Our visit to Four Brother Cucina was perfect! Our server was amazing, very attentive and fast. The food was delicious and came out freshly cooked. We ordered one of the three course meals with salad - very fresh and tasty, chicken parmigiana - sauce was not sweet which I prefer and the cannoli for dessert. We had a fantastic experience at Four Brothers Cucina! Not only was all of our food delectable (seriously, no complaints), but our waiter was so kind, sociable, and helpful! She gave us suggestions of things to do in the area and gave us help with the menu. I had the three course meal with Antipasto as my starter, Rigatoni as my entrée, and Tiramisu as my dessert. I loved everything, but the Rigatoni was definitely the stand out. I enjoyed it with a sauvignon blanc which made the whole meal so delicious and crisp. The dining room is beautiful as well. This is a sit down restaurant. The atmosphere is more high end. They have a 3 course menu or regular menu, but both are very pricey. They have good service, but expect to pay for all the things you would expect to have at a sit-down restaurant like bread for the table. They don't have a children's menu, but they did make children's size and friendly pasta dishes for the kids, though those also were very pricey. The food and service is absolutely amazing!!! We came for dinner and were surprised that we were the only ones in the restaurant and were a bit worried. However, upon service and appetizer we were blown away completely. The honey truffle butter, the ossobuco, the lasagna, the veal parm were honestly the best we've had in a very long time. The shrimp arrabbiata was delightful as a starter and the calamari was great. I ordered the meatballs and spaghetti which I thoroughly enjoyed, washing it down with a pleasant valpolicella, while my wife had the cannelloni. Our server, whose name escapes me, was very pleasant and did a fine job. We ordered a desert and I had tiramisu which didn't meet the expected standard. It was overly moist and lacked flavour. Please plan ahead when coming to Niagara Falls we came in at 5 ish for a spot at one place but they were empty and wouldn't serve us. This restaurant had many spaces and was reluctant at first to take us. We didn't even look at the menu because we were desperate to sit down and eat. Our waiter was nice but the food took forever to come. As you can see the price isn't cheap and the quality is mediocre. All the mussels in my pasta has a fishy smell. This was probably one of the best Italian restaurants we have ever been to. There were 4 adults in our group and we were all more than satisfied. The atmosphere was really nice, service was great, pasta noodles were homemade, food was DELICIOUS and the prices were very fair. They had a descent wine list to choose from as well. We decided on their house white 2011 Vino Bianco. We were very happy we found this gem! We started with Bruschetta & Calamari, both were very good. For dinner, I thoroughly enjoyed the Fettuccine Alfredo with mushrooms and chicken, the flavors were unbelievable. My husband absolutely loved the lasagna, the noodles almost melted in your mouth and he said it was hands down the best lasagna he had ever had!!! The couple we were with loved their dishes as well. This place is just great. The food is amazing. Truly authentic and delicious. Service is Lao so good. Twice we have been there with a group of 20 and twice they made it work. So impressed. They really care about their customers and want it to be a friendly experience. Food is fair priced but portion sizes are odd. For example, pasta is not expensive at all. (I.e. the noodle itself). They put a lot of fish in the pasta but so little noodle. Weird. I say keep the fish the same and double the actual noodle and you have a winning dish. Fish is so good. We had Basa which came from Greece and was wild caught. Women loved the fish. Calamari are amazing. Small portion but decent quality. Lasagna is a big portion. And the gnocchi are amazing. Also large portion. Very fair priced and great quality with amazing taste. Their tomato sauces are so good. Very true to home cooking. Impressive. Antipasto dishes are lacking in quantity too. For $42 we got a platter that was so pretty on a nice wooden platter but only had 4 slices of ham, 4 slices of salami, a few olives, artichoke quarters (maybe 3-4) and 4 slices of cheese. For that much money they should include a LOT more. Ironically the kids chicken fingers and fries was such a large portion it as twice the quantity of an adult pasta and less than half the price! And I will say, it was soooo good. High quality chicken. All things considered... the food is perfect in taste. They have really great cooks. And the service is great. Very attentive and accommodating. Always checking in and asking how things were. I appreciate that kind of attention. It does not surprise me that they have been around since 1964. With food this good, I will be back. And you should check them out too. read more

