This ain't about to happen. I'll be leaving a review on this every time they delete it. The people should know. I visited this establishment Aug 10th 2024 to get an estimate on a paint job. When I get there I told the guy what I wanted & he quoted me 10k...I guess he saw a surprised look on my face & asked me how much I thought I was going to be, I told he 3-5k max. He then proceeded to tell me he doesn't do that Mexican work & that there was a guy next door that would prolly do it for that much when he's done he starts laughing at me while he walking away. This is the 3rd time I leave a review on this business. I WILL KEEP DOING IT. Go ahead & delete it. It's free for me to keep posting, but I know you have to pay money to get this removed. SHOW PROOF WHERE I ASKED FOR MONEY! NOBODY WANTS YOUR MONEY. I JUST WANT PEOPLE TO BE AWARE OF WHO THEY ARE DOING BUSINESS WITH!

I got work done the other day on my tesla and holy crap, the turn around was so fast. My car looks brand new and it made me fall back in love with my car. The pricing was fair for how everything turned out. The owner of the body shop also fixed a big scratch on my car with no charge. I tried to tip him but he was so kind and humble and didn't accept. I highly recommend this business to everyone. Very honest and fair body shop.

Very satisfied with the level of service, knowledge, and detail to perfection VR Auto has. Got into an accident on June 30th and requested a quote on Yelp for body shops and VR Auto was the first one to respond, this was my first accident with an insurance claim and damages to my car and I didn't know what to expect but Valentyn was very helpful in guiding me to what will take place. He was knowledgeable to the extent of the damages just from the pictures I've submitted. Thankfully my insurance covered all damages except 1/2 of the tire which had a slight gash, but valentyn told me not to worry about it that the shop will cover it which I'm extremely grateful as I was going on vacation that week. My car looks good as new, looking like nothing happened. They were quick with the repairs as soon as the insurance released the funds to them and kept me up to date every step of the way. They are true to their word on covering your deductible with a Yelp referral. All the workers are very nice and helpful with any concerns. I greatly appreciate the work, and level of detail especially matching the tri color paint which I know is tough to pull off with the shiny like glitter.

Great Service and Quality, time frame was a couple days and it came out great, I would highly recommend them for any of your painting needs.

This was BY FAR the most affordable car repair shop I've ever been to. I needed my 2020 Honda Accord Sport worked on. The front end was badly damaged. They didn't take long at all to repair my vehicle and it was in perfect condition once they were finished. It actually looks better than before. I'm usually a little nervous when I drop my car off at a random shop in an area I don't know well, but these guys definitely do a good job at making you feel comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend them.

Was looking to get the front bumper on my 2007 GMC Yukon Denali fixed (with no touch up paint job) as the brackets holding it up were damaged and Valentyn from VR Auto was the first to give me the best online quote. He was very understanding of my situation and was able to fit me in the same day. They got the job done within 3 hours and I'm very happy with the results. I just picked up my 2022 Toyota sienna hybrid that was sideswiped. The person paid me so I was paying out-of-pocket and every other quote was double what these guys charge. Great quality brand new like if it never happened I have also never felt so comfortable with an auto car person. Valentine was great, and had excellent communication throughout the whole process. It did take a little bit longer than initially quoted, but the amount was the same that was quoted with the car being completely washed and detailed and smelling great! Would recommend five stars if you have auto bodywork, bring your car here end stop!

Extremely honest and legit auto repair shop! I took my car this morning after experiencing a very slight brake noise when I come to a stop. First the owner came out to take a look at my brake pads and said that they look fine, he then asked his mechanic to take the car out for a test, the mechanic came back and said that they were fine, Roman suggested that it would not be worth doing a new brake job since my brakes were still good and safe. Now tell me if that's not a mechanic that is worth keeping, any other place would have taken my money and said I needed new breaks.I highly recommend this legitimate auto repair shop. Came in to get 2 insurance claims done at the same time as I finally had time in my schedule and was greeted by Dmitry. He took a look at the car promptly and said that the deductibles would be covered and that he would work with the insurance to get the car fixed. While the car was getting fixed, they provided their own curtiousy car, which made it convenient and hassle free. He kept me informed and was reachable at all times of the day. When my car was returned it was spotless and the car looked brand new. He also gave me good advice on future expenditures like a dash cam. The only regret I had was not coming to this gem auto body shop sooner to get the work done as it was so much simpler than I had imagine. This shop returned my car looking beautiful. It was an advocate for me with my insurance which was dragging their feet to get an estimate. Amazing service! I got my car maintenance done at the dealership the other day and they were trying to charge me an outrageous price to replace my spark plugs, cooling fluid, and brake fluid so I decided to get quotes on yelp. VR Auto Collision Center responded quickly and gave me a quote at such a reasonable and affordable price! At first he thought I was bringing in my own spark plugs for the replacement when he gave me the quote so I told him he no longer needed to do it but he called someone to come bring them in and even honored the same price after supplying the spark plugs for me! They are very nice people and even offer you beverages while you wait for your car. Plus, they are open on weekends! Definitely recommend!! read more

