Hi world! I have left this same review on Google but I'm going to share with yal too. I went to Wade ford in Smyrna ga off Cobb parkway and I want to they say they are the worst. So DON'T ever and I repeat do not ever buy a car or take your car to get serviced there they will rip you off and not fix your car. I recently went to them to get alot of work done on my crown Victoria so I paid them this big Chuck of money on time and return they did not fully fix the problem then once I brought the situation to light they played me and said they did there job which they didn't fix my car fully and blamed it on me. Jerald was my service agent he is a bad HORRIBLE worker!!! He lied and didn't tell the people the right stuff then the managers JB and JASON are just as HORRIBLE!!!! They did not even give the customer service that there company of 88 years preached they give so basically they took all my hard earned money didn't fix the broke they just put a band-aid on it and sent me on my way. Ive mad complaints to the corporate store and to ford in general and they said they can't help me with any thing and that is truly unacceptable in every way. So do NOT ever go to Wade ford in Smyrna ga off Cobb parkway unless you want to be robbed for your hard earned money and don't ever get help from Jerald, Jason or, JB unless you want to be robbed. read more

We drove an hour out of the way this Saturday to look at a car that they had posted online. We called ahead and asked the salesman if they would be willing to work with us on the price and he said yes so we told him we would be on our way. we got there the car was out for a "test drive" so they said. Then we found out that they were actually picking up someone from the airport in the vehicle we had drove down to look at... which they knew!! We waited about 45 minutes. We drove the car once it arrived and we fell in love with it. It was a good deal, but we needed them to come down on the price a little. They would not even come down at all. None. We spent 5 hours there with our toddler and my prego self talking to people and trying to trade our vehicle in to assist in the purchasing of the car we wanted. Our salesman was so busy helping everyone else, he kept getting up and leaving us. We left without the car because they were not willing to help us out at all. People seemed friendly but it was all fake. Monday we got a call from the guy who was trying to sell us the car just to let us know that they had sold the car we wanted to someone else. Which was a huge slap in the face for us. We did not ask for updates. After we left that was it, we couldn't afford it and nothing was going to change that. We were extremely disappointed that we had spent half our day out there and got nowhere. It literally ruined our day together. It was the first day we had together in a week due to the storms. It will literally take you forever to get out of there. They are so good at giving you the run around it is not even funny. We will NEVER go back and I will tell everyone I know never to go there. read more

Worst car buying experience I have ever had. I do have some credit issues due to a divorce but with that said. The salesman was very nice I gave all the information they asked for. Then Erny from finance calls me and ask some questions which I was honest with from the beginning. I also asked him not to send my credit to multiple lenders if he did not think he could help me. Well 7 inquiries later he tells me he got me approved and I would hear from Nicholson Financial for an interview. I never heard from them I had to call the salesman and get a number to contact Eric. I didn't get Eric but I did get Ben which was very professional and pleasant to talk to. He told me I was approved and they were just waiting on Erny. When I called wade ford back the salesman told me everything was being worked up on the truck I told him about and to call Erny. So I did and that's where everything went south. Erny is a very arrogant degrading rude individual. He told me that he didn't know what I was talking about that he hadn't worked numbers on anything. That my deal wasn't really worth his time because it took to much time and if I wanted something done I had to come in and then we would figure something out. Now from the beginning I told both the salesman and Erny I run a Buisness in Marietta and that I was trying to get everything done because it is almost impossible for me to leave work for hours at a time and they understood and agreed it would be easier for everyone that way. Now all of a sudden it's not worth his time and he wasn't doing anything until I come in. I called the salesman and talked to him about it. He's was not surprised in the way I was treated by Erny, I asked for Chris Greeson the sales manager to please call me. Of course I never received a call so I called and left the general manager Mike Barlow a message to call me. He did return my call a couple of hours later which is fine as people do get busy but I wasn't around my phone so he left me a voice message. I tried to call him back 4 different times and left a message thanking him for calling and asked him to call me back I would like to discuss the situation with him. There again it's been a week and no returned phone call. The salesman called me and told me they needed some paperwork ,which I told him I was happy to email fax or text pictures of.Which I have done plenty of times in the past when buying cars and motorcycles. Apparently he was told that couldn't be done that I had to come down there and turn it in. Keep in mind I had already decided on the truck I wanted and talked to the finance company! All I wanted to know was a payment range and term length. To make sure I wasn't waiting anyone's time because as I was up front and honest with them in the beginning they knew it was almost impossible for me to get off during the week and Erny told me he didn't want me to come on Saturday because it was so busy. So now the General manager , sales manager , finance manager have shown me they really could care less about their customers or how they are treated. They ran my credit through multiple different lenders which ran my score down even more. This after I stressed to both salesman and finance man Erny I did not want to happen. On top of all of it they are to sorry to call me to try and rectify the problem. I did call the salesman back and he said that he knows everyone was talking about the situation and went to Erny about it. Funny how they don't want to know true customers side of the story just what the rude ass finance guy has to say. Shows how sorry of a company it really is. So just beware they will do everything you ask them not to including nail your credit multiple times then demand you come down hoping they can trap you in an office and convince you to sign on something. read more

