Can't say enough good things about Vu and his family. There's always a bargain here, quick service and they treat you like family. Do yourself a favor and stop by for your next suit, tux, jacket etc! My favorite jacket was a last minute purchase the day before a big wedding. Thanks for the killer deal!

This review is longgg overdue, but my husband and I went to get his groomsman suit altered for a wedding and then we decided to get our groomsmen/groom/fathers' suits and tuxedos done by Vu's Custom Clothier. We got to pick out an entire package and they were very transparent with the cost of everything. I love that you can do a bundle! It made my life as a bride-to-be much easier. The process was very easy and Nicki walked us through every step. She has great taste so I would even ask her for advice every now and again on colors and things. The tailoring job by Mr. Vu is top notch and the whole process is extremely affordable. Incredibly nice family We were so pleased with how the suits turned out and the groomsmen loved them too. They all looked so handsome and the elegant look we were going for was easily achieved! Mr. Vu even saved our lives last minute when the BEST MAN was in another state lost his suit pants THE DAY BEFORE the wedding. Literally, saved our lives. If you're looking for a sign on who to pick to do your wedding tailoring and suits - here it is - pick Vu's Custom Clothier. :)

If you want to spend very modest, conservatively, or go over the top. Either way, you will walk away with the best quality, impressive, best fitting, men's wear that inspires confidence. You would be crazy to go buy off the rack department store when this is available. If you have the money to treat yourself, this is also the place. I do not have hundreds of Yelp reviews. If I give you a Yelp review, the business was either the best I have experienced, or the worst. If I find quality, value, and a business that really tries to meet a customer's needs, I feel I should share with everyone. This was definitely a unique find. I had been very inactive and recently had a surgery. I had temporarily put on a little weight and all my dress clothes were too tight. My brother unexpectedly passed, and his funeral was out of state. In a panic, I searched Yelp and found this place. The reviews, all though good , do not do this business justice. I consider myself stylish, and I like to dress well for something important. I met with Antonio and I was very impressed with his taste and his knowledge of fashion. Antonio walked me through the entire process of selecting everything I needed. Antonio listened to what I wanted, and he made suggestions that made things look great. I was shown everything and we found exactly what I needed. I was fitted and Antonio worked diligently to have it ready. I was treated so well. I had never had so many compliments on my look. The best part is that I am one of Antonio's customers now. When I lose the weight, I'm back to have my suit altered. I have made a great investment on something that looks fantastic and I am proud to wear. I will definitely be back and I plan on bringing my sons for a fitting. Antonio thank you so much for making a tough time in my life better.

She explained, "The card will be good at all Nordstrom stores." I said, "Okay." So, I answered a few questions & voila! My new acct was opened on the spot. I was given a coupon as a courtesy for opening the new acct. After she rang up the items, my husband & I left the store. However, I had to go back in b/c she had forgotten to apply the discount! My husband went to the car and I went back in...ALONE! That was when the entire customer service experience completely changed!!! As long as my husband had been standing next to me, the employees smiled & were overly-friendly. When I stood in line to get the discount applied to my purchase, everything changed! They refused to apply the discount!?!?! I asked for a manager. When the "manager" got there, she refused to apply the discount as well. I explained that we had just purchased the items three minutes ago. I explained to her that her employees were polite to me as long as my husband was standing next to me. When I went back in ALONE...everything with her employees had shifted. Still...she refused. At this point, I began taking notes & asking questions such as, "Can you give me the number for Nordstrom's corporate office?" What is the name of the regional manager?" I asked any pertinent questions that might help me understand why the Nordstrom Rack was happy to open a new account but unwilling to apply the discount as advertised. The biggest lie that was told by their "manager" was that she didn't know the name of the regional manager. My husband & I later found out that the regional manager's office was housed in this particular location! Do you really expect customers to believe that a regional manager who offices out of your store is unknown to your managers? As a result of being lied to over details that don't really require lies, I closed my account with them after 7 days. Plus, my husband closed his account as well. We do NOT reward businesses that lie to us. There are too many other retail shops in our area that treat their customers with courtesy & respect. Nordstrom Rack & Nordstrom employees aren't trustworthy. Nordstrom's liars create unnecessary problems that aren't really worth the additional trouble. "Managers" who lie so easily about public information such as regional managers or other corporate contacts are NOT to be trusted. Nordstrom is supposed to be high-end experience that carries high-end merchandise. However, the ease with which their deceptive employees lie over such small issues is very concerning to me. If they can lie over small matters, they can lie over bigger matters which makes them very shady to do business with...in my opinion. HARD PASS ON NORDSTROM ET AL.

Old Navy January 30, 2026…read more 4 stars This Old Navy location was clean, well-organized, and easy to shop. The clearance section had a great selection, and we were able to find several really good deals. There was also a surprisingly large amount of Disney merchandise available, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a very positive shopping experience with good variety and strong clearance finds. Would definitely return. The service was decent only received it at the register though. Employees don't greet you or say hello when you enter or while you're shopping.

