My one-star rating is based solely on the customer service experience. When I reached Tim for assistance, he explained that he couldn't help because he wasn't near a computer and was spending time with his family. I completely understand personal time, but I shared that my family is currently sick with the flu, shivering, and without hot water. I wasn't asking for immediate service--only to be scheduled so we'd at least know help was coming. He told me to call back the next morning because he couldn't do anything. However, shortly afterward, he texted asking for my address and then transferred my work order to another company. That left me confused, since he had said he couldn't access the system. The inconsistency was frustrating, especially given the urgency of our situation. I simply expected clearer communication and a willingness to help schedule service. Unfortunately, the experience fell short. Based on this interaction and the lack of support--especially from the owner--I would not recommend this business to others. read more

TNT plumbing came out 4 times to fix my faucets and one of them is still leaking. I let them know that and they said each time it wasn't leaking. Why would I lie about it? Because I enjoy being inconvenienced and have a plumber come out every week!? Really? Instead of asking me questions to help resolve the issue I was meant with indifference and frustration. You would think that a company would want to do right by its customers and figure out what's wrong. Has anyone from TNT called me to apologize and try to make this right? No they haven't they couldn't care less. Reading the other comments I see it's happened before. You would think that you would do better in the future. Recently had my hot water heater go out, I went through American home shield for repair, they referred me to TnT, had Tom come out and give me an estimate for repair and ordered the heater although it did take one week, the communication with Kelly was professional, and Tom is the utmost professionalism on installation. My rental property had a shower valve issue where the water was not coming out of the shower head when turned on...so I called American Home Shield and was assigned to TNT Plumbing. I did a quick search online to make sure this plumbing company was legit and had good reviews...which thankfully they did. Two days later, Dean arrived. They were to call me to reschedule, I called 3 times to reschedule and when i got through he then said 'we no longer give scheduling times". Only 8 to 5pm. I had considered cancelling my home warranty because every vendor they sent had terrible reviews. I was pleasantly surprised when they assigned TNT (with great reviews) to my leak issue. They were pleasant and set up a service appointment within just a few days. I received a text on the day of service letting me know Tim was on his way. He quickly diagnosed our leak and presented a few repair options. He even figured out a way for us to have water until he could get our service approved and scheduled which we really appreciated. On the day of service Tim and his son came out and quickly got to work. When the repairs were completed Tim surprised me with good news - the repair was easier than expected and he discounted our bill accordingly. I recommend TNT for any plumbing/ hvac needs and hope we can request them for any future needs. If not I will probably go through them directly! read more

Surprisingly I was referred to TnT by my home warranty company. Usually they send me the dregs but this time they accidentally sent me the best! Kimberly in the office was amazing! Very professional, responsive and friendly, she set the tone for a great customer service experience. Andrew was the plumber who came to my home. He also was professional, friendly and efficient. Went through my home warranty company and TNT was the third plumber that could fix my problem. Tim called me personally and assessed my problem and said it had to be fixed as soon as possible. I had a leak in my wall from my upstairs bathroom to the downstairs wall. He came out as soon as possible and was open and transparent and fixed my problem. Tim came out in January of 2024 and Jetted my main line in the kitchen. A few weeks before the one year warranty was up I started hearing my clothes washer backing up into my sink. So I called to see if they could come out and Jet it again. Another tech came out and made me feel stupid like I didn't know what I was talking about. He ran the sink and sent a video to Tim showing it was draining properly. Three months later the washer is actually backing up into the kitchen sink, but TNT plumbing (Tim) won't cover it under the warranty because he said I waited too long and the warranty had expired. They should have taken care of it when I called them the first time. Instead of making me feel stupid. Tim tried to tell me that his tech found nothing wrong and asked why I waited so long to call. I told him I didn't call because his tech made me feel like an idiot. He said he couldn't honor the warranty because I waited too long to call. TNT Plumbing was American Home Shield's preferred plumbing supplier for replacing my kitchen sink garbage disposal. The repairman (Tom) was on time, polite, and well prepared. He examined my current garbage disposal and then asked for the model I planned to use to replace my damaged one. He checked with his office about AHS's replacement policy, and the amount allowed was insufficient to purchase my preferred model. While Tom waited in his truck, I left to purchase the model I preferred, which Tom installed professionally and quickly. However, they tried to tell me that I needed to replace valves that I had just replaced a few weeks before, telling me that they couldn't warranty the solder because they had been soldered before. My last experience with TNT was great, so I chose to become a valued customer, making a monthly commitment (cancel anytime) to help reduce costs associated with new repairs. Also, twice a year (Spring/Fall), Tim assesses my AC unit (spring) and heating unit (Fall) to make sure we are ready for the upcoming season. Yesterday, he checked my AC, no issues. Great shape. Additionally, we talked about my water heater gurgling noises (sediment build-up on the bottom). Not a problem for usage. As part of the fall inspection, he drains and checks the water heater. Although my heater is a bit older, he said it appears in good shape. No water leakage, that's a plus. Since it is an older unit, he recommended I monitor the heater for any water discharge or moisture buildup at the base. I recommend TNT, they are dynamite (sorry, had to go there). read more
