Very beautiful store - they have a open airy feeling - and the clothing has a bit of a coastal theme - surfer style... LuLuLemon is similar but I'd say more for women.... if there is such a thing. This company I'd say is more geared for men. The fabrics and fit are very good and I'm always trying to replace my favorite hoodie I got from here. If I like a piece of clothing (or shoes for that matter) I tend to wear it till its shredded. For that reason I have no hesitation to buy something that may be a little higher in price if I know I like it. You can buy online but I think its great to be able to touch the items before you purchase. This is the perfect place to do just that. read more

I came here for a private company yoga and shopping event and was pleasantly surprised at how nice the clothes are here at Vuori. They are definitely on the pricier side but if you value comfort / chic I think Vuori could be good for you! I don't really shop luxe gym clothes but I bought a nice casual light jacket here because the material was so soft! I wear it all the time especially in cooler weather (but not super hot or super cold weather)! read more

Very nice story. Clean and well organized. All of the women's clothing is on the right side and on the left is the men's selections. They offer coastal living clothing. The selection reminds me of expensive work from home outfits. The clothing has a wrinkled look on the hangers. I'm not sure if the wrinkled look is what they are going for or if it all needs to be ironed. I saw a cute jumper, but due to everything looked wrinkled I passed. I don't like the wrinkled look. If I iron it I'd be afraid it would look wrinkled quickly. They also sell leggings and sports bras that are knit and aren't wrinkled. I am not in need of those items. I suggest if the wrinkled look isn't the look they are going for they need to get a steamer and steam the wrinkles out before displaying the clothing. This isn't the brand for me. read more

Super soft clothing. It is pricey but good quality. First time customer-- I was looking at their hoodies that were so luxuriously soft and I didn't want to buy it so I came back the same day but they sold out. The salesman looked around for it. One of the VERY few shops at the Stanford shopping center with staff that's helpful and accommodating. Also found the employees at this location to be much more helpful than at the Santana Row store. Last year, when I was in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy, one of the employees even pulled up a little stool for me to sit on while my husband tried on pants. My husband can be very picky with materials/features/colors, and they were happy to discuss his options, even advising him which other brands and stores to check out for the specific running shorts he wanted. read more

I don't know anyone who don't like Vuori clothing. I always get compliments when I wear their stuff. Not me, the clothing! So the Palo Alto store is located in the Stanford Shopping Center. The service is great! The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The store has a good selection of colors and sizes, but don't expect it to be there long. Due to their popularity, it may be limited to online sales to get what you want. The Palo Alto store is a good location if you're in the area to shop at an upscale mall. read more

Trila was incredible !! She helped me with a very complicated return, and then helped me with the new member discount being applied to a very large purchase. I love the store, especially the shorts and the jogger pants. I truly wear nothing other than this when I'm traveling or at home. I also recommend the jumpsuits, even if you think you're not a jumpsuit person. I love mine, and I wear it all the time with everything from a leather jacket to Jean jacket to sweaters. I do like this brand, however whenever I come to their Palo Alto store the customer service is always HORRIBLE. Many times the workers would be goofing off and they don't even greet you or ask if you need help. When I went into the store today at 4:00pm, I asked this male worker if they had their Chocolate colored Villa Wideleg pants in "Short" and he just laughed at my face and walked away. Um, what was so funny? That was really rude. This was my second encounter with him too. Walked out buying nothing. Much would rather go to Lululemon or go to the Vuori at Santana Row for better service! Please hire better Vuori. read more

So I'm a local and been shopping at Stanford Shopping center for over 25 years. I've been to this store once about a year ago and was taken care of extremely well. Today, however, was a very different story and almost like an unacceptable joke: 3 people in your staff by the counter chatting away with each other while looking at several clients apparently searching for what they wanted to purchase without success finding it. This went on for a good 5+ minutes. I decided to leave, walked up passing by the counter, and was asked "can we help you find something?". I was about to reply "I don't think so" but decided to try anyway, and so asked if they had the item I've seen online. The answer was simply "no we don't" without any follow on suggestion to maybe look at another comparable item. You obviously don't need to sell, so I walked down to Lululemon who treated me as professionals do and I made my purchase there instead. Bye! ;-) read more

SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. ZERO STARS. DO NOT COME HERE. Beyond disappointed in the level of service this place has. My first and most likely my last time purchasing from this company/going to this store. I feel scammed and robbed of my money and my time. This complaint is honestly worthy of being sent to the general manager over what should have been ONE simple transaction. Not me doing 2, now 3 transactions, and 2 same day visits. I came here Friday night 12/29/2023 to do a return/return-exchange. You would think going in here would be seamless- easy. But, no. It was a freaking nightmare from beginning to end - not even end because the issue is not yet resolved!!! I bought several items online and needed to come into the store to make the return and and then a return-exchange. 1st interaction in the store- I had 2 separate orders- so first I had to do 1st simple return, and the 2nd order was the return - exchange. When I did the exchange, the person failed to give me the price I paid for since there was a discount. I left the store thinking it was complete. 2nd interaction in the store- I go back into the store because my partner got the email receipt and realized that the discount was not taken for the exchange. I go back in the store thinking it will be an easy fix and the difference will go back on the CC it was paid with, AS IT SHOULD. Mind you, the first sales rep I went to who did the mistake was busy- so I went to Frankie the sales associate, who was so eager to take me because he 'knew what I needed'. He actually did not! Because he did not do anything correctly! For one, he didn't put it in my customer profile, did not ask for number, obviously did not look at the receipt, and RETURNED THE ITEM ON A GIFT CARD AND REPURCHASED IT AGAIN (DID NOT EVEN TELL ME WTF HE WAS DOING), and didn't even want me to walk away with the actually receipt (which I know now why!). Without telling me, he was putting the difference on a gift card and he didn't even give me the gift card!!!!!! IT WAS NEVER SUPPOSE TO GO ON A GIFT CARD TO BEGIN WITH!!!!! LITERALLY- A SCAM! 15 minutes after leaving the store and parking lot- my partner calls me and tells me why was it refunded back onto a gift card? I call back the store and I am furious! I already went to the store 2x at this point, and I'm furious! This is soo messed up on so many levels- now, my partner, the assistant manager, and I are all on the phone trying to sort this out. The assistant manager, Lourdes, tells me she cannot do anything- not even return or void the transaction, and tells me she will send a follow up email to my partner, contact the customer service HQ who will do the return, and on Monday she will reach out. IT IS TUESDAY- NO SIGN OF ANY KIND OF RESPONSE OR RESOLUTION. I am very disappointed. I could never recommend this place regardless of how 'good' the quality of the clothes are. The service is terrible. My first and last time purchasing here. And honestly, I am sure Frankie, that sales associate has done this to many customers scamming them out of their return/money and pocketing the gift card. Cannot trust this place or company.
