Well it looks like my relationship with this Von's. Is now back to what it was a few months ago. I will only shop there for items I can't find at Ralph's. You could of had me as a full time customer, but your service today fucked that up entirely. How can you fuck customer's over so much, that they don't even know if they don't look at their receipt or very carefully watch as the items are ringing up.
Here is where it all went wrong , I went to the deli in the store and asked for a pound of Dietz and Watson's Maple honey ham. I received it and saw the price as $10.83, not the $6.99 per pound as stated in the deli case. I know that it will ring up with your club card at the correct price, because I have purchased this before.
Also she told the girl who got the same item as myself that it will ring up at the correct price at the register. Well it would if it was tagged as maple honey ham and not turkey. Look we all make mistakes at are jobs and the lady apologized for her mistake, but what REALLY REALLY FUCKING PISSES ME OFF TO NO END IS THE ABSOLUTELY FUCKING SHITTY FUCKING SERVICE I GET WHEN THEY TAKE ME BACK TO THE REGISTER TO RING IT UP AT THE CORRECT PRICE. okay so I know people are waiting in line just like I did a few minutes earlier and there always seems to be a problem in line with a customer trying to purchase something. Just like I experienced when I had to stand in line again to get my refund.
At this point after waiting for the customer to figure out how she is going to pay, it turns out she has no money to pay on her ebt card. I have absolutely no fucking patience at this point after walking from the far end of the parking lot , so my car won't be all door dinged from stupid fucking people that have no respect for their car or other people's cars. You treat your customer's like shit and you get shitty reviews.
I know nowadays that everyone is cutting corners to save money, but use the customer's service desk to refund a customer. Don't make me wait in line for your fuck up. I have been in this Vons a whole lot and never once have I seen a manager or employee at the customer service desk.
Don't inconvenience me or other customer's waiting in line trying to check out.
So for this you lost me as a full time customer, for your deceitful ways of pricing items. I wonder if the girl who bought the same deli meat as myself was overcharged as well.
And oh yeah I caught you in the deli trying to do a bait and switch on me when I tried to purchase Dietz and Watson's baby Swiss cheese. You couldn't find it already open to slice in the deli case , so you took the advice from your Asian older lady coworker to give me Primo Taglio baby Swiss.
Even though the primo Taglio
was cheaper per pound by a few dollars, money has nothing to do with it. I Caught you about to slice the Primo taglio
Cheese when I said I wanted the Dietz and Watson's baby Swiss.
Why not just open the brand new package that is on display instead of taking your co worker's advice.
When you go to buy a tv you don't buy a Magnovox, when what you really want is a Sony!!!
Same here with premium deli meats and cheeses, so in the future , don't listen to your coworker listen to what the customer wants.
So for this simple trip for a few items, you totally fucked up my shopping experience. Thank you Vons and your crappy customer service.
