Ordered a half cheese, half pepperoni pizza and boneless wings online. The ETA was supposed to be 8pm, the driver showed at 9pm with cold wings and a weak ass pizza. On top of this the driver didn't park where I instructed in the order. I was offered $5 off next order for the BS but I won't be using it, maybe if the food was decent, but it's not. There's too much good pizza around here to deal with this nonsense, even People's Choice is better. read more

Really sad experience. I tried to use a coupon they sent me. At online checkout, they also offered a $5 off if I was a new customer, which I applied. I got a confirmation of the sale and drove off to pick it up. When I got there, they said that I couldn't use two coupons. So they didn't have the food and cancelled my order. But they didn't email me. They took my money too. Still waiting for a credit on my credit card. But what gets me mad is that they seemed totally indifferent to their error. They just didn't care and made no effort to try to fix it. If the refund doesn't come through, I'll report them to the better business bureau. Never tasted their food and was hoping to try it. But I won't know. I was treated with such disdain. I urge you not to use them. Businesses like them should not be allowed to flourish. read more

After relocating from the Philly area and being raised in NJ/NYC I was fearful of the chance of finding a pizza that could even come close to either cities offerings but boy was wrong. Vivaldi's can hold up and in some menu choices they even blow right by and exceed my two city favorites. The location in Avon has one booth, a counter and 2 small tables outside that are ok for a quickie slice. Two slices and you get a free soda/water! Call ahead your order and pick it up and take home. You need to try Vivaldi's!!!! read more

Ordered a small pizza with onions. Looked like they simply reheated a cheese pizza and threw in the toppings. Tomato sauce for bread was watery. And they were very "busy" so food didn't get delivered within the hour, I had to call for an update. read more

Once a upon a time, I would have (and did) recommend Vivaldi's, but those days are sadly gone. In early 2019, the quality dropped significantly. After receiving burnt pizzas and pizzas with no sauce multiple times, I mentioned my concerns to the manager. He said they had had some turnover in the staff and were trying to fix the issues. He told me to call him if I had any more problems. I did...yet another burnt, sauce-less pizza that took over 2 hours to arrive stone cold. I called...twice, no answer, no reply. It's very disappointing when a business fails, especially one you previously supported. read more

We tried Vivaldi's again and I glad to report an outstanding experience.we ordered two Parma meals and we're pleased to taste the quality of the meal. The quantity with each portion will feed you twice. The salads were excellent and well made. This is the third meal we have ordered and have been pleased with the recent contacts with the order taker. He was polite and articulate, he repeated the order and was very pleasant. We would highly recommend anyone to give them a try.! Tonight we had grinders, well made, very tasty and were well packaged each in its own box, not wrapped in paper! Online order wasn't ready on time, one of the sandwiches I ordered didn't get made, one of the sandwiches I ordered was made wrong, a special request on one item was ignored, and the club sandwich didn't have bacon. While I was waiting for my order to get fixed, a woman came in to pick up another online order...which the restaurant had no record of. Other than that, everything was fine. Just got a calzone. ( the buffalo chicken ) size small and it was anything but. The delivery was a little late but the food was amazing

First time user. I ordered a medium pizza with onions and sausage, just to keep things simple. Also, a small Greek salad. The sauce was good, the mozzarella especially flavorful, the other ingredients fine. My one disappointment was the crust was a bit too much on the dough-ey/bread-ey side for my taste. I like crisp, thin, New York brick oven style. The Greek salad was a pleasant surprise--large for a "small" salad; the ingredients were fresh and the packet of Greek dressing surprisingly tasty. The order taker was helpful and efficient. I also like the fact that they will add your tip to the credit card charge, which saves your having to hunt around for the right denominations when the delivery person comes to the door. They said delivery to my address would take between 45-60 minutes; they got there in less than 45. I like a company that under-promises and over delivers. For this first time, I'd give them 3 1/2 stars for the food and add a 1/2 star for the relatively quick delivery and ordering experience. read more

Ordered two sets of wings. One set mild and another garlic Parmesan. The mild ones were okay but the garlic Parmesan were in point. The guy working the register was great. Good personality and working his butt off to ring people out and send out the deliver drivers. Will order from there again. read more

The quality of their food is unfortunately inconsistent. I order from Vivaldi's often, and am satisfied most of the time. I order their pizza and pasta. I will continue to be a customer, however, too often, the food is not cooked as I requested it. read more

This place is beast. Delivery was quick. I ordered buffalo chicken salad and it was perfect. They give a lot of buff chick on top which is huge. They're great with following instructions. I'm extremely impressed. Also they gave me a free knot of garlic bread, really amazing, which shows they care about their customers. read more

There aren't too many great places in town that deliver.They messed up my order, and when I called to let them know, they offered a medium pizza, when I said we didn't even finish what they sent and that I just didn't want to pay for what I didn't get, they said they were busy and that's what I ordered. worst Pizzia I've ever had in my life, got deliver, wasn't fully cooked, cheese wasn't even melted, got sick, would not recommend

I have now ordered food for pickup and delivery on at least four occasions. Delivery has come within 30-35 minutes both times on a Saturday night which is excellent by my book. The pizza is good (very good by delivery standards) but the wings and salads are excellent. I highly recommend the Greek salad. We just tried a triple decker turkey club and it was huge and the turkey was high quality, included a decent amount of bacon and a nice side of fries that were actually still warm and crispy when they arrived. The sandwich also included a side of coleslaw and pickle for 8.99....Not bad at all for delivery place in Avon! They cut a small whole on the box for the fried items so they don't steam to soggy and it works well and shows they seem to be quite attentive. I order online (they have an app or web site) and I've never had an issue with inaccuracies in the order this way. Check out their coupon specials which are good deals. I hope they stick around as there is a lot of competition in town. read more
