You can't polish a turd. Shit bag liars. Buyer beware. Came to look at this truck. Troy instantly tried to make buddies (typical for used care salesmen). The pics online showed body damage that was repaired when we arrived. I could tell filler was used, but no biggie. The paint was obviously new and cheap, I could see where the masking was removed exposing primer. I was about to buy it for my 16 yr old anyway until I did one more look. Found a door sill panel wasn't right, I pulled it up and there was an inch of water. BTW, this is where wiring runs. The salesman tried telling me that that's how trucks drain....wtf?! I'm not new! Oh! When I test drove it, it was set on AC and I turned the heat on and was overwhelmed with stale cigarette smell. Salesman said he hadn't noticed that. Dude was so full of shit my kid could decipher his bullshit. I feel sorry for the SAP that actually thought this truck was a good deal.

Skid marks from where the wheels on the vehicle stopped turning.

Sold me a vehicle that almost killed me, 3rd time I drove it the wheels on the vehicle stopped turning while driving on Hwy. 97 (you can see the skid marks in the photo from the wheels locking up). Thank god it didn't happen when I was driving alone at night over the mountain pass after purchasing it. Over $3000 for transmission work, transfer case completely blown, front differential full of metal and they haven't even checked the back differential yet. This was only the 3rd time I drove it because haven't been able to drive it with the mismatched tires they put on an AWD, and the bad idler arms that I had to replace, was driving to get tires when this happened. I know it's a 20 year old vehicle and used car salesmen are in business to rip people off so I was fine with having to fix a few issues, but selling me a vehicle that literally could have killed me on the drive home is disgusting, i hope you all sleep well at night. I haven't even made the first payment. Ripped me off good. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE IT MIGHT KILL YOU!!!!!! I would give a rating of less than zero but it won't let me!

    My empty catalytic converter...

Im really not one to complain honestly about buying a used car i get it, but in my case theres no reason not to be a little dissapointed/upset. I bought a car from them about a month ago and literally on my way home the check engine light came on and as it turns out my catalytic converter was COMPLETELY GUTTED. Nothing was in it at all, this means that there is no way in hell that, that check engine code wasnt erased at least once of twice from the dealer before selling it and/or they didnt even get it inspected by anyone. I had to pay $1300 for a new assembly and to say the least especially after reading other reviews i do not recommend this place at all, just informing you whats really going on here

I came in looking for a Toyota that I could ship to Hawaiʻi for my vacation home -- and anyone who knows Hawaiʻi inspections understands how strict they are. This was not an easy order. Lot 99 went above and beyond. They let me inspect every vehicle inside and out, and they never rushed me. Yes, a few vehicles didn't pass my personal inspection checklist -- but that's because Hawaiʻi's requirements are extremely strict. Every Toyota I looked at would have passed Oregon's standards without an issue. They let me keep looking until I found one that I knew would pass in Hawaiʻi, and this took days. They didn't complain once. In fact, they made the whole process enjoyable by joking around and keeping things light. Here are the inspection points I had to meet for Hawaiʻi: No sharp edges or cosmetic damage that could fail safety. No flaking rust on frame joints -- a tough requirement in rainy Oregon, where even well‑maintained 15‑year‑old vehicles show some surface rust. When I was using my inspection snake camera, they came out and offered their lift to make the job easier. That turned a 30‑minute job into 10. Because they were doing maintenance (battery swaps, etc.), some vehicles had cleared diagnostic monitors. They let me test‑drive the truck long enough for all readiness monitors to reset. I hooked up my OBD‑II scanner, confirmed no codes, and even verified it passed an emissions test -- which Hawaiʻi requires. Final results: Underbody: Pass Rust: Pass Engine & diagnostics: Pass Road test: Pass (just needs an alignment -- no big deal, I'll do that in Hawaiʻi) Bumper replaced and painted -- Pass (I requested and paid for this) Carfax/ownership/accident history -- Pass (minor incident, fully documented) VinCheck -- Pass Clear title -- they emailed me a copy immediately when I asked Bonus: They even helped coordinate transport to the port for shipping to Hawaiʻi. They're still assisting me with timing and logistics. If you're buying a used car, bring the right tools and do your due diligence -- that's just part of the process. But from my experience, Lot 99 treated me fairly, worked hard to help me, and made a very difficult task much easier. I appreciate everything they did.

They are nice to you until they are not. They make you believe they want to help you but the moment…read morethey get any amount of money from you they will change their mind. I was told three times they would refund my money because it was just to take the car off the market, that it wasn't for anything else but that, it was a lie. Everything was supposed to go through pending the approval with the bank (that's what they said) they lied. I wish I had never stepped on that ground. I read a review where the individual states they did this same thing to them... I see a pattern. There needs to be a NO STAR rating available.

