Shaw does incredible work and I highly recommend him to anyone that requires headlight restoration! He was punctual, professional and communicated everything in a clear and concise manner. I had recently purchased an older vehicle that had front end issues and horrible oxidation on both halogen headlights and one of the fog lights. Shaw was initially booked to restore them, but when he saw the damage and condition they were in, he gave me his recommendation to replace to new headlights and upgrade with HID conversion of lights and LED fog lights. The light output on the old halogen bulbs were horrible and it was dangerous to drive at night. Once I paid the deposit, Shaw took care of everything. He ordered the parts and we re-booked a new installation day. He called me 30 mins before arriving and got to work. He replaced the headlights, installed HID conversion kit and LED fogs, and also repaired the front lip and did his best to realign the bumper and quarter panel (damage from previous owner). Shaw did amazing work on my headlights. I have an older 2009 car that had bad oxidation. I had my headlights restored before a few years ago and it did not last very long. So I went to Google to search for another person to help and Shaw did exceptional work. While doing the work he had noticed that whoever had done my restoration a few years ago basically did it wrong and made the oxidation worse a few months later. He was able to buff it all off and now they look brand new! Not only that, but he even fixed the broken clip on the right side of my bumper!! When the clip broke over 10 years ago I was told by multiple people that the whole bumper had to be replaced to fix it. Meanwhile, Shaw fixed it without having to do that, saving me a ton of money. I contacted vivid headlight for a headlight and front emblem restoration. We meet at a Target parking lot where he performed the restoration. The restoration turned out great, and he does great work. Obviously, we are still outside and not in a vacuumed area, so dust and debris is still flying around. Unfortunately, one of my headlights had a piece of hair that embedded into the clear coat. I have a Dodge Challenger SRT8 and it has Xenon headlights that are so difficult to change the bulbs I can't do it myself. When Vivid came to look at my headlight because it was out after just 2 years being replaced He was able to diagnose the problem and it was going to be a big job taking off the front bumper cover to take the headlight out. I didn't want to do it because I know it is not easy so I got the bulb and ignition wire to do it myself and then discovered I asked for the shorter wire and I was wrong . I had my car torn apart and needed the longer wire so I called and he had me come by to swap out the wire for me, I was borrowing my daughter's Jetta and I didn't have GPS connection and got lost, I was guided while on the phone by him and it was really nice to see they really care about their clients. Got home and plugged in the new wire and it lit right up! I highly recommend this company for all your automotive lighting needs. read more

After some time he calls me back that he will charge me more if i want him to come out here because he is located in the OC and with traffic it was gonna be a 45 min drive but on the reservation he had my address, so i dont understand why callback saying he need to charge more, it sounded like he just wanted me to decline his services because was trying to charge way too much for a headlight restoration, when i provided him with photos and details on headlight on the original quote. I was searching for a headlight detailer for awhile. When I asked Shaw for a quote and had a brief chat with him, I know right away that he knew what he's doing. I scheduled him for an appointment the next day, and he came to my house on time. Shaw is friendly and very knowledgeable in what he's doing.