I brought my car in to Wade Ford for repairs and not only did the service tech damage the frame on my driver side door they falsified my service reports. I learned this information after I filed a lemon law complaint and during my hearing the information was testified to on the record by the Ford Corp. Engineer. read more

Went to Wade for an oil change for my wife's 2016 Explorer. We bought the vehicle here and had a great experience with our salesperson, Outlaw. I have been back for the first oil change too and both were quick and the paperwork was minimal. I always call ahead and wait on the oil changes so I was careful to not go at a super busy time. I had about an hour to check out the latest Mustangs and have a snack at Wade's nice snackbar before the service consultant came looking for me. The wifi always works well here. These new Ford's have a lot of gadgets on them so I plan on doing all of my service here at Wade so factory tech's can keep an eye on things. read more

Low pressure, they gave me a very fair value for my trade and they did not push too hard on the extended warranty/other extras. Several of them are retired Navy and give you a feeling of integrity. So I take my brand new 2015 F150 in for its first service. Told them that's what I was there for, also mentioned that the panel behind the door handle on the left rear door was the wrong color from the factory. Also told them it pulled to the left. So they took the truck back and did all the work minus the door handle panel, which took about twice as long as they said it would. However, once it was competed, the service guy I was working with was trying for a really long time to figure out who sold it to me, and who did the delivery inspection. I did not purchase the truck from Wade. Instead of simply coming to ask me, he spent about an extra hour or so looking for this information, did the work without telling me the first service wasn't free since I didn't buy it there. Then told me I'd have to take it to Gwinnett Place where I night it for the door handle issue, which is understandable. The thing of that pisses me off is the lack of communication. If you aren't sure where the customer bought the truck, maybe ask the customer who is 50 feet away? read more

The entire buying process was stressful and showed that there is almost no communication between service and the used vehicle lot. I purchased my used 2012 Mustang GT from out of state (My first mistake). The dealer website showed that it was a Carfax 1 owner car. There were no wrecks listed and the salesman confirmed that it had not been wrecked. I was told that the vehicle would be ready on a Wednesday for viewing. We were then notified later that afternoon that it was not ready, but would be ready first thing Thursday morning. Thursday we both took the day off and drove to Smyrna, Ga. Upon arrival the car was nowhere to be found on the lot. We were ushered to the main sales building and it was explained to us that the vehicle needed a new A/C compressor and Transmission clutch. The A/C compressor was being installed and the clutch was on order from Memphis. We were asked to hang out for 2 hours while they completed the service. We chose to run to a local restaurant. We received a call back in 1.5 hours that the car was ready to go. My first thought was how in the world did the part get from Memphis to Smyrna in 1.5 hours. The salesman told me that we would have to return Monday to get the clutch replaced (Really! And you have me drive out there from B'ham). The salesman then went back to service and found that the A/C clutch was the issue...wow how convenient. We returned to the dealership and the car was driven around to the front. The car had not been detailed. The previous owners shoes and trash were still in the vehicle. So much for being ready first thing Thursday morning. We took the vehicle for a test ride and immediately and I heard a clanking noise under the vehicle. I was told that when we returned to the used lot, a guy at the used lot would look it over. Why we did not return the car to service I have no idea. When we returned I looked the car over and did not see any red flags so the vehicle was sent for detailing. The salesman sat me down and went over the Motor Trend warranty that was included in the sale. I was shown the Carfax and guess what? It was not 1 owner as advertised. I was moved over to the finance department where I got the standard warranty info as they tried to sell me an upgraded warranty. I told them I was not interested 3 times and it's interesting how I was offered a better price each time. While we were talking I noticed that one of the finance papers had "As-Is" stamped on the document. So I asked why I was told that it was a Motor Trend car when the paperwork says "As-Is". The finance guy asked who told me it had a warranty, I told him the salesman. He walked out of the office and returned shortly and said that we could just walk away from the sale. I should have seen the bait and switch and walked out. I had been there for many hours (had already missed an appointment back in my home state) and my back was against the wall. I bit and purchased the vehicle (lesson learned). The vehicle comes out of detailing and I can see that it was not very well taken care of, scratches everywhere and the knock had not been fixed. I had an appointment to get too so I just went ahead and left as I was already 1.5 hours late (again do not buy from out of state). When I had a co-worker look at the vehicle the following week he showed me where the door skin and rear quarter panel had been replaced. I think this is why the vehicle was not detailed before I got to the dealership, why the car was being moved around and I got very little time in front of it. I called the dealership and they stated that they would allow me to trade it in on another vehicle. There is no way I'm returning to Wade Ford....my hard life lesson is learned. Lessons: 1. No out of state vehicle purchases 2. Run an Autocheck (more accurate than Carfax as Carfax does not update their database on a regular basis) 3. Make sure the car is detailed and serviced before test driving 4. Get warranty information up front (There was no "As-is" sticker on the vehicle) 5. Read Yelp reviews for the dealer 6. If the terms change in the Finance department just walk out. 7. Open the hood and trunk. On the inside of the trunk near the weather stripping and near the hinge a stamped Ford emblem should be in the right and left rear quarter panel. If one is missing the panel has been replaced (Dealer would have known this). The front fenders will have a vin# and Ford emblem stamped near the hood bumpers on the fender. If any of these are missing the car has been wrecked. 8. Open the doors and check for a very faint tape line that travels around the door frame (Dealer would know this as well). If you are a representative for this dealership don't bother asking me to call you. I have dealt with Phillip, Danny, and Desmond without this being resolved. read more

