I wish I could give Dr. Booth and his staff 10 stars. When I first got into law enforcement in…read moreRaleigh during the late 80's. Dr. Booth put a gold crown in my mouth. Today, it's as if he did it yesterday. After he retired briefly, I was forced to use another Dentistry(a total disaster). Now that he is back, I'm back and I brought my wife on board after a bad experience with another Dentist. On 02/12/2020, my wife left Dr. Booth office and could not stop smiling because of his service. Thank you Dr. Booth and you well trained Professional Staff for you many years of service. You and your staff is AWESOME! If you need quality dentistry service, I highly recommend you call Dr. Booth today. Officer Proctor

Dr. Booth is probably the best dentist i have ever been to in all my 40 years (granted i dont…read moreremember the first 10). Honestly!! I feel like i just took a 101 class in dentistry. He examines your face, jaw, glands, not just your teeth. A lot of symptoms we may suffer from or have reoccuring issues with can stem from a totally different part of your body, as most should know. Getting straight to the point, Dr. Booth is the truth!!! His methods show care and passion for what he does. In just 2 visits i am never going to another dentist. And if he for some reason EVER decides to retire for good, well....i'll be knocking on his door. Maybe i'll become his landscaper or handyman so he's stuck with me...HMMmmmm. Let me not forget his staff either. The ladies he has on his staff are a treat to encounter. Great to converse with but they get right down to buisness when the time comes and they are prepared and ready, not fumbling around or unsure where something is (like some of my other encounters elsewhere). Oh, MAJOR factor for me. I have only had 2 cavities up till now and both times (2 previous and seperate dentists) i explained my tolerance to pain medicine and/or numbing agents. BOTH times my words were ignored and after one injection they began drilling at which point i shot from the chair like a magic carpet!! So, this led to having to wait for 2 more injections before work could finally start. Well, i mentioned this to Dr. Booth, and in ONE sitting, he was able to numb the entire area and take care of my tooth like it was nothing!!!!! His handling and skills are 5 Stars!!! BIG 2 thumbs up to Dr. Booth and all of his staff

My husband accidentally had his "tongue hooked to a bracket up of his braces" !!! The staff member STACY went above and beyond and asked me to FaceTime her. She instructed us how to fix the matter. During this consultation, Taylor Atherton and his assistant took an impression of my teeth. When the retainers arrived on May 10th, 22nd, I was charged an additional $450.00. Dr. Taylor was unable to place the Occulsal retainers on my teeth because they did not fit correctly. As a result, he needed to retake an impression of the Occlusal hard retainers as well as an initial impression of the standard retainers. I received the standard retainers around July 20th, but not the Occulsal retainers. To be clear, the receptionist handed me the standard retainers. I asked for a fitting for that day. The dentist rounded the edges of the standard retainers during this time because they were rough. I informed the receptionist that I had been overcharged because I had not received the Occulsal hard retainers. I received a $250.00 refund from the billing department. I've already paid $775 and received only standard retainers. The receptionist informed me that I owed $250 for the retainers during my six-month cleaning on October 4, 2022, and that the dentist had instructed me to charge it. How! The office initially overcharged me. She reassured me after I described the entire scenario. However, I recently received a $250 charge in the mail, which is ridiculous! I would NOT recommend going there!
