We had to ask for water repeatedly and our server forgot to help us turn on our hot pot stoves (and she was also impssible to find). 2. Many utensils were missing, including the spoons for the hot pot, seafood crackers (for the crab legs), and bowls for the hot pot. 3. We ordered the udon 3 times - and finally gave up. 4. Usually, grills are switched out pretty frequently - we had to ask when our grill was literally non-usable. 5. Expect that you will be missing items from your order so patience is a virtue. The meats are ok with some much better than others. 1. I would recommend loading up on the fatty brisket for the hot pot as that was actually very solid. Be sure to order a few portions as they are quite small. 2. For the BBQ, the ribeye, marinated short ribs, and bugolgi are solid. The angus steak and chuck flap were both a bit tough. If you are in the mood for fish, the salmon is a good option - the cuts are thick enough that you can get a nice medium rare if you watch the grill closely. 3. The buffet has snow crab legs and crawfish for dinner - do NOT skip out on the crawfish as that was a highlight. They were fresh and very flavorful with Cajun seasoning. Peronally, I prefer the order-from-tablet approach at KPot as it cuts down on the wait time, especially if your server is MIA but this will satisy a craving in a pinch. It may have been an off-night but the venue was not packed tonight so that should not have been a reason for some of the misses.

They recently changed their menu and some previously good menu items are now missing I ordered the mushrooms and baby bok choy entree, and received approximately an entire head of bok choy on my plate with approximately 6 halved mushrooms. We ordered general tso's chicken, pepper steak, kung pao chicken, chicken lo mein, pork friend rice, egg rolls and wonton soup. Everything was fantastic! Generous portions meant plenty for leftovers. The service was standard and matter of fact, like many Chinese takeout places. Ordering over the phone is simple - call, place order, be assigned a number to provide at pickup. It's a good system. The prices are a bit higher than others, but it's worth it!

I ordered takeout...on July 4th! bc it was @ 95 degrees, beyond my comfort level to grill. I placed my order in person bc I ask most places to use my de-seeded hot dried peppers so that I can enjoy hot Gen Tso chicken yet not get intestinal issues from hot indigestible seeds. ( fussy, I know, but I love the scorched taste of those peppers that's irreplaceable). I explained this to Wendy, the kind woman who's probably the owner bc 2 kids were hanging out occupying themselves, and she said no problem. Wife's chicken with veggies ( but hold the mushrooms) was reported to be excellent: unbreaded chicken, al dente vegetables. " best she's ever had". Brown rice was available, no problem, tasted great, no upcharge. My Gen Tso was also very good, plenty of broccoli but also pineapple, new one to me but was nice to balance the heat.