I paid 7500.00 CASH IN FULL for a used car from this dealership. i drove 3 1/2 hours to get the car. it BROKE DOWN on the way home. in the first 400 miles, it's had almost 5000.00 in repairs, they stopped answering the calls/emails, and its been in the shop 17 of the 24 days since i got it. it still has the temp tag and its in the shop **AGAIN**. DO NOT buy from this dealership- they are horrible mechanics and sell cars they KNOW have issues. also to add i have the contract for the ext. warranty & they dropped the ball on that too.. read more

I was pleased that the staff was very courteous and professional and their cost to do extensive work was a good deal less than another quote I had already received. All these negative reviews are baffling to me. I went in for a 1:00PM appointment with my salesman Dan W. and drove out a little more than 3 hours later in my brand new, 2015 Ford Fusion Hybrid. No hassle financing with Rich through Ford Motor Credit and no money down. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Wade Ford and I'll be returning soon to hopefully work a deal to get my wife out of her 2010 Explorer and into a new car with lower payments. It took all day to perform a minor checkup. They seemed to overcharge for minor things. They charged $90 to diagnose a problem...gas station would have done it for free. They charged $45 to lube windows. A bottle of WD 40 is around $5. Would not go back. there are too many other options in Atlanta read more

They are a busy dealership, but everything went well with my Ford Fusion and I was pleased to get the oil change before going out of town. Also, things that were explained and pulled up on my car screen during my waiting period, weren 't actually part of the purchase, it's extra. Scam artist! Left SINGLE MOM STRANDED!! Went there to get a new car as mine had recently been totaled in an accident and did some research online and found what appeared to be a great deal. I contacted the dealership a week before trying to get a few answers which was like pulling hair and then decided to head out there. Once arrived I was greeted by Willie Means and he showed me the car I was interested in and began doing the usual sales pitch. I brought a more car savvy friend with me to check it out and everything the sales guy said was way off and he seemed very poorly educated on vehicles. I ended up deciding to take the car after high pressure sales tactics and aggressive pushing from the sales person and he knew I needed a car. Upon writing paperwork he literally told me they were closing soon and I didn't need to read these contracts. He was very rude and disrespectful. He walked away rudely once I insisted on reading the contracts and didn't answer any questions actually deliberately ignored my attempts and walked outside. I was able to ask another person for assistance and he had to be found to get the ball rolling. He got very angry when I wanted to check over the car as this is a big purchase for me. The next day I went to pick up the car and he said the lights had been left on but he had charged the battery and tested it and it was a good battery. WRONG!! I ended up being stranded with my baby and a dead battery and a nice new car payment by the next few hours. He deliberately lied to make a deal!!! He left my baby and I stranded to make a buck. When calling to discuss he refused to take the call and someone else attempted to help me but pretty much said good luck!! And not there problem. So I got a car and within less than a few hours it was already messing up!! Go elsewhere!! Run don't walk!! Willie means business umm no .. We had a great salesman, Nick. However two salespeople and the manager Donnie knew we were looking to buy a house. We were assured through the process and lead to believe we would have one credit pull. We purchased the truck, but woke up to an alert that my credit was pulled 7 times. Everyone was all hugs until they got the sale, then when I called flipping out about my credit... crying my eyes out, they were rude and not very empathetic. Needless to say, I have 6 friends about to get vehicles from them and I now have to turn them away. Good practice would have been to call and say you will have multiple pulls even if you are trying to get a certain rate and then ask if you want to go through with the process. You are supposed to help those that are looking for a house instead of jamming up a report just to get a sale. House over a car any day would be anyone's preference, i told them that from square one but they promised it wouldn't be a bad thing. Now I just feel used and know they didn't care about my husband and