STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Dustin came out to fix our AC unit early July we paid over $1,800.00 to get the AC unit fixed. He guaranteed us the work! Well the AC stopped working again early August. I called to schedule an appointment for Monday 8/5/2022 at 12:00pm at 12:50PM, I called to find out where the technician was. Meagan said they have a 2 hour window that I was NEVER INFORMED about. Meagan said should would get back to me with an ETA. I received a vague text msg at 1:16PM stating someone will msg me once they are on their way, I then explained that I hd to leave at 2:15 to pick up my kids from school and again she said she would get back to me. HOURS WENT on no call/text/email. At 5:30PM I get a text stating a tech is in route then immediately after i receive a phone call with a male stating he's at my home! I said no one is home , Meagan was supposed to get back to me with an ETA and just a minute ago I received a msg saying you were in route and no one is home. So long story short, we hd to reschedule. Meagan said she could not accommodate me even though it was THEIR fault for not mentioning the 2 hour window in addition to getting back to me. We rescheduled for Friday 8/12/2022 at 12:30PM. Tell me why Meagan called me literally at 12:25PM Friday the day of my scheduled appt. saying our technician scheduled to come out to your home CALLED OUT THIS MORNING so we can reschedule you for NEXT TUESDAY!!!! WTF I had to pack up and leave for an entire week because my house is 86-98 degrees day and night with all the fans running. And she hd the audacity to TELL ME they will reschedule me NEXT TUESDAY. I asked to speak with the office manager and she giggled and said "I am the office manager". I then asked for the owner and she said she was not sure if he could talk but she would pass along a message but was uncertain if he would call me back because he is BUSY!!! Dustin the original technician text me saying he'd come out. He came out and changed everything he initially told me and said that we needed to pay an additional $5,195 for a condenser and coil! So basically we paid $1,800 + for our AC to work just shy of 2 months and to top it off deal with folks that have zero customer service and did not offer ANY SORT OF DISCOUNT for shotty work back in July or for the horrible communication for this service call!!! This company sucks! They are always on time in getting payment from your bank but when it is time for the service scheduled appointment, it's either they are hours late or they will not show up at all! I do not recommend this company to anyone at all! Find a better company that will value your time and do keep their words, pretty sure there's a lot out there! read more

We had a clogged drain for our AC The only bummer was the time he arrived, but that was not his fault, his previous jobs took longer than expected. Heating system suddenly stopped in the middle of the night. The following day, we called them and had an appointment for 5 pm. The technician came in a bit earlier than the appointment time and left, leaving a card on the door. We called the company office and Randy (owner) personally came and rectified the situation. He showed up an hour after. He was able to fix and replace the burnt out motor. He even went lengths to find the proper motor for the replacement. Having your air conditioner not working during the middle of summer is the worst experience of my life just about when I called R&R Heating and Cooling they knew who I was they had my warranty and their computer system they remembered me as a customer and they were over just about the next day. We had another company come out a couple of months ago ; but they said it they couldn't identify the problem. Not so with R&R. R&R heating were very honest and upfront on everything they did. They identified a problem from a prior company whereas they replaced my units but did not make the condenser and evaporator coils compatible which means my air conditioning was always meant to fail. I called R&R to come on an emergency basis for our a/c unit that suddenly stopped working. They answered the phone (no voicemail or auto-answer), and had a technician, Tyler, scheduled to come out within 1.5 hours. The service call minimum-charge was very reasonable and they had the problem fixed within 3 hours of me originally noticing there was even an a/c problem! At the last minute before he left, we asked our technician, Tyler, if he could check another unit that we're having trouble with. Even though it was 7pm he happily checked on the unit and diagnosed the problem. He had it fixed within an hour and he did it with a positive, helpful attitude. He really knew what he was talking about and the charge was very reasonable. I will definitely call R&R if I need any HVAC repairs in the future. I was given a 2 hour time frame for when the inspector would show up and for actual the service, both times they arrived 10-20 minutes early. Awesome! I actually really appreciated that. All the folks I spoke to were really friendly and helpful. However, after the service there was a propane leak that actually filled my home with that propane odor, I think that's kind of dangerous. I'm not sure if it was caused by the technicians who worked on my air handler or if it just happened to start leaking at that time. Either way, I called and they dealt with it. I would definitely use their services again despite that. read more

They were contacted through our home warranty company when our AC fan died. David Ont. (technician) was at the house within about 2 hours. He figured out we needed a new fan motor and went straight to the distributor to make sure we didn't have to wait two weeks while it was on order. He returned and got us up and running that same day. Hired them to repair A/C unit. The system worked for a couple of hours then stopped. They returned, told me I needed to replace the fuse which was burnt out. I purchased fuses, replaced them and they instantly failed too. At this point I decided to hire an electrician, at a further expense, who dismantled the unit with me present, and showed me two dangling bare wires from the replacement motor which contacted the frame and caused the fuses to burn out. I left a message for the owner directly to inform him of what happened and got a return call from the CSR. I told her no offense to her but I'd like to speak with the owner direct to inform him as a business owner what I experienced. She was friendly and told me she'd have him call me, which he didn't. I guess the people before me who gave a good review were lucky. The website that referred me to them said that they do the job right the first time. Not happy! This process started on a Thursday and was fixed thanks to the electrician on a Tuesday during warm weather. read more
