Loved our Sunday lunch here! Super tender and tasty sizzling braised beef with cheese ($67) and beef brisket noodle soup ($20) was just perfect! Banchans were delicious and fresh. We were craving Korean food, searched Yelp and this popped up. What a fantastic find. Servings are generous and we ate left-overs the next day and it still tasted great! We'll definitely be back to try the other items on the menu. Glad to discover another type of Korean cuisine. Happy to support this local mom & pop business! The lady owner was the only server/busser on a busy Sunday and she hustled back & forth. Highly recommended!

It was our first time here, and we got seated right away. I ordered the beef brisket flat noodle soup ($21.99). These were knife-cut noodles in a non-spicy, clear beef broth. There was the option to make the soup spicy, but I thought it would've been too much for me based on the pictures I saw. It was pretty pricy for a noodle soup dish, but there was complimentary banchan: pickled peppers, kimchi, radish, and fish cake. There was also salt and pepper on the side to add flavor to the broth. However, even without the condiments, I feel that the broth could've been more flavorful. Also, for the price charged, I feel like there could've been more pieces of beef brisket. The kimchi, fish cake, and pickled peppers were really good. The peppers came in a delicious sauce that was simultaneously savory, sweet, and spicy. It was a nice to dip the beef brisket in this sauce. The kimchi was not sour too. We also got additional fish cake upon request. The restaurant got pretty loud, and it was a little hard to flag our server.

All their dishes are great. Loved their soups (but pork stinks a little) Very authentic and well flavored! Side dishes are good and cold noodle is favorful as well. but there is only 1 server and service could be bit slow.

Amazing food and service, but please hire additional staff! My husband and I came to Brothers on a rainy morning for some hearty, soupy Korean food. I ordered the Galbi Tang, he ordered the Yukgaejang, and we shared a plate of steamed Kimchi dumplings. The food was excellent; clean, hearty, and very flavorful. We felt terrible there was only one server handling the entire restaurant all by herself! I'm sure the kitchen was short-staffed as well because the food was delayed (albeit, worth the wait if you have time to spare). The only server was busy not only seating new diners, but bringing food out, receiving and processing to-go orders, and pretty much running all over the place. I would highly recommend them hiring additional staff, at least during the lunch/dinner rush. The restaurant is located in a busy plaza sharing a parking lot with other restaurants off Beach.

This restaurant is clean. The customer service is good. The soups are tasty. Their prices are reasonable and ok. We will come back to eat again if we are in that area.

    Grilled beef tripe with garlic

I ordered the galbitang (beef short rib soup) and grilled beef tripe, and both were delicious. The tripe was tender and had no unpleasant odor. The staff were friendly, and the interior was clean.

Brothers Gom Tang was pretty good. The gom tang was really good but the cold noodles were pretty mid. The restaurant only had one server and it was a little hard to get things but she was nice and hustling for sure.

This is rather newish place in a very busy mall so parking here is hit or miss. This really didn't disappoint. Banchan was spectacular and you can tell right away the kimchi as well as the kimchi radish is homemade and was still crisp while tasted very freshly made The superstar was the galbi Jim which we order a large and added more glass noodles which I highly suggest that you do. 5/5 special dish as while it stews the noodles absorb more of the deep broth . It also comes with rice cake so that a bonus . We also had the classic beef ribs stew and it's as good and any I've had in Korea . My only gripe was they gave us extra rice which I didn't ask for but proceed to charge us for it when the check came. In the future I'll just make them take it back

This is my favorite soup spot in Buena Park. It beats out many of its competitors. The food is great and the side dishes (banchan) is solid! Meat portions are great and the customer service is seriously 100/10. The lady is so polite and respectful! My friend group goes there quite often and they love us! You can get rice refills for the hungrier eaters! Would highly recommend! Great prices, great service, great food! What more can you ask for? Oh yeah! Not overcrowded!!

This casual and unassuming Korean restaurant has super delicious soups. You know the food is going to be good when the banchan is high quality. The kimchi has great texture and I loved the chunks of radish. I ordered the dumpling rice cake soup. Portion is huge and I was able to save it for a second meal at home. The soup is very comforting homey, and they don't skimp out. Each dumpling was full and stuffed and there so many delicious soft rice cakes. Food came out quickly and service was good too!

Another stop for the hunt of best army stew. I can't say it exactly stood out but we demolished the pot. The kids loved their dumplings and Galbi. Limited seatings.

my first visit here and they already got 5 stars from me. the chive/green onion salad with brisket is amazingly fresh and good!!! the bone soup is good, but definetly add some flakes of salt in it to add lil more flavor. shortribs were delicious as well.

So so good! Broth tasted clean and the galbi was super tender. Service was good and banchan was also good. Definitely coming back

Def try their muscat makgeolli too, my fav rice wine. The pancake was crispy and good for sharing. The pork belly was flavorful with a good amount of roasted garlic and kimchi to pair. LOVE their complimentary barley raisen tree tea! SERVICE Service was excellent. We came as a large group on a Friday night and gave them a heads up. When our party arrived, they put together a bunch of tables to accommodate everyone inside. Outdoor seating also had shade which was nice as an alternative. Would recommend coming here for a good time with drinks and yummy Korean food esp with larger groups!

Also, the speakers are placed directly next to some of the tables, and the music is extremely loud if you are seated near them. I don't understand why the speakers are positioned so close to the customers. They should be placed farther away from the dining tables. The music is so loud that it feels more like a nightclub than a restaurant. Customers come here to enjoy their food and have conversations with friends and family, not to dance. The music should be kept at a reasonable volume so everyone can enjoy their meal and have a pleasant conversation.

The food was excellent. We had Korean BBQ, several traditional Korean side dishes, a Korean-style stew, and enjoyed some soju and beer together. The meat was very good quality, and having the staff help grill everything at the table made the experience even better. What impressed me most was the service. The staff were extremely attentive and professional throughout the evening. They helped cook the meat, changed our plates regularly, and quietly took care of all the little details without ever making us feel rushed. It was a warm and memorable evening with great food, great service, and great company. I would definitely love to come back again on my next visit.
