It isn't hard to find kbbq with good quality meat in SoCal, but W Prime offers that plus a view and cute outdoor vibes. Located at the Westridge Golf Club, you'll need to drive up a big hill and find this restaurant tucked in the clubhouse. Views of the golf club are real nice and expect golfers to be walking or driving by in carts throughout your meal. Meat quality here was great. It's not AYCE, so you can either order set meals or a la carte items. We had a table of 3 and got the beef combo medium and also got bibim naengmyun and seafood pancake, which I thought was a good amount of food for us. Banchan was also delicious, particularly the onions and this tomato side dish I've never had. Service was a little slow honestly. Servers were super nice and friendly, but it did take awhile for them to get to us when we first sat down and our set meal came out and meats were on the grill before we had banchan. They seemed a little understaffed for a Friday evening. That being said, servers were great and friendly and I enjoyed my experience. I'd come again if I'm ever in the area

THE BEST KBBQ DINING EXPERIENCE W Prime KBBQ in La Habra is seriously one of the best dining experiences I've ever had! Located on a golf course, the outdoor patio seating with heaters, cozy lighting, and city views makes it such a vibe. The food? Incredible. We tried the prime short rib (생갈비), boneless short rib (꽃살), and Hinoki steamed beef, and everything was cooked to perfection by their staff. The meat was so tender it melted in my mouth, but the Hinoki steamed beef stole the show. We started with the veggies and beef, then they added noodles to the leftover broth--it was next-level delicious. If you're looking for great food, amazing service, and a cool atmosphere, W Prime is a must-try. Definitely saving this spot!

A different scenery for kbbq since it's on a golf course . It was a nice view . The service could be better . The server that grilled our meat kept dropping it on the table and putting it back on the grill. The quality meat could be a bit fresher but it's still tender . My mom loved the grilled mackerel

Looks good but everything needs MSG and salt lmao

I found out about this restaurant through an IG food influencer. It's tucked away atop a golf course, so naturally only way to find out about it is if you play there or social media. I wanted to love this spot because you don't have many kbbq spots with a view, but I was disappointed. This place doesn't seem to use enough salt for their side dishes, soups, even the marinated short rib was lacking salt and sugar. Everything was lackluster and service wasn't great either, given we were the only customers around 2pm. We ordered the small set which was more than enough for 2 ppl. I won't be back but I'm glad to have tried it out.

They use prime meat, so bbq is tasty. It's located by the club house next to the golf courses' green. It makes it feel like a picnic. The best thing is it's outdoors so I don't smell like bbq after.

Surprisingly high quality kbbq awaits you at Westridge Golf Club. The idea of opening a Korean BBQ restaurant at a golf course is actually brilliant because: 1. The views are great and 2. We end up eating kbbq 4 out of 5 times after golf anyway. I'll admit that we were hesitant to try this place because there are so many great kbbq options in the area, and there was a real risk that they could have just bought some meat from HMart down the street and serve it to unsuspecting golfers who are hungry after a round. I am pleased to report that the meat here is legit. We ordered Combo #2 and found the quality of meat to be comparable to the other top tier kbbq restaurants in the area (Baekjeong, Semaeul, etc.). What I liked about the combo was that it came with cuts of both beef and pork, so you get a little of everything. They also cooked kimchi on the grill with my pork belly, which was a nice touch. So if you are considering eating here after playing a round of golf, it is entirely worth it. Now, is it so good that I would go out of my way to eat here? Probably not. But it looks like a lot of people frequent this place at night, and I can certainly see the appeal of eating outside on the patio with nice lighting and an open view. So give it a shot for yourself. The food is definitely good.

Didn't realize this place existed until recently came here for lunch. Very nice location and I'm always up for KBBQ outdoors since it limits the oily smells on your clothes. Ordered 2 combos and the quantity was sufficient for our large group of 8. Quality of meat was actually pretty good. Especially the marinated beef. Brisket was tender, though I've had better. Service was average. Thought that on a not so busy lunchtime perhaps due to lack of servers, did not feel as attended to adequately. Overall it's a quality place for kbbq and with a nice view. Would recommend

This place is hidden outdoor KBBQ place in La Habra! They are located inside the golf place in La Habra, and I love the ambiance because it's outdoor so your clothes and hair doesn't smell as bad after and eating KBBQ outside just made it feel like I was glamping lol They are not AYCE KBBQ so it is on the higher end bc you have to order by each meat you want to eat. The banchans are all pretty good. But since it is outdoors, be aware of mosquitos during the summer time. My dad told me during winter, they put up lights and fireplace at night so it looks really nice, but it does get cold since it is outdoor. They also do have small indoor place to eat but majority is outdoor KBBQ. It's a good place to check out with your friends! I think this golf place is not private so if you like to play golf and then head to KBBQ, would be a great place to experience.

I came here for my 29th birthday, and it was definitely the right place. This restaurant had been on my radar for months, since I didn't know we had a KBBQ spot right in our neighborhood. My parents and I ordered the fourth combo, and it was quite filling. The portion size looked small in the pictures, but I was really full at the end. We didn't finish everything because it was too much. I was a little worried at the beginning since there seemed to be a lot of fat on the meat, but everything melted in my mouth. My favorite was the 갈비 cut due to its sweetness. Customer service was okay. At the start, there was someone helping us with the grilling as expected. We were trying to adjust the heat since everything was burning really quickly, but it was on the lowest setting. When we ordered a pitcher of 805, we were told that was all. And since they didn't fill it up all the way, that we'd get a discount. Even though I didn't see it on the receipt, it didn't bother me. It was good enough that the waiter told us. There's a lot of seating outside than there is inside, and I think most people chose to sit outdoors because you get the scenic views. You also get to people watch the golfers on the course. At night, it feels cozy with the lights on the bug-zapping machines. (We have one at home, so I'm used to it.) I'm glad I finally was able to visit this fine establishment, but I wish there was a little park or something where you could walk around to enjoy the sights.

Ate at W Prime KBBQ after a round at west ridge golf club. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of both the food and service. The meats were fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The side dishes were equally impressive, adding to the overall dining experience. W Prime KBBQ can definitely compete with the likes of Baekjong and other top KBBQ spots. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-notch Korean BBQ experience!

I love that you order off their kiosk which is conveniently located at the table already. The staff was quick to bring out the banchan. To start, we shared their leek pancake and pork blood sausage. For my lunch I went with their cold noodles since it was a cold day. The people I came with had some pork spare ribs, which came with rice and bone knee soup. And a bibimbap. The leek pancake was the best thing there. The pork blood sausage was more of rice noodles rolled up with pork blood flavored. I can't imagine it being much portion. Eveything else was bland which we all agreed to. For my cold noodles I added plenty of vinegar and mustard but it was not it. Still lacked flavor. Also it only had half a boiled egg and two verythin slices of beef. The pork was over cooked, dry, and lacked flavor. The bibimbap was also bland even with their red sauce. We we were all disappointed. The pricing is affordable. The staff was nice and quick. They made sure to check up on us. Parking here is a tough even though it was a weekday. Their lot was full and you can park next door but by the dental office but that was also full. We waited a little and eventually found parking. The restaurant is very casual, clean and spacious. This was just really meh to me.

I will say the service is pretty slow, I'd keep that in mind especially if you're looking for a quick meal. The menu was a little difficult to tell what the difference between the options were. I wasn't sure what really went into the premium gomtang aside from the fact that it was a combo of meats. I will say that mine was very tendon heavy, so if that's not your preference, I'd lean away from the premium gomtang. My partner liked his yukgaejang.
