It's easy to miss this place because even though it's in a shopping plaza, it's off to the side away from all the other stores. At the same time, I think that's the reason why it was easy for me to find a shaded place to park under a tree right in front of the restaurant. The restaurant is clean, modern, and simple with huge windows and some word art. I saw touch screen kiosks at the counter and went to them first, but when my sister asked for a customizable plate that I couldn't find on the screen, I had an employee take our orders instead. I'm glad there was a vegetarian option, and that we could pick and choose sides and sauces. Even then when I picked up our tray, the cashier had given us a handful of other sauces to try. We also ordered the dragonfruit mango lemonade which tastes and looks as good as it sounds. If it was a refillable fountain drink, I would've gone back for more. If all you want is a quick and healthy meal, this is a good place to go.

So it's been a whole year since we ordered and we decided to give it a go again. We saw there was a promotion going on for Saturday and Sundays - you can get a free kids meal with a purchase of a full priced bowl. We ordered 2 steak bowls, one with spicy waba sauce and the other with boom boom sauce. Then we ordered a mini chicken bowl which was free. We placed the order on the Waba App and selected a time for pick up. The promo code was kidz was used since it was the weekend. Apparently you can use the promo code kids for Monday-Friday. Anyways, the ordering process was smooth on the app. During pick up, I checked in with the cashier and she told me that the order was being worked on, I waited for about 10 minutes while the food was being prepped. Mind you, I had selected a time for pick up and this was already 10-15 minutes after the selected time. But anyways, it wasn't a big deal since we were not in a rush, after the food was done being packaged, the cashier called my name and ensure that I had all that I needed: napkins, utensils, and sauces. When we got home and started to unpack the bag, we saw the disparity of meats between the two steak bowls. The only difference between the two bowls were the sauces. One was with the spicy waba sauce and the other, boom boom sauce. But look at the picture! Look at how little the meat that came with the boom boom sauce. I'm just baffled. I guess it was still a better experience than last year and while the food was still enjoyable, I wished the ratio of meat and rice would be corrected for customers. My toddler seemed to have enjoyed the chicken mini bowl though. I also appreciate the attentiveness of the cashier and ensuring that we had all we needed before stepping out of the restaurant.

Food is always fine. But i came today and asked one of the worker if they ever accept phone order he said yes! The only time they stopped accepting order around 7:30pm but for the past few month or even a year my family an elderly kept trying to make an phone order so they can pick it up no one has ever answer the phone in this location. I tried myself during the day lunch time no has ever answer the phone in this location. For seniors that does not know how to make online order, phone order would be the fastest way but, it sucks if they can't make phone order. Thats the reason i gave it a 2 stars review. This location is nearby to where I live and the other day I got an email for my free bday bowl. They send an email to u 7 days before your bday so that you can use it early. Expires on your bday. The app is awesome! Used the app to order at a certain time. The order was ready on time! Chicken & steam bowl I got with some extra waba sauce. Service was good! I got to admit, I walked in here with an attitude, I had previously got ripped off at another waba grill. However I came in and had this gentleman greet me with a huge smile. That's what im talking about! I handed him a crisp dub and my boy checked it out like he got ripped off that morning. Thats when his manager Ladena walked up and let me know sorry but they been receiving alot of fake 20s and they were trying to find the culprit, so we can buy some of those fake 20s! Everyone who works here is great! The cashier Amanda is super helpful and always strikes up conversation. You can tell she cares about the customers, and always has a personal connection to them. I frequent this location often and am pleased to say that I always feel welcome. I do see one cook in the back all the time either noticeably eating or on his phone, and I believe his name was Tony. He could do better. The other cook Roger is great and always double checks with me before and during the time he bags my food. Everyone here works so hard to make sure they give the best experience possible. The girl with the pink hair is also super friendly and fast at making the food. The girl with the curly hair is also super efficient, fast, and makes sure she gives out quality food. Having worked fast food back in my high school days I can definitely say that with their level of service they deserve a raise! LOL! I have seen other negative reviews and I suggest cutting the workers some slack! They are always super hospitable and kind and deserve more for what they go though. I always go to this location and I noticed a few months ago service has been excellent and I asked what changed? Well you got a new manager who is amazing. My favorite thing besides the food is the decoration. I was sad she didn't have it done. I went this past Saturday LaDena and Carlos was there. The restaurant was jamming some good music. I'm Beyond satisfied with my meal every time I come. Restaurant always clean. Ladena always gives me great service. She even knows what I'm going to order. The staff here is amazing. The food is always hot fresh and delicious. I went in yesterday and seen that she decorated for the graduates that's so awesome of her. I get excited when I see her decorations. The fact that their food is more healthy than most other fast food places is the reason why I choose this place. plus the food is delicious I always order the Half and half which is half chicken and half beef. I have been here with my friend a couple times in past and both times I was very unhappy with the food. First time, I had ordered shrimp and second time, I ordered salmon. Food didn't taste good at all. Salmon was pretty skinny and tasteless and shrimps were small and tasteless as well.