Before taking my car to VR Auto, I took my car to three mechanics including the dealership and none of them were able to 100% pinpoint the issue since there was not a code populating in my car. The guys at VR auto were able to diagnose the issue and provide solutions to resolve my car issue. As a woman, It is difficult to find honest and reliable mechanics that will not take advantage of the situation by overcharging or insisting on repairs that are not needed however the guys at VR Auto made me feel extremely comfortable. The guys over at VR Auto did a perfect job on my car. I brought my 2016 Ecoboost Mustang to them needing a new engine. First they actually got an engine from a place they trusted first and tested the engine out on one of their own cars to make sure they liked the place they were getting the engine from. They searched and found a good new used engine for me. Ran a compression test on the engine, checked everything out. Pretty much ended up doing an engine rebuild , put all my modifications parts back onto the new engine. Took us about a week or 2 to find the engine , test everything out. But it only took them 3 days to actually do the job. They got my car back to me right before the new year. And I've been rolling ever since , no issue. They also gave me a year warranty on the parts and labor. So if anything happens I can go back to them and they will fix it if need be. Great job. read more

We highly recommend Pro Handyman Service!…read more I wanted to write this review because we had a request that, while not unique, wasn't that easily categorized under a common household repair category, so we decided we would look for a general handyman that would be able to do it all. We have a sliding barn door for a guest bathroom, and because there was a bit of a gap from the wall to the door, it wasn't very private for our guests, and there was also no latch on the barn door. It's a strange choice for a bathroom, but we also didn't have the budget to change the entire door. I reached out to a few pros to get their assessments, and Pro Handyman Service was not the cheapest option for this job, but they had great reviews and I appreciated that they gave me an upfront quote. The quote actually helped me to budget accordingly, and I didn't feel like there were going to be a bunch of hidden charges that I wouldn't be able to plan for. I also felt that Pro Handyman Service was easy to communicate with and they responded to my questions very quickly over Yelp messages. They are busy, by the way, so try to schedule early so you can get a time slot. Denis arrived at our home promptly and on time, and was very careful to keep the home clean by wearing booties to cover his shoes. He listened and reviewed the situation, then gave us several options based on his opinions and experience. For example, he said he could use either wood or plastic paneling to add a "privacy edge" to the sliding door, and we ultimately settled on wood for the sides and plastic for the top of the door. He had everything needed for the job and just needed to leave to purchase the wood paneling and returned promptly to do the install. He also painted and caulked the new wooden privacy edge on each side of the door. We had already purchased a latch, which he also installed while accommodating the added privacy edge to the door. Denis worked very quickly and efficiently, leaving no mess behind. As you can see from the photos, the installation looks quite neat and clean, and almost looks as if the door came that way. It was nice that he was able to cut the privacy edge to accommodate the baseboard, too. Overall, this was a very positive experience with Pro Handyman Service and we think you'll be pleased with them as well! Hopefully this review will be helpful to anyone else who is looking for someone who needs a handyman (and especially if they have a specific request that might be similar to ours)!

I had a very odd issue of an extremely shakey washing machine, which after several repair attempts led me to inspect the floor. Denis his colleague showed up to move the washer/dryer and inspect the floor, and determined it was not level (it was VERY uneven). Denis gave me several options for how to proceed. They took the time to show me the support frame under the floor and explain why it wasn't level, and what they could do to level it as much as possible. I had hired Pro Handyman Service to address the floor only, but after they were finished and placed everything back the way it was, Denis asked to see a wash cycle on the washing machine to see if the floor fixed the machine as well - it worked great, no more intense shaking! Highly recommend, and will definitely be using their services again in the future.

I had a positive interaction with the staff on the Yelp app when I asked for information, which led me to visit the shop a few days later. Unfortunately, the in-person experience was disappointing and unprofessional. A short, bald man at the shop didn't greet us and seemed annoyed that we were even there. He then pulled out his phone and told us to wait because he needed to make a call. My partner and I stood there awkwardly for a few minutes, and when he finally spoke to us, he said he couldn't help because he didn't speak English.
