On a recent visit we had the absolute pleasure of meeting Skylar who completely changed our experience in all the best ways possible. She is incredibly friendly and outgoing and took her time to connect with us! More importantly she helped us get out of our usual pattern of always looking at the same items! She took a real interest in what we were looking for and before we knew it she was bringing us items of clothing we never would've considered shopping for on our own! I came into the store not knowing what the brand really was, but I was immediately greeted by Luke from Vegas, and the rest had me speechless. I have never heard of Vuori until my fiancé got me some of their leggings recently. He was raving about how smooth and soft the men's tshirts were and said I'd love their leggings! He's only worn his shirt for a few days, but he says he loves it more than his lululemon's 5 year tees so far. I find the prices comparable, as well--perhaps a smidge cheaper. In terms of quality, their leggings are quite soft, comfortable and "buttery"; however, I found the seams rip easily and there was a snag on one of the leggings. I went back to exchange and the employees were kind and easy to work with. The gal working the counter even recognized my fiancé from the day before (quite impressive...). They don't seem to have the same policy as lululemon where they'll fix your seams for free, but I hope my new leggings coming in will hold up well! I also wish they had a bigger selection of clothes e.g. leggings with pockets, but as long as they focus on making good quality clothes, I can be patient and wait for new collections :) read more

I've been hearing good things about this product, so I wanted to see what all the hype was about. I was literally in the store all of two minutes when I hear an employee trying to belittle some of his subordinates. I peruse the store and actually find a couple pair of joggers and try then on in the fitting room. At this point, everyone has been friendly and helpful. When I make my way the cash register, I see that "Cedric" (the person I heard belittling co-workers earlier) is working the register for my sale. I asked about the first time discount and he seemed confused and had an attitude about it. He to ask an underling for help. The girl was very helpful and was able to apply discount with no problems. I am impressed with the product but was made uncomfortable with Cedric's interaction with coworkers and myself as a customer. read more

This is the only place I will now shop for athletic and loungewear! To be honest, I did not know very much about this line that everyone is talking about but I walked into the Fashion Island store and was greeted by a friendly salesperson named Tiffany. This gal is SO enthusiastic about Vuori that you can't help but get excited! She was so knowledgeable about the clothing line and was so good at describing the differences of each item. SO patient with me as I had lots of questions and was shopping not only for myself but for a few of my family members. I love the recommendations she made. Tiffany is all about customer service. She understood my needs and is a great listener. She went above and beyond to find something unavailable at this store by calling other stores to find what I was looking for... and if it was not available, she recommended something else. Based on her level of service, commitment to Vuori, and her efficiency, I can see her managing her own store in the near future or at the very least, an Assistant Manager. so this store is nuts. like many "yoga/athletic wear companies" they really only cater to the tall skinny size 0 type chick. im 5'7 135 lbs and i tried many things on and nothing fit me right. most of the bras are for flat chested chicks. not someone with double D's. young workers seem nice and helpful but thats about it. the shirts were too tight or crop top. unfortunetly not everyone is an instagram model with a fake type flat stomach either. good luck if you come here. read more

I had an occasion to visit this store to exchange a birthday gift. When I entered the store, I was very impressed by the cleanliness and organization of its product lines. I was approached by a bright young woman who introduced herself as Skylar. They did not have the item I wanted to exchange so she offered me a gift card. After leaving the store, she called me a short time later and said she found what I wanted and would ship it to me. She made me feel like I was a priority customer and I heartily recommend you ask for her when you visit the store. Cool stuff, reasonable prices and a focus on customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, the two most amazing people were not present hence my two star report. I was literally forced to retrieve my first responder badge to these two women who have seen me there knew my profile. Luckily I had it in my truck, not home in seal beach. I was told it was already in the system. I also had issues with online Vuori. They lost a (500$) order, never saw it again. On THREE occasions my orders were RETURNED and they never called to ask me if I wanted them, they just put them back on the shelf and some of those items are not available. The clothes with the string is a fail for me, even after just ONE wear and ONCE in wash the strings twist to point of no return, the little metal piece falls off. I am encouraged to return these items (and it's not one or two, it's a regular situation.) Once I returned an item due to this issue, and a guy (a manager) gave me a hefty lecture on "how to launder" does this boy know I probably been doing laundry longer than he's been alive? I wanted to support local business and I liked some of their items, I probably spent a good fortune on Vuori... but if you haven't seen me, this is why. I do not buy disrespect. read more

I went into the store for the first time to check out the hype after hearing such great things about the brand. I was greeted right away by Char. She was so knowledgeable about the clothing and helped me pick out gifts for my hard to shop for husband. I was so impressed with the softness and durability of the clothing. Great quality clothes. The worst customer service I have ever seen inside a store. A sales associate in charge of the dressing rooms was face timing someone for about 20 minutes while we needed help. She didn't realize you shouldn't have a camera on inside the dressing room area. Completely clueless. Discussed what she should do with her hair and maybe wanted to change the color. I went into this store today and although their inventory was great and I ended up purchasing 2 items, I'll tell you, the things I was overhearing in the dressing rooms while the associates were talking was crazy inappropriate! It felt like I was listening to college-aged drama. I had to interrupt them multiple times first to get into a dressing room and then again to ask for a different size. I felt uncomfortable interrupting them, and that is not how it should be when you're the customer! I will say, the associate at the register was the only profession in the store. I felt like I was a nuisance shopping in this store. I was the only person in the store around lunch time to make a return for a gift I received. Normally when shopping the sales associates might greet you and may ask if you need help etc, this was not the case here at Vuori. I had to ask for help and when I did the guy who helped me seemed like he wanted to be anywhere else and was very un-energetic. Overall I was thoroughly unimpressed with the physical Vuori store. Glad I was able to get the gift giver a refund and will have them send me the money to take over to Lulu where you can actually get good service. I listened to her as spoke so enthusiastically and effortlessly about Vuori that I decided to drop by and visit the store in Fashion Island where she worked. I was genuinely impressed by her knowledge and passion - she truly embodies the role of a brand ambassador. Since my first purchase, Tiffany has consistently provided exceptional assistance, making my shopping experiences a delight. While all the sales associates seem happy and helpful, she's the one I really look forward to seeing - there's just something special about Tiffany and how she guides her customers in wearing and combining the products. I'm wearing pieces that I never had before and now cannot do with out. Over the year, I've learned about pieces suitable for both cool and hot weather, and pieces versatile enough to dress up or down which is important to my staff, ensuring they look great while staying comfortable in any activity.
