Ordered online at 10:00am before they opened. Picked a time of 11:15am to have my order ready. Walked in at 11:18 to get my order and was told it will be another 10 minutes before it is ready because the all white meat wasn't ready. How can it not be ready when the order was placed with a enough notice to have it done? Last time I was here I was helped by a rude man who made me show him my phone to make sure I was picking up MY order. Per the email. It states all you have to do is walk up and give them your name. By the looks of the previous reviews , it looks like this location has some serious customer service issues. When will management correct the problem? I will not be returning. I was driving to the store today and saw the new billboard on plant base steak. I told my wife i had to try it, and let me tell you after being a vegan for 3 1/2 years this is the BEST STEAK alternative I've ever had. I had to call the store and make sure they gave me the right order. I talk to the manager Eddie and he assured me they did. I thank him for you guys putting this on the menu and told him I'd be there at least 1-3 time's a week. Please corporate keep this on your menu and even do a commercial to let vegans know. I am so so disappointed with this restaurant. I order every time from here and I am always reminded why I shouldn't! I order through Postmates and every time the meat gets smaller and smaller. I am 8 months pregnant and all I wanted was food I order the steak bowl with waba sauce and no waba sauce and barley any steak. What kind of service is this. I usually go to Flame broiler but decided to try this place out. Sadly customer service is lacking, she seemed annoyed I tried to remedy it by asking her how her day was and she ignored it. Well there was still an upside, I was getting food!! Got home and my bowl had a large quantity of waba sauce all over which made it salty and not a good experience. I salvaged what I could and still ate that, but im disappointed and very discouraged to ever come back. If this place isn't a good experience I recommend Flame Broiler, theyre very friendly... its very similar also more food for less. The black girl with the pierced nose that was bagging orders for the drive through and the white girl on the grill. I had to go inside after placing a curbside pick up order. This isn't the first time this happens. The phone was off the hook. I called this place 10 times. I was waiting outside. When I questioned the girl in the front, she said someone left it off the hook. Disgusting. Unprofessional. Taking my business to Flame Broiler. Good luck during this pandemic. My were so excited to see that a location was opening up in the AV! The first time we ordered, we had a great experience. Unfortunately, every time since, there have been issues. Our orders have been prepared incorrectly, we have been charged for items that we have not received, and today, our order never arrived, though it was marked as delivered. We previously spoke to the Regional Manager, Gladys, who promised us that she was going to make things right. We never received our replacement meal as promised and are beyond disappointed and frustrated at this point. Just give us our money back! read more

I've tried to come here 3 times now giving it a chance since it's a healthy option but every time my order has been wrong and I had to come back. Twice with wanting the sauces on the side and once when I ordered 3 meals and got charged for it and only got 2. And was given a hard time about it like I didn't know what I ordered. We saw an ad on our way to Target for 'plantspired steak' and thought "why not?". We ordered the plant-based steak and the tofu in bowls and hoped for the best. I wish we hadn't seen the ad. There was nothing good about the food here. Honestly. Just don't go in if you're vegetarian. We make food a million times better at home, and it's cheaper when we do it. The rice was hard.