me as people. They didn't even apologize, they just made it sound like it was my fault for not knowing and in more words said I was screwed. ....Excuse me I trusted you to help me out not hurt my goals because you wanted a sale. My end goal was and is still the house and maybe the truck if it all worked out, now I have to work harder for the house because you ran up my inquiries. You should have called when the first inquiry wasnt enough, because you knew we wanted a house. Shame on you for being rude and not caring. You can paint it like you were going for a lower rate but that's BS. You should have called after the first inquiry if you cared about our goals. I will never go here again. Especially because of Donnie who was super friendly before the sale and then accusatory and cold after the sale.... I am not done with her or my complaints about her. She is night and day before and after the sale and that should speak volumes about her character. Very unprofessional and obviously selfish. She may legally make a sale and be cold about it, but she can't stop the complaints or who I call to complain and make her tacky practice known. She was right, I am screwed and can't do anything about the credit pulls. I am stuck with the purchase, but you, Donnie, are a bad person with bad practices. You were right, Good job. I left you saying I would call my lawyer and I did. He said you were right. Congrats on the sale and I hope you sleep well. I would rather have good practice with good character than bad practice with bad character any day. I hope you wake up one day and realize tacky practice is not the way to win. Phone calls and reviews are all I have, but you can bet I will do my part to share your shame with the world and also your boss. People like you give car dealerships a bad name. read more

Bought a new Explorer this weekend at Wade Ford. First time I've ever been to the dealership. The salesman we worked with, Marty, was very low key but he didn't waste time in giving us a price that was fair. My wife and I went to another Ford dealer to see if Marty's price was as good as I thought it was. Bad experience at the other dealer. They took our Suburban to give us a price for the trade in. When we got the first price on the Explorer, they came off MSRP a couple $1,000 and only gave us $750 for the Suburban. A joke! We got up to walk away but the salesman did the "let me talk with my manager" routine. After two more pricing rounds with the manager, we finally got our Suburban keys back and headed home. We went back to Wade on Monday and closed the deal with Marty. Got a good price on the Explorer. They paid us a fair price for our Suburban. Wade is worth visiting if you're looking for a Ford and want to skip the sales pressure tactics at other dealerships. read more

I purchased a new Ford Fusion 2013 with Wade Ford. I purchased it with Serius radio and found that it was not installed. They agreed to install one in the existing radio at thier cost of $300. They ended up installing a cheep wal mart radio in my new car, I had them immediately take it out. several trips to the dealership and several promises to fix the problem and I still do not have Satellite radio. Which i beleive I paid for. The general sales manager took more than 2 weeks to return my calls and emails. I have reported the issue with a detailed description to Ford. I have not since heard from Wade Ford and I still do not have what I paid for. The feeling that I got was once they sold me the car they wanted nothing more to do with me. as stated in previous reveiws, Wade Ford is nothing but liars and cheats. They're word means nothing. I will never use Wade Ford again for any reason. read more

I recently had repair work done at Wade Ford on 2 different occasions and my experience was generally ok. The first time was a Friday which turned into an all day wait which was not expected but the pleasant waiting area and food available in the Wade Ford Cafe made it bearable. Although I was there all day, The service agent was courteous but not as attentive to waiting customers as i would expect. I had to periodically request progress updates (personally, I think that should have happened without me having to keep asking). To their credit the repair was completed that day. Unfortunately another problem arose (that could not be detected until the first issue was fixed and the car had been driven) so I returned on Monday to have them check it out. Although I initially opted to wait, I decided to leave and when I returned the issue had been fixed. Again the service agent was courteous and this was overall a OK experience. read more
