We began by talking with Gama, who was very knowledgeable and nice. After talking, came to our house to inspect the situation. After talking with and meeting Gama, we immediately knew theirs was the service we wanted to use. They did two heat treatments for us for bed bugs followed by a chemical treatment each time. They were on time and did a great job. There were a few items which got broken by them, but there were things we probably should have removed. They also damaged our Sleep Number bed, but in honesty it was over 15 years old and probably more susceptible to being easily damaged. Despite these things, I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them for your pest control services, especially bed bugs. But why take my word for it? I would NOT recommend Vision Pest control. They came and treated my Airbnb for bed bugs then for almost a year I had monthly maintenance service for $250 a month. (A reasonable rate if they did a good job. Even after vision did the initial treatment followed by monthly bedbugs kept coming back. In the SAME room of a 5 bedroom house. After the last 2 treatments the same day we found live bugs! we called them back Gama didn't like this. He told me that we weren't paying the correct amount and that we had to pay $495 monthly if we wanted to continue the monthly service. And that I needed a heat treatment for $3800.00 which was $1,200 more than what I paid less than 2 years ago from another company Pest Solutions. I thanked him for his offer that I should start paying double when he wasn't even successful at the current rate. I told him that going forward I would be using another company, Ecco in Northridge. They use a new treatment that kills bedbugs with a fungus which invades and infects the entire nest. Because of the nature of my business I have to have professional thorough exterminators Vision is not that. By the third treatment it felt like Gama or employee just wanted the cash, bad attitude and did a half ass job then they were out in less than15 minutes. They explained the entire treatment plan and gave advice on preventive measures. They are very good at what they do and you don't need to pack up your entire house to prep for the treatment. BEWARE!!! This company does NOT guarantee their work. Here is what happened to us: Vision came out to spray our house two weeks ago and forgot to spray the downstairs (annoying but it happens). They needed to come BACK and complete the job a few days later. Less than a week later, it seems like the problem has actually gotten WORSE! There are rows 4 rows of ant trails in the living room, the bathroom and god knows where else. We called to have them help us and they wanted to charge us an additional $175 to spray under the house. I am so disappointed with how we have been treated by this company. I will not be using Vision again and recommend finding a company that guarantees their work without continuing to charge to fix the original problem in the first place. Good luck finding a reliable ant exterminator company. Having ants is super annoying! read more

They pick up immediately, they're honest and kind people, and they show up on time and do their work. I've used Vision Pest for the last 3 years since I had a rat mite problem and the mites have been gone ever since. Vision comes by every year to set more traps for rats when the seasons change, as rats seasonally nest in warmer spots, so maintenance is important to them. Vision it absolutely the best when it comes to bed bugs service!! I am a manager of an apt building and one of our tenants had not reported this issue for months until it was so bad. . So I called them and said we need treatment right away. They were able to come treat the unit that same week and did a thorough inspection and treatment, treatment came with a 60 day warranty guarantee all the bugs were exterminated or they'd do another treatment. 60 day warranty is great especially because other pest control only do 30day. One night I killed a tiny bug & I never really thought about it till after a few days later,I kept getting itchy little red marks. I found these guys on yelp & decided to call them & they said they can come out pretty much the next day(thank God). I believe it was gama who I spoke with and came by my house. When he first came he did the inspection and we found nothing(paid $75). However about 2 months later,I actually started seeing more of the bugs and actually getting bitten. I decided to call gama back and he came the next day & did the bed bug treatment(I don't remember exactly how much it was,however the $75 was put towards it) which I think that was great of them. I came back after he did the treatment & just aired out my room and never had to worry about any bugs again! Vision Pest Control is the BEST!!! I had bedbugs and hired a different company to take care of them. They just sprayed and offered no guarantee. And sure enough, I was still getting bitten. I paid $1110 for a bandaid. Sure, they are nice guys who tried. However, trying doesn't justify paying double the price for a service that didn't work. Gama claimed to be THE bed bug specialist and told me that his treatment, unlike his competitors that do a bunch of different exterminators, would be effective. He came to give me a quote and the cost was more than double what the others charged, but he promised me great results. I hired him for a treatment on August 27. Less than 2 weeks after Vision Pest's treatment, the bugs were back with a vengeance. Gama was very nice on the phone and came back very quickly to service on September 22. A week later we still had bugs. He was kind enough to come a third time on October 3 but said this would be the last time because my warranty ran out. I said okay. 1.5 weeks later they returned. I understand a 30 day warranty, but Vision Pest did NOT fix the problem, they only drugged some bugs for a duration of 30 days and I still have a problem they refuse to address. Today I spoke with Gama on the phone and he would not refund me nor treat again because he said that we brought in new bugs since he treated. I told him the bugs were in the same exact areas as my initial complaint but he said that "maintenance" would be required for an additional payment. I would NOT recommend Vision Pest because they over promise, but could not fix the problem. I lost $1100 with this company. read more

He was also quick to return my call. Customer service at time of services: 5 stars The guys were really nice, also answered all my last minute questions, they were patient and did not seem rushed to leave. They also got here on time and were very professional. Actual service: 3 stars Either the indoor organic pesticide did not work, or they did not do a good job spraying, because that same evening there were ants once again in the bathroom. The next morning, there were ants crawling on the baseboard downstairs (the baseboard is what they sprayed). The ants seem completely unaffected by whatever they sprayed. I understand that this was the first time they sprayed my house, so there are no guarantees, but I didn't even see the slightest difference. Ants are still wandering the house. The outside of the house is a different story, the pesticide out there actually worked. I am pleased with that. Customer service after services: 1 star I called Gamma the day after services because of the ants on the baseboard (which they sprayed?), and gave him the whole weekend to return my call (I left a voicemail), unfortunately he never called me back. Overall Gama was knowledgeable about which bug we were dealing with while conversating with him over the phone. A technician was immediately sent out that same day which was great. He sprayed the restroom and then foamed up ($5 can) couple of places that had holes in the wall which I presumed the bugs were entering. The next day i noticed a larger bug enter the place and apparently the technician missed a very obvious large crack. So i ended up going to home depot and buying the same foam myself and covering the darn crack. This seemed to have been the problem all along. I paid $100 for the spraying and a useless $50 for the foaming which was a $5 can from home depot. Overall it was fine just make sure you double check all completed work. read more

I never write reviews but thought that Vision Pest control did an amazing job. When we first found our bed bug infestation, of course we panicked. We have 2 young boys at home and I was having nightmares of them being eaten alive! We received a few quotes that were much more expensive than Vision for heating or bombing the whole house. Yet, Vision's quote was different. The technician came to the house and described a much more methodical approach. Yes, we needed to so more work, but I just felt that they were smarter about the process. Plus the 30 day guarantee gave us peace of mind. If you're looking for results, you've come to the right place. I was getting attacked by mosquitos, especially those pesky little ankle biters. The process was efficient and the inspection was pragmatic and offered a lot of context for future problems without being predicated on selling additional services.
