Came in for my fill(nails we're done 3 weeks ago at this same salon) and as the nail technician was sanding down the nails I noticed on my left hand my ring finger and middle finger were green. I notified the technician Helen and she said" It's fine.It's the beginning of a nail infection. I can still do the fills." I declined and said I will just soak off the nails. She then advised to let my nails rest and come back in 2 or 3 days. I know better not to cover a nail infection. So,I just paid for the soak off. I ended up going to my doctor the same day and she advised to treat the infection ASAP so it doesn't spread and not to get my nails done for 2-3 weeks and not to return to the same nail salon. read more

I am so upset about the $40 I just spent. Not only am I upset with waiting 50 mins after making my appointment for 3, but also upset about how my hands look. The nails are uneven, ugly, and not worth the price. After correcting my nail tech on shape twice, I had to ask for her to file my thumbs even. Even then she tried to tell my "I asked wrong" what I wanted, I guess a plus for "trying" to be "nice" about it. I have acrylic stuck to my fingers, mixed in with the oil. I waited 50 minutes for 20 minutes nails. I will let the pictures speak for the rest. I went to vogue nails to get a full set done. I got my nails done and when the lady said okay your done I looked at my nails and they were not good. The sides of my nails were not cleaned up I had acrylic all over the sides on my fingers and they did not look like a professional had done them. So I said something g to another woman she went to the woman who did my nails and told her this is not the kind of job we do so she proceeded to clean up my nails and when I left theu looked great. The next day I found out I needed to be on bed rest so I have not been using my hands much but 4 days later they are turning yellow. I payed $65 plus a $10 tip. Haylee does my nails for the most part and they last through my job (which is tough on my nails) and her husband does my pedicures. Hellen did my nails for my wedding and did amazing given the fact I was being a Bridezilla about what I wanted that day and Hayley made time to make my toes perfect!(It was a beach wedding so I was only wearing jewelry on my feet) Tony does great gel art and had me fall in love with a new shape nail. I usually do coffin and he recommended almond for my hands and I've gotten so many compliments. If ive had issues with my nails within a reasonable amount of time, they have fixed it no problem. Hailey is a really good artist for manicures but the rest are rude. I got a gel x set done and after a week and a half on broke in half. When I went in to get it fixed they looked at me all mean. OMG what a botched job, I pointed out issue of filling making nail lopsided and shape not becoming, she added acrylic to fill out missing side of nail but did not come close to fixing, nail polish was sloppy and bumpy, underlying acrylic also bumpy due to inefficient use of filing. I left no tip and no thank you. I have been filing and attempting to reshape botched nails, I now will have to seek assist to fix the rest of issues and redo polish if I want to be seen in public. Much to my disappointment things have gone from very good to very bad. 4 disappointments recently have had me looking for somewhere else. With an appointment I have been blown off 3 times to other people. The first took well over an hour for a simple fill. The second finished my nails and proceeded to push my cuticles way back to the point that it looked like I needed ANOTHER fill! The third cut the nails way shorter on one hand than the other. The fourth. While trying to make an appointment, the gentleman who answered the phone said he would call me back. He didn't. The very competent and professional people have been replaced with a very "interesting" group of people. It is with sadness that I won't be back.