Our…read morejourney took us literally all over SW WA From Vancouver to the Canadian border, searching lots throughout Tacoma, Puyallup, Olympia, Everett ,Fife, Edmonds, Bellevue you name it we were not right on the lot we were on the phone speaking to every dealer possible .Than onto and all OVER Oregon from Portland to the border of Northern CA Searching for a certain Mercedes in BLACK Only. Even over east of the mountains. Finding less than 5 total of the cars we were seeking. Plenty of Mercedes of other colors and the smaller types. In early on we did find one just exactly what we wanted at Cascadia Motors...problem being my husband called and asked "RYAN" questions on an off day I guess that pushed a wrong button for them both. When my husband hung up the phone he grumbled, cussed up a storm and said he would not buy a thing from that man as he was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Now being in marketing business ourselves lifelong (not cars) my husband should totally get off days and put up with customers like my husband! We continued our search, finding one other. Always asking the important question DOES EVERYTHING WORK. Being told yes we made the 3 1/2 hr trip to discovery not everything did work therefore the Mrs. said NO making the man of the house less than amused by now. Reminding the wife that little things could be fixed but I held my ground and we made the drive home. Literally 100's more miles traveled hoping someone would trade one in on a new one but no such luck Finally THE MAN OF THE HOUSE SAID HE MIGHT HAVE TO DO SOMETHING HE HAD NEVER DONE BEFORE .... ADMITT HE MIGHT HAVE TO EAT A LITTLE CROW and GO DOWN TO CASCAIDA MOTORS IF THEY STILL HAVE THAT CAR.I wanted to laugh but I didn't as I knew it was THE CAR we truly wanted. So my husband called and made an appointment to view the car. YES they still had it. Cars are only shown by appointment .Luck was on our side, and the fact that most do not want a car that eats gas like we do .COMFORT ALWAYS FIRST IN OUR HOME We arrive and are met by a well dressed handsome young man that opens the car door and walks away...I yell to him WAIT COME BACK HERE.STOP... If you are looking for a SALES MAN you will NOT FIND ONE AT CASCADIA .They are they to SHOW CASE CARS THEY DON'T SELL CARS .So if you go there to be SOLD on a CAR FORGET IT. NOT PUSHY AT ALL. They simply say here is the car and walk off. Not like any car lot I have ever been to .The others run at you like vultures ready to gobble you up! If you have questions wait until; you are ready to go find them they aren't going to be coming looking for you.Want to go out for a test drive OK See ya later.. The VERY BEST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO when it comes to looking at car. Can't say enough good about them. My husband proceeded to tell Ryan why it took him so long to come in and see that car, 3 or 4 phone calls and FINALLY he signed on the dotted line but not before he told Ryan he had called him a RUDE A %*^&* 5 lol lol lol lol and Ryan had felt the same about my husband on the other end Before all was said and done they both were laughing and joking around for half the afternoon away. YES WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOT FOR BUYING YOUR NEXT LUXUARY CAR but remember you will have to be the SALESMAN they won't be PS I was very impressed at how knowledgeable Ryan is about the Mercedes we purchased , many of the Mercedes Dealers we spoke with didn't know as much .He really knows his cars and does his homework! A+++ Ryan And YES, EVERYTHING WORKED right down to the cigarette lighter and massaging seats, if they say they do it will be as they say. Very Happy Customer Crickett Hoar

Buying from here was... an experience. So let's begin…read more Rewind to April of this year- My fiancé saw a 4runner and we went to look at it. The guy who helped us, Clint was a pretty OK salesman. He spoke a little too much about "Obama's old America" and politics, but I was able to tune it out. The car was in really good shape, but they said that a piece of the muffler was damaged. My fiancé also noticed a missing cap on the tire. 2007 4Runner, 77k miles. Owned in New York. (Yes, salt damage underneath is imminent, we know) He was in love with it but I suggested he think on it. He decided not to.. The entire time Clint was not pushy. He was eager to make the sale, but not in an aggressive way at all. The owner (a foreign gentleman) of the shop on the other hand... wow. He was a little odd. At one point, another salesman was helping a customer and the owner had to step in to assist, the salesman went to speak and the owner goes "I'm handling this? Aren't I? Get the fuck of here." He then looked at the customer and said "These guys.. I own this shop!" I was a little taken aback. My fiancé was approved but the down payment was HIGH. They said it was due to his credit (his credit was fine). He paid $1200 down. I found this odd and pushed back, but they said there was nothing they could do. Now here's where it got hairy.. We were there on a Sunday, I knew that meant they were basically pre-approving him. I was really scared they would call Monday and the deal would get all sorts of screwed... I've bought cars before but this was my fiances first experience so I wanted to make sure they didn't prey on that. I made sure they knew I was educated, firm and sensible. I honestly think my attitude helped so much with how they treated us. I also made sure that the owner wrote up a document stating they would fix the muffler and replace the wheel cap and if they couldn't they would pay $45. Monday comes, my fiancé gets a call that he needs to come sign more papers. Nothing more, nothing less. But I was worried, so I went with. Yeah, they told him he actually wasn't approved for $1200 down. He'd either need to pay another $1200, or lose the car. I was FURIOUS. Why hadn't they said that on the phone!? Why did they make it seem like we were a-ok on Sunday? Oh I raised hell. The owner agreed to a payment plan for the additional $1200, which he honored. 5 months later, the car is great. They never did reach out about the muffler or cap, but my fiancé got them fixed on his own. I waited to write this review to see if the car full on took a crap, they tried to pull anything else... etc. But so far we are very happy with the car. I honestly think we just got lucky though. I would be wary of this place.
