I first fell in love with cheese wontons at Irish Democrat many moons ago and I've been chasing them ever since. They were good here once but not anymore - too much CRUNCHY wonton wrap and not enough cheese. People don't eat wontons for the wrapper, they go for the filling, if they didn't, that would be like going to Paris to see the frame and not the Mona Lisa.
