix if needed, which again i appreciate. Luckily so far no problems! Oh and just a side note- got a call on Saturday 11/30 about making sure that i got the text that my eyeglasses were ready, and while that is a good gesture, I had planned to come on Wednesday December 4th to pick them up. I also have a 30 minute ride to and from the place. Anyways, i like my new eyeglasses, and appreciate sterling opticial, and recommend this!