Walking past the restaurant, it didn't look like much. But once we were inside, wow! The atmosphere was good and the service was prompt. But it was good that we were walking, because we didn't see many places for customers to park. This is some of the best Italian food I have had outside of Italy. I had the veggie risotto, and it was delicious. It was creamy without the vegetables being mushy. My grandson had lasagna. From the outside, and inside, Cucina looks like it would serve authentic Italian food. I come from an Italian American family, and my husband is a former sous chef. So to the yelper who said American tourists don't know what real quality Mama food is, you're incorrect. Overpriced and poor quality food. The wait time for service was way too long. We Asked our server for ice water with lemon, she brought cups of lukewarm water with no ice And a sliver of lemon floating inside. We asked for the salad (which is not included with the entrees) to come out with the bruschetta. The bruschetta was the only quality dish we had. Waitress brought the salad out with the entrees, one of which was supposed to be shrimp Alfredo but was chicken. She did bring out some cooked shrimp after son was halfway finished. My husbands lasagna famosa was THE worst lasagna he, and I, had ever tasted. Layers of mushy, very soft noodles. The sauce tasted canned, almost like Chef Boyardee in its blandness. He ate a third of it before he could take it no more. Waitress did comp it from check, but questioned our judgment before doing so. We don't like to complain and usually will muster through, but this lasagna was so awful and inedible that he left hungry. And.....what Italian restaurant does not offer bread with their entrees?! We would steer anyone away from Cucina, head down to Antica where you may have to wait in line, but it is worth it!! read more

Literally the tiniest bowl of noodles I have ever seen. My Entree plate had 7 noodles on it. On a $50 dinner, one would expect a more generous offering of pasta. Finished dinner and going out somewhere else afterwards to eat because I am hungry still. Never before have I left an Italian Restaurant still hungry. We were recommended this restaurant by the Canadian Border officer in 2018 as we were looking for a nice restaurant to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday. We enjoyed it so much, when we returned to Niagara Falls in 2019 my wife and I went back and it was just as good as it was in 2018. First time at Four Brothers Cucina.in Niagara Falls. Started out with great Bruschetta. Calamari was good but high at $15. My Veal Parmigianna was over done and no where near the value of $29. My wife Chicken Parm and the chicken was very hard. Not tender like all other places and at $29 it was no where near worth it. My one daughter had the steak and it was picked k in the middle not well do everything as requested. They put in on grill and it was not bad she said. It was new York strip with a few veggies and no potato or salad unless you paid extra. It was $38. Again no where near the value. All.steaks come with potato side. Lastly my other daughter had the fettuccine Alfredo. She added.tje chicken for $7.50. She could barely first day the pieces. We should have.seen it all over the top of the pasta. Not sure why this place gets slammed on Yelp. It's simply awesome, old school Italian food that will fill your belly and make you feel good. They've remodelled since we first ate there. Have had 3 meals there over the years and all were excellent, tonight really hit the spot. There's nothing fancy about the presentation, the service is warm and friendly. The ravioli is absolutely fresh and the sauce you'll want extra bread to prevent licking the plate. Other half had the fettuccine Alfredo with mushrooms and was awesome. There's so many crap tourist grabs in The Falls and this place is the real deal. We always enjoyed our food here but tonight just really was special, definitely look forward to returning. Its very dated as well with horrible uncomfortable chairs, at least they could do is update the place with some modem day chairs that don't made your arse hurt.. DON'T GO HERE WITH A COUPON They offer coupons in the entertainment book as well as the Niagara falls coupon book. They will do anything to get out of letting you use your coupon. If the item is on special, forget about it. If soup or dessert is included with your meal, forget about it. We were visiting Niagara Falls on the way back home from Toronto and were looking for a non-touristy place to eat. It was early April at the time, Niagara was deserted (I assume because it was pretty cold). We were walking around trying to select a place to eat and finally decided to try Four Brothers. We walked in and the hostess told us to take any table we wanted (we were the only ones there, which I loved). I really enjoyed the cozy, wood-paneled, grandmother-decorated feel they had going on. The place has been around for like 45 years, so it felt very authentic. They had a good lunch special (2 courses for $8). I asked for something was not on the menu (pasta arrabiata) and they were nice enough to make it for me. It was delicious. My wife had the ravioli and it was one of the few times I have seen her finish her entire plate in a sitting. We got a chance to talk to the owner in Italian and they sent us out a complimentary round of desserts - homemade, Italian, Easter cakes. We left very happy and enjoyed the food very much. We found this place. 