There is a good amount of seating and outlets, but it can fill up because people tend to spend several hours doing work. I've had their Chai latte, americano, and some other drinks. All were really delicious! They also have pastries and sweets from the case. I've tried their new butter mochi and didn't care for it though. The staff here is friendly and helpful as well.

When I picked up my order the drink looked fine, but when I got to work I noticed the drink getting clumpy, even when I tried swirling the cup a couple of times and stirring with my straw. I don't think that has ever happened to my matcha drinks elsewhere, so that was interesting. I was basically drinking milk with matcha chunks. Their Hojicha Latte's also mid imo; tastes bland/grassy. [ Service ] Customer service is actually not great. The gentleman who took my order last time was pretty much expressionless. This recent time, when I picked up my drink for my mobile order, the girl seemed a tad bit annoyed for no reason. The workers at the San Gabriel location are much nicer. The drinks also come out fairly slow despite going early in the morning, I recommend ordering through the app ahead of time. [ Parking ] They have the tiniest lot in front of the shop so you might have to drive up a bit further where the bank is for more parking spots.

The…read morespace is exceptionally clean and cozy, featuring a modern, aesthetic interior with a handful of tables that make it a great spot to enjoy a drink or get some work done. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the Luxurious George was prepared surprisingly quickly despite the matcha being hand-whisked to order. We also ordered their seasonal Vietnamese Coconut Latte, which was visually stunning, though I didn't get the chance to try it myself. **Luxurious George: 4/5** The Luxurious George, a banana jasmine matcha latte, was smooth and not overly sweet, allowing the flavors to remain light and refreshing. Fragrant jasmine took center stage, offering a beautiful floral aroma and delicate tea notes that paired nicely with the earthy matcha. The milk, however, overshadowed the matcha and made the drink taste a bit milkier than I had anticipated. While the banana was a unique addition, its flavor remained very subtle and was difficult to distinguish, leaving the jasmine as the dominant flavor profile. Despite not quite meeting all of my expectations, Leaflet Coffee left a great impression with its inviting ambiance and creative drink offerings. With such a unique menu, I'm excited to come back and discover more of what they have to offer.

They have some tables but not enough for a place to hangout to be honest. Their whole concept is pretty much a open kitchen, order and walk to the back and wait for your order. Can get pretty cramped but that's just how their shop is designed. Parking - Free in a one way outdoor lot. If it's full, there's the plaza right next door and/or street parking, plenty overall. Their menu is quite extensive, from teas, boba, coffee, fruit teas, they've got it all. For first timers, they have a signature section which I think is basically their most popular drinks, they're all recommended to try. My wife and I ordered the Oreo Matcha Brulee and the Uji Matcha Latte to share, both came out pretty quickly, around 5 minutes or so. I'm a huge sucker for oreo matcha brulee type drinks and this place made it perfectly. Each sip is full of the ingredients, very refreshing, and perfect sweetness in my opinion with 30% - 60% sugar level. Overall, great tea shop, it's pretty ironic to find a place that's just called "The Tea" which can be hard to search up, but their drinks are high quality, staff is quick, and their shop is clean. Very impressed.

Only one self-order kiosk for use. You may order at the counter or scan to order as well. I chose the kiosk. Easy to maneuver through the screens. Payment by credit card. They weren't super busy. Although wait time for my drinks was a tad longer than expected. Maybe they were attending to other orders made online. Btw, shop is very small with no seating inside or outside. It's pretty much for take-out only. I got 2 drinks... one Supreme Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea and one Coconut Mango Blue. Unfortunately, they gave me the Crisp Grape Boom (hot) instead of the Supreme Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea in error. Not sure how they could have mistaken the drinks since I didn't order any hot drinks. My bad that I didn't check my order before leaving the tea shop. My youngest daughter was not very happy she didn't get her drink. Anyway, both drinks were good. I was quite surprised and impressed with the grape drink. Its grape taste came through nicely and it wasn't overly sweet. I've never had a drink like it in the past. I returned back on another day to inform them of the drink mixup. The young lady staff behind the counter was very apologetic. She spoke with the shift lead. They gave me the Supreme Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea drink on the house. I appreciate they took responsibility for their error. Thank you! I bought 2 additional drinks that evening... one Crisp Grape Boom (cold) (even more amazing than the hot version) and one Coconut Mango Boom. All drinks were amazing! Heytea is worth a visit for their fresh and unique flavors. I'll be back to try their other creative and innovative twist on tea drinks. Thanks Heytea for elevating tea to the next level!

When this location gets busy, it's honestly so hectic. I waited about 20 minutes outside before I could order but the layout of the store is extremely small and cramped. Everyone that ordered pick-up would squeeze in between the people that are waiting in line through the one open door they have. Unfortunately, it was a humid day so everyone was just waiting inside and it was difficult navigating between the people that need to pick up their orders and those who needed to order with the cashier. Probably waited another 20 minutes to pick up our order. Drinks: Coconut Mango Boom (8.2/10): So delicious on a hot humid day. There's a mango slushy base with bits of jelly on the bottom and sago mixed in between the mango base. You can never go wrong with this drink! They provide self-serve water outside of the store in the case that there is a long wait. Fortunately, this has never been the case when I have visited. The employees were also super helpful and very well-versed with their menu. They knew exactly what drink paired well with what jelly. All the drinks are true to the taste profile as described on the website. The Popcorn Milk Tea with Brown Sugar Tapiochi is one of the most popular items and it was indeed very buttery. It had a very unique taste profile, but definitely not for me. I personally really really really enjoyed the Misty Oolong MT which had a light-roasted, malty flavor with subtle buttery highlights. It paired perfectly with the osmanthus jelly. The best drink Torotea has to offer by far!

Popcorn Milk Tea with Brown Sugar Tapioca ($7.85) - My go-to drink! - Perfect level of sweetness without being overpowering - Rich, creamy, nutty flavor - Brown sugar tapioca had the perfect soft and chewy texture (only wished it was cut a bit smaller) Pinewood Milk Tea ($6.85) - Similar to the Popcorn Milk Tea, but with a lighter, more subtle nutty flavor - Still delicious, though I personally prefer the Popcorn Milk Tea Jasmine Oolong Milk Tea ($6.85) - A great option if you're looking for something lighter and more refreshing Everything was made well, and the service made the experience even better. Looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu. Love that they still do daily samples!

We tried the kimchi bacon with salted egg, pistacchio Dubai chocolate, plain, and a couple of cream puffs. All the croissants were deliciously crunchy flaky, my favorite is the pistacchio Dubai chocolate but the kimchi was also very creative. All the cream puffs were also great but personally croissants are harder to perfect for me so this is the spot for that. I also had a pistacchio cream latte that was delicious as well. The pricing is on the higher side compared to other pastries but if you're used to getting croissants elsewhere like at Delight (Pasadena), Bread Lounge (DTLA), Friends & Family (Los Feliz) then this is on par. With the care that goes into making the pastries here, they are justified to charge this type of pricing.

We tried Earl Grey, Maple Pecan with Chocolate coating, Hojicha with Black Sesame, and Taro with Salted Egg Yolk. They were all so peculiar and luscious in their own way and you'd be pleased by the full stuffing. If I had to pick my top 2 I would go to the last 2 and the Taro Salted Egg was even not to skip IMO. Perfect blend of sweet and salty flavors in one bite. Both the Hojicha and earl grey served very solid tea flavors with bit hint of bitterness. They did regular drop for the choux for pre order, but if you prefer looking at the showcase then making choices just like me, worry not as ordering was pretty swift and no long line.
