My rep who took care of me that day was a great listener and helped make me feel comfortable. She was a great hype girl. I brought my mom, SIL and my little nephews. They were so sweet and brought them drinks and some snacks for the kids. After a quick consultation, my rep went to pull some dresses ever mindful of my budget and the style I wanted. She provided a variety of different silhouettes and cuts. She was patient with me and we finally found the right one. It will take some time to order your dress so definitely plan ahead. They don't do alterations here but have a vendor they can refer you to who is equally amazing. For me, I am so grateful I didn't dismiss them. I am very happy with my wedding dress and experience.

They welcome you to the store with an offer for coffee, wine, and help. You'll spend a lot of money at Julian Gold, but it's always clear why - quality merchandise and incredible service. I was an out of town bride and needed the alterations done on an expedited timeline over the course of week or so. They said no problem. When I showed up for the fitting they said the alterations would be a couple hundred dollars more than the quote (they said redoing the straps was more involved but it was exactly what I laid out when I sent through the photos). It was clear the person actually doing the fittings/alterations was not the person I had been emailing with and had no idea about the agreed to timeline and seemed alarmed. My friends who (thankfully) fixed my bustle and sew a lot of clothes said this was a hack job across the board and absolutely not worth what I paid. Look elsewhere.

I made an appointment a couple days in advance, you NEED to make an appointment as they do not take walk-in's. They are closed on Sundays and Wednesdays. I sent them inspiration photos and talked through the budget I have. I tried on about 7 dresses and each time she was able to narrow down what I was learning to like and feel great in. And they were all in budget! While I did not buy a dress from here I will absolutely recommend this boutique to any future brides & families.

I tried on 6-8 dresses in a span of maybe 30 mins. Maybe. All of these dresses were aggressively put on by the stylist OVER my head. I came with my hair and makeup done to help complete the look, and there was no point as these dresses were thrown over my head. After stating I liked one part of dress an and another of dress b, I was told "well you aren't going to find a dress with everything exactly as you want." Absolutely untrue, because I did exactly that with Olivia Grace Bridal (highly recommend). I believe it was the owner, Alexandra, who tried to have the stylist show me a dress with a strap I specifically said I am against. The stylist did not bring it to me (only good thing they did), but even telling me that info in the first place was weird. I never leave reviews, but this place was the first place I had to.
