Buckshot Honey delivered one of the best casual dining experiences we've had in a long time. My…read morewife ordered the chicken sandwich special, and it was outstanding. The chicken had a fantastic mesquite seasoning, paired perfectly with a pickled jalapeño aioli that added just the right balance of heat and tang. The bun was fresh and held everything together without getting soggy, which made the whole sandwich even better. I went with the mac and cheese bowl, and it was pure comfort food done right. The rich, creamy cheese sauce over large shell noodles was excellent on its own, but adding brisket took it to another level. The cornbread crumbles and potato chips added great texture, and a drizzle of Buckshot Honey BBQ sauce tied everything together. Every bite was loaded with flavor. What really stood out was the owner working behind the bar. He was attentive, friendly, and genuinely engaged with guests, constantly checking in and making conversation. You can tell he takes real pride in his restaurant, and it shows in both the food and the atmosphere. Highly recommend Buckshot Honey. We're already looking forward to coming back and working our way through the rest of the menu. And hopefully that chicken sandwich special makes its way onto the regular menu soon.

Mixed reviews on our dinner at Buckshot Honey…read more My husband loved the brisket sandwich. For me, an almost $20 sandwich should be better as I had lots of fat on my sandwich. BUT I do agree the meat was quality and the challah bread bun was absolutely fabulous. The venue was incredibly dark with eclectic music - definitely did not make me want to spend much time hanging out and I couldn't wait to leave. If we try it again, I'd do takeout as I did not want to be there

Freestone fits that bill. I was driving back from the Snoqualmie resort this am, it was beautiful and sunny and I was looking forward to popping into some place on the Main Street for a bagel and coffee in the sunshine. We chose Freestone... The staff here was so beyond dismissive, it passed into categorically rude. It was so notable, when I went back inside to grab my bagel, we just decided to leave and go down to the river front park instead. There was no reason for it, it was unprompted and super off putting. If you want to stay in business, I'd suggest you coach the staff on maybe basic hospitality? No paying customer should be made to feel like a burden for simply walking Into and ordering at your cafe. If you're a patron visiting snoqualmie, I would skip this place and try one of the other picks in town.

We came the next day and ordered a few drinks and pastries and everything except my drink went immediately into the trash out front. I love a cardamom roll but these were basically hockey pucks that tasted more than a few days old yet they were over $5 each. The drip coffee was straight up luke warm and the espressos beans for my cappuccino were definitely burned. I hate wasting money on things I don't enjoy and this was $30 down the drain. I was just confused because we had such a good experience the time before.

I was super excited to try this coffee spot in North Bend for the first time and when I suggested…read moreit as a meeting spot for breakfast with my book bestie, I was enthused to learn that it's actually her go-to place to get her morning caffeine! The coolest thing about this spot seems to be their rotating specials year round! The lucky charms cold foam my book bestie described from their last year's St. Patrick's day menu sounded drool-worthy. I was super excited to try their Valentine's day offerings. The woman at the counter who took my order was so sweet. She helped me put together the perfect custom drink for me: a 16 oz oat milk dark chocolate mocha with raspberry syrup and raspberry cold foam on top! It was delicious, I loved how fluffy and sweet the cold foam was and the dark chocolate in the mocha was delectably rich. I was also super excited about their diverse pastry selection! I've never seen a raspberry cornetto before and I was super excited to order it. I loved that it was literally like having a croissant with jam which is one of my fave breakfasts! One of my pet peeves is when croissants are too flaky and hard to tear apart with your fingers, but this one was super easy to tear apart and eat, though it still was fairly messy. The cosy atmosphere made it easy for me and my book bestie to spend hours chatting over our drinks. I love the huge windows that allow for so much natural light an incredible view of Mount Sci. I'd definitely love to come back with my watercolours and paint it. Since this is my book bestie's fave coffee shop spot, I'm sure we'll be back here soon! I'm super excited to keep exploring their seasonal drinks.

I am really…read moredisappointed in the turn it has taken in the last 2 years, specifically the customer service. 90% of the girls who work there have 0 concept of customer service. Every time I have come in the last year (1x a week or so) I am met with a feeling of judgement, annoyance and entitlement from the employees. Even asking a simple question when ordering or at the pickup bar seems to be met with immediate annoyance and defensiveness. I will say Dalia is a sweetheart, and her coworkers could learn a thing or 2 from her..... "Hux energy" which I think is just lotus are okay but are $7-8 which seems a little ridiculous for sparkling water and energy base lol. Overall I hope they can turn this business back around it's unfortunate to see a local coffee shop go down hill because of bad employees!