4 brothers was a super nice restaurant with nice decorations and interior and exterior but wait the food was even better! What a rip off. We are vegan & vegetarian and have trouble eating in a lot of one horse towns. Niagara Falls was no exception. This place charges an astronomical amount for noodles and sauce. I was appalled. Husband had Gnocchi, I had a Prima Vera Pasta...noodles are commercially made, sauces didn't taste homemade at all. Gnocchi actually looked to have plain old Ragu on it. Garlic bread was white loaf rusks with NO BUTTER OR GARLIC PRESENT. Meals were nearly $20 each..never to mind the appies. On vacation for a week and this is the first restaurant we came to. I must say the place was very welcoming and cozy. The servers were very friendly. The best lasagna I have ever eaten has been in this place, the layers of pasta are thin and the meat is delicious, it's definitely one of the best things on the menu. Four Brothers Cucina is excellent. I am a journalist and food writer from Philadelphia and I was visiting Niagara Falls to write a travel story about the area. I was looking for a locally owned, non-chain restaurant for Saturday night dinner for me and my family, and we wandered into Four Brothers Cucina. We were originally sat in a back room that had no one else in it, I am guessing because we have young children, but the hostess moved us to the front room upon request. The front room of Four Brothers Cucina looks like it was recently renovated. Comfortable but sleek in its own way. Would be a good spot for a date, but also casual enough that well-behaved kids are ok in there. Our server was a real charm. One thing I like about Niagara Falls being such a huge tourist destination is that a lot of the servers are career servers as opposed to college students. Knowledgeable and professional and they care about their job. She was all of those. She was also our bartender, it turned out, and made my wife and me two perfect gin martinis. As for the food at Four Brothers Cucina, the garlic bread wasn't garlicky enough for us, but we are garlic fiends. And other than that, no complaints. (And that's not REALLY a complaint.) We very much enjoyed the minestrone, house salad (better than most "house salads" and there was enough for the four of us to each have some), lasagna, spaghetti with anchovies, and the spaghetti with the beef/pork/veal sauce/gravy. The local Cabernet our waitress recommended was also a winner. I read some of the reviews on this page and some of them are, frankly, puzzling. I honestly can't imagine how someone who actually ate at Four Brothers Cucina could come away with these very negative opinions. If this place was down the street from my house, I would be there once a week. And I live in Philly, where we have a lot of great Italian restaurants. Went here for a peaceful dinner instead we got stuck next to a party of 20 that were so unbelievably noisy and obnoxious we could not talk across a single table without yelling. We told the manager several times but no one had the balls to tell them to quiet down. The other couples throughout the restaurant we also taken back from the profanity. The food was ok but could have been much better in the correct atmosphere but no they took the one off crowd of people who bought a case of wine for the table and gave them the upmost a$$ention Too bad I have to give one star here. The place was pretty dead, and we were the only ones in there for most of our meal. The server was quick to get our orders and drinks, but after that tended to disappear for long stretches of time. Since it was dead, we heard all of the server's conversations about how the debit system works, and what flowers they were planting at home and all sorts of stuff. Sure, I get that you're bored, but its not exactly the background you want for eating out. The calamari was an odd preparation to us, being mostly batter and not a whole lot of squid. Also, it was served with cocktail sauce, not the marinara we're used to in Italian joints. The marinara with our meals was pretty thin, and didn't have much flavor or body to it. The veal parm I had was nicely seasoned, and cooked well. The gnocchi I had was tasty and had good texture, but would have been better with a better marinara. My girlfriend had the chicken parm, which didn't have the same seasoning as the veal and seemed kind of bland. Uninmaginative standard food like the one you find at any Pizza Hut around the corner - I guess the food at Pizza Hut tastes even better than that stuff they serve you here. I guess this restaurant works for American tourists who don't have any expectations and don't even know what real, authentic, Mama approved food tastes like, but it doesn't work for me.