1-Star Review: Old Navy's Outdated & Customer-Hostile Pricing Policy…read more I am beyond disappointed with Old Navy's archaic and frankly pathetic pricing and price-adjustment policies. In 2025, it is ridiculous that a major retailer still refuses to honor their own online prices in-store unless the item is also purchased online. What kind of logic is that? I shopped in-store on Black Friday, assuming I was getting the best deal of the year -- only to find out on Cyber Monday that nearly every item I bought was significantly cheaper online. I could have saved at least 25% more had I purchased online instead of in-store. When I called customer service, I was told they "can't help" and that I had to physically go back to the store for a price adjustment. Who does this in 2025? Fine. I went to the store. Then the cashier tells me I need to bring all the items back just so they can process a return and make me re-buy everything at the online price. How is this remotely customer-friendly? How is this efficient? Why does a customer need to jump through hoops because the company refuses to align in-store and online pricing? Lesson learned: NEVER shop in Old Navy stores. Their in-store prices are almost always higher, and their policies make it incredibly difficult to get a price adjustment. If you must shop at Old Navy, buy online only -- pick up in store if you must. Online purchases offer the best pricing and customer service actually helps you over the phone. Retailers with such outdated, non-customer-centered policies have no one to blame but themselves when they struggle or go out of business. In a world where Amazon, Nordstrom, Macy's, Temu, and Shein are making shopping easier and more convenient, Old Navy is stuck in the past. Do better, Old Navy -- or prepare to be left behind.

I purchased a home in the area and the previous owner installed a beautiful chandelier that sells for $1,700 new. The chandelier does not go with our remodel so we decided to consign it with The Consignerie for $1,000 and we would get 50%. Todd wanted me to install the chandelier in his store because he did not know how to install light fixtures. I told him that I would not install it because I did not want to accept responsibility if it fell on someone/something. He hired a person to hang it. Instead of using the hardware that came with the chandelier, the hired help used his own hardware. The hardware that came with the chandelier is 2 fine threaded screws that maintain a tight fit. The installer used course threaded fasteners that resulted in a loose fit and caused the chandelier to sag. Todd thought that the crossbar bracket that came with the chandelier was weak and that the sagging was due to it bending from the weight (the chandelier weighs 43 lbs and I'm sure the designers of the chandelier appropriately designed the bracket so I'm not sure why he thought this). He took the bracket to Home Depot to find a replacement, got side tracked, and left the bracket in the shopping cart. After several days of not hearing from him, I called him to ask if the hired help was able to install the chandelier. That is when he told me that he lost the bracket. He apologized and said he would pay for the replacement. I went to about a half dozen stores to find the bracket but no one sells it. I told Todd that I could not find anyone who sells the bracket and that it is a custom made part for that chandelier. At this point he stopped replying to my texts and stopped answering my calls. Then he texted me saying that he will not accept my chandelier and that I should come pick it up. I confronted him about losing part of my chandelier and he plays if off as if the bracket was his part and that he did not lose part of my chandelier. I told him that the chandelier is worthless without that part and that we could take it to small claims court if we could not settle it ourselves. That is when he changed his tune and started looking for the bracket. Luckily, I was able to contact the manufacturer and buy the part (this is much harder and time consuming than it sounds). I went and picked up my chandelier and Todd reimbursed me (why would he pay me for the bracket if it was his bracket?). I'll give him credit that he paid me back, but only after I threatened to take him to court. He is a shady and unethical person. I have attached photos of our text exchange. My phone had this glitch where someone's response would appear above my text. That is why his "Yes Sir." text appears above my question.

He & I walked down the aisle to get a bag of the dog food but they were sold out. He told me that he would run to the stockroom to grab a bag of the dog food for me. He came back empty-handed and said, "The guys in the back don't know where it is." So, I requested a store manager to find out where the new dog food was located. A few minutes later, a woman walked over to me. I asked, "Are you the store manager?" She replied, "No, he's in a meeting." Isn't it curious? Managers are routinely unavailable & consistently in meetings! She said, "I'm in loss prevention." ??? I asked her if she could locate the new promotional dog food item in their stockroom for me. She said, "No, I don't know where it is." Unusual response! She hadn't even tried to go look for it. But, she already "knew" that she didn't know where the dog food was. I'm not sure if the loss prevention lady was just lazy or incompetent. There were many other walmart employees who were just standing around. If she didn't know, someone else was sure to or could possibly take the time to go look for it. However, customer service is non-existent in most walmarts in 2026. That's just a fact. The customer rings up their own items since only one paid cashier still exists. The customer bags their own items & carries their purchases out to the car. The employees just stand around & stare. If the customer asks the employees a question, I DON'T KNOW is the standard response. Either they aren't trained properly by management or the employees just don't care. Their direct deposit will still be paid to them regardless of their lack of initiative. The employees don't extend any effort in assisting the customers at all. Why should they? Obviously, standing around chatting with co-workers is what they are paid to do. So...the "managers" hide in the back office. The employees stand around & stare. They have no concept of a business model that puts the customer first b/c they will get paid whether they offer customer service or not! The loss prevention lady flatly refused to send anyone to locate the dog food in the stockroom and/or go herself. So, I left. Let them keep their lousy dog food. Do not shop walmart...any walmart. They are the worst!
