This ended before it started. I sent a request on Yelp and after a first fast response, the second response took a few days for someone to reach out and schedule an estimate. On the phone, the young man was polite however he had to put me on hold several times to ask the owner some simple questions that I had already posted in my first response. We set up a time to meet today at 9 AM and after 20 minutes of waiting for them with no call, we left. They wasted our time with no respect for our time by at least calling us to tell us they wouldn't meet us. It is now 1.5 hours after the time we were supposed to meet and still no call. I should have listened to a few other reviews and gone with my gut. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They lost my business for a big job. read more
