We had to make adjustment to the placement of the generator due to HOA bylaws. I sent him the picture couple weeks after where he stopped responding. I follow up 3 months later, Erin responds to my email in beginning of August. She said she would send me the updated quote, but she was on her way to her vacation. I told her that it was okay for her to get back to me after her vacation, but now she stopped responding. This company may be reliable once you get the installation secured, but until then, it is very difficult to get a hold of someone.

Any estimate for the job? No - he couldn't even make an estimate. When I called Adam, he said they would send a more experienced tech. Why not send someone qualified the first time? What about the charge for showing up and not doing anything? "That's our normal fee?" So, will we be charged for a new estimate? "It's still $250 to show up." Really? I told him we didn't want them anymore and we would like at least a partial refund. He agreed to a refund of $125, but the refund didn't come. I called again and he said they had a miscommunication.
