I don't leave reviews often, but I come here occasionally on my lunch breaks since I work right next door. The young lady there (Maria G) is usually there when I go in. I LOVE her customer service, she's always very attentive and kind. She brightens up my days. Even when she's busy she makes sure we don't have to wait in line long. Is very quick an efficient. This post is for the owners. I ordered chicken family meal with make it a feast that includes 10 dumplings and 4 drinks. I brought the order home and realized that the dumplings were missing. I called the store 3 times but the workers did not pick up and the store wasn't even busy when I was there. I hear from my friends that if the owners are not working at the restaurant, employees purposely don't pick up the phone so that they don't have to work. If your business is not doing good, this is one of the reasons why. Food was actually good but I was craving for the dumplings tonight. read more

I had a curbside order for pick up that I literately had to go inside and get as I waited for 50 minutes dialing the pick up order and no answer . Apparently the phone was off .. smh . Don't come here for curbside service . It's not first time there was delay but this tiMe was just ridiculous if I did not go inside which I did not want as I am immuno compromised and have an issue with mobility id still be waiting . So we walked in and the prutrid smell in the building should have been a warning sign. But we were hungry and when we approached the counter the employee was coving her nose because the smell. Stopped by to pick up 2 bowls today since I couldn't get what we wanted at the other location in corona. This location was way better and much more accommodating. Got the shrimp bowl and chicken bowl. The shrimp took a little long but he did cook it fresh. I asked for extra waba sauce packets and he was accommodating. They didn't have any outdoor seating so you have to take it to go but inside is clean and they're friendly. read more

Food is always good. Service was better today than usual. They hd a new guy working front, he provided much better customer service than any of those girls ever do. It's irritating that they charge you more to do all veggies. What a rip off. Also, they have a sign that says 'Pick 2' for 12.99$. The sign specifies Chicken Veggie Bowl or Waba bowl. However, the chicken veggie bowl is really a chicken rice and veggie bowl. The menu inside specifies the rice veggie bowl and the special says veggie bowl. You would think this means you get an all veggie bowl, but no. You have to pay extra for that. Seems like false advertising to me. This is the only reason I gave them 3/5 stars. Joint is clean, food was good, service was on point...at least this visit. Updating review to 4/5 stars. Have been in several times since 1st review and things are changing. You can now get all veggies in a veggie bowl on the pick 2 for $12.98. Also, will say that the girls are getting much nicer as well. read more

My son has been on a Waba kick for the past few months. He called and asked if I was hungry and of course I said heck yeah..... Knowing that I'm on a low sodium diet, he made sure they didn't glaze my salmon with all that yummy teriyaki glaze. I love WaBa grill, but today I had a bad experience at this location. I ordered the WaBa plate and ask for half rice half veggies extra sauce. I had to repeat my order like 4times because the girl was not understanding. Got my order and I asked the girl if I had sauce in my bag, she said yes then She just put more in the bag. Got home and I had 2 pieces of broccoli no sauce on my chicken or beef and no dressing on my salad, then I said where's my sauce i looked in the bag and 1 little pack hot sauce and 1teriyaki. I was purchasing appliances at the HOWARDS very close to this Waba so I decided to go in and order food before I went home. I opened the door and there was a Latino gentleman there (Who later on said his name was Gama) that was ignoring me. I asked him if they were doing curbside pick up and he did not understand what I was saying. I asked if I could enter and he said yes. I then asked him again if I ordered, could he bring it out to the car, and he replied that he would. I ordered four chicken bowls and four steak bowls and four orders of the potstickers. I paid for it and then I asked him if he would bring it out to the car when it was ready. I told him I was parked nearby. He said that I would have to Park in front of the sign that clearly said Waba touch free food pick up. Before I left I told him to make sure we had a lot of Waba sauce as my family loves the Waba sauce and he said he would definitely give me a lot. I went to my car and I pulled it up and waited about 15 minutes. I then called to see the status of the food order and Gama told me that it was ready. After waiting another five minutes I called him again. I asked him if the order was in fact ready and he said yes and then he hung up. Five minutes later I called him back again, he then told me that the order was ready but he was too busy to bring it out to my car. He said that I would have to go in and get it. When I went inside again he ignored me and so I had to walk up to him and said where is my order. He shoved a bag closer to me but did not make eye contact with me. I asked if that was my order and he said yes. I asked him again if I got a lot of Waba sauce as my family really enjoyed Waba sauce with our meal. He rudely assured me that everything was there, the order was correct, and that he did in fact give me a lot of Waba sauce. I grabbed my order, went to my car and drove home. When I got home I realized that the order was all wrong! He had only given me one steak bowl and only four packages of Waba sauce. Additionally he had given me over two dozen forks. Who does that?? When I called him and asked to speak to the manager, "Gama" said that he was the manager. He then told me that he did not get my order wrong and that he had checked the cameras. I told him checking the cameras has nothing to do with it because I know what I ordered and he did not give me what I ordered. He had a lot of difficulty communicating in English. So much so that I just got so frustrated and I passed the phone to my son. Gamma started yelling at my son, and telling him that he did not get the order wrong and that I did not order for steak bowls, I only ordered one. My son told him there was only four packages of Waba sauce and he told him that that was a lie. He told him to tell me that I can go back and fill out a form if I wanted to complain. My son told him I lived very far away and that I just happened to choose that restaurant out of convenience. This person has no business working in an English-speaking environment if he clearly cannot speak English well! Furthermore his rudeness and his overt argumentation that I got the order wrong was not only rude it was insulting! This "Puro Pendejo" should be fired!! If this is WABA's idea of a manager, then I am no longer going to WaBa! read more

This Waba Grill is terrible. Every time I go, they either mess up the order, have you waiting for a long time, and will give no apology. I've given them multiple chances waiting for them to get it right. The last straw was them charging me for half and half and only giving me chicken. Due to the order taking so long to make, I had to rush to work and no chance to go back to have it corrected. When I called back the next day to notify them and get it corrected they said they couldn't unless I had the receipt. I explained how often I go, which is at least 3 times a week, they didn't care and said they couldn't do it. I just wanted to have my meal prepared properly since I paid for it. Not worth going here and being disappointed. The flame broiler across the street is much better and they acknowledge you and get your order correct. They haven't messed up once. read more
