Their SEAFOOD chow mein had shrimps and a couple pieces of cheap fish. The dishes taste so fishy. So sad I ordered two of those. Their Chong Qing chicken was boring and underwhelmed. They didn't even put a single Sichuan peppercorn in it (how sad). The Chow Fun was done by an amateur because I didn't taste or smell any Wok Hei. They had the potential but I am not keeping going back to support this ..... Been coming here for a few time since Dec of 2018. Our office was in City of Industry so we came from a city that's near plenty of Asian lunch selection from barely any close by our warehouse in city of Eastvale. This is a good start. Coworkers and I all like their beef stew noodle soup and their lunch special is a bit over priced compared to what we are accustom to. Friendly and helpful staff. It gets busy however always got seating when we go. place is clean and service is quick. Will be back for more. And if you are like me recently moved to near by warehouse/office buildings, give this place a shot. I really wanted to like this place. I'm so tired of all the chain restaurants in Eastvale I was looking forward to something special and with the positive reviews on Yelp expected more from this establishment. I removed 2 stars due to service and food. Service- sure staff greeted you when you came in but ask them about the menu and they know nothing and don't ask anyone to answer your question. We wound up googling what some dishes were. Ask them for water... three times and you get it 10 minutes later. Ask them for a check and to go boxes and they tell you it's not their job and to ask our server who is no where to be found. At this rate service is better at the DMV than here! Food - honey walnut shrimp was awful. I might be jaded as I was expecting something like what Panda Inn serves- sweet, tangy crunchy with the delicious nuts. This fell way short and should be removed from the menu. Shrimp was soggy with a bad taste and the walnuts were stale. Crispy noodles were mediocre and a bit bland. I know they are sort of new so I haven't given up on them completely and hope to have a better experience in the future. read more

I honestly wavered between a 2 and 3 star, but ultimately gave it a 3 star as I felt like the employees were very honest and hard working, and I truly felt that they were passionate about the food they cooked. The dishes themselves were also rather tasty, albeit a bit on the salty side (by just a tad). My biggest concern is that the food is just much too oily. There was a puddle of oil pooled under my sauteed green beans, and my friend rice slid easily out of the to go box like it was water. That ultimately didn't leave me feeling too good after eating, as I felt heavy and thirsty. Perhaps I should try to request less oil next time, but the amount of oil was seriously astounding and "less" oil may still be too much. read more

The House Special Beef Steak with Asparagus was very good. The beef was cooked perfectly. The Pineapple Chicken was a huge disappointment. It was like the chicken, pineapple, and vegetables were all soaked in a clear soup with zero seasoning. The soup was also lacking flavor therefore the flavors from the chicken and pineapple were clashing and ruined the overall flavor of the dish. This dish really needs to be reexamined. The chow fun was average, nothing special, but not bad either. There is definitely room for improvement there. I would give this place another chance. I hope their other dishes are just as good as the House Special Beef. read more

This was our first time here @ W Cafe. The food had great flavors, but lacked on how much they gave. The string bean chicken was yummy, however there was not enough in one container, I took a pic w/the food pushed over and you can get an idea as to how much was in the container. They add way too many onions to one dish. Onions seem to be in almost every dish, so if you like onions you won't be disappointed! With the asking price per dish, it would be great if they added more food in the large containers that your food comes in. ZERO STARS if I can give that rating for this restaurant! We are new to the area, and have been on a hunt for authentic Chinese food locally since we do takeout at least once a week. Upon the recommendation of a neighbor, we were excited to learn about W Cafe and eager to give it a try. On one hungry midday, I decided to go all out and place a $72 lunch order just so I had the opportunity to try a variety of things on their seemingly expansive menu. After studying images of their menu posted on Yelp from other reviewers, I decided to use their online ordering feature from their website that seemed easy enough. What I noticed immediately was that the menu from photos on Yelp did not match the description of their dishes on the website ordering side, which was thoroughly confusing. Nonetheless, I did my best to guess what the dishes were based on their English descriptions and placed the order, paid in full and all. The order was placed around 12:30pm and even confirmed with an email; pick-up time was stated for 12:58pm, fair enough. We arrived at 12:45pm, a bit early, to let them know we had arrived but didn't mind waiting for the order in the car until it's ready. The hostess even showed us the order on her tablet to verify the correct order, and then told us it would just be a few more minutes--great! I then get a phone call at 12:50pm, from the hostess, telling me that something went wrong with the order and that it was going to take ONE HOUR for it to be ready, and asked if that was going to be OK. Um, NO, that was not going to be OK, not for hungry people that placed an order at 12:30pm to now have to wait until 2pm. Yes, they were busy, but my order was rightfully placed in their ordering queue, and if they had inadvertently missed it, NOT my fault! No apologies, nothing, just a rude inquiry on whether or not I would wait the one additional hour for my order. I promptly canceled my order and left disgruntled. Upon leaving, I also noticed a C letter grade posted on their window!! Since this is public information, I looked it up in the county database, and found the health department violations (photo attached) from a recent inspection performed on 6/10/21!!! So I guess it was a blessing in disguise that this first-time order didn't work out, as it will be my last time ever attempting to eat at a sketchy C-grade food establishment with awful customer service. read more

It's a tiny place for dining in, and there is really only one table up front that can seat my family of 5 and all our food.
