This was our first visit to this Waffle House and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Although part of a chain, this place distinguished itself. We were warmly greeted as we walked in, seated ourselves quickly, had our orders taken in a flash by our wonderful server and when the food arrived mere moments later, hot and steaming, we were stunned. Seriously what is going on ??? My friend and I stopped in for a late lunch on Sunday and it was like we walked into a dance club. We thought somebody had just played a song on the jukebox .... But no. Our server wearing mask proudly below his nose had to keep asking g us to repeat our order because he could not hear us over the music. Got coffee pretty quick but not the requested cream. Got our food except for the bacon which finally came half cooked midway through our meal. Had to ask repeatedly for jelly for the toast and refill for coffee. Worst Waffle House experience ever, will never go to this location again. To give some perspective it was 2:30 in the afternoon on Sunday there were nearly as many employees present as customers. read more

I came here one Saturday after work and I was feeling very hungry so I decided to come to this place. After being on my feet all day and didn't eat much all day, I was very ravenous. When I step through the door and sat down at a booth close to the window, I was warmly greeted by the waitress by the name of Jennifer. She quickly took my order and my food was brought to me hot and fresh. This is one of the best Waffle Houses in the CSRA. If you're Covid skeptical, you may want to avoid this location. While some of the staff are following Covid precautions, some cooks are not wearing masks properly. Noses and mouths are visible. Some booths are blocked to help out with distancing, but there's not enough room for dining in for comfort. Also, you must come in person to place to go orders. Had the worst experience at WH....ordered my usual, all star breakfast....once the waitress decides to serve me....apparently they had just had a rush and homegirl was spent....she sat there on her phone a few minutes before getting up to serve (left this outta my formal complaint with WH)....anyways, i place my order...all star with eggs over easy...SAUSAGE....hash browns... rasin toast and a light waffle...ok...so, i am patiently waiting...get my food back and the hashbrowns are "warmish"....with BACON....i say to self, ok...no big deal.. I'll eat around the bacon and let the young lady know the order is wrong towards the end of my meal...she had already seated another table and their orders were wrong too at this time and they were making a big deal out of it...new cook/manager so they were being tested...i said to self, be the better person , Sam...and just be a good Christian and offer advice towards end of meal...at this point, i have already checked outta eating anything else and was just sitting..observing and tcb on phone...at about this time, my spidey senses [no pun intended] tells me to turn around and check window...why did i do that???!!!! Low and behold, at the bottom on the window sill, there's a BLACK WIDOW just camped out in her web!! I'm like "Lord!!!" If i had backed up against the window, like i sometimes do, my butt would have been bitten....at this time, i just took various pics for my FORMAL complaint with corporate and paid the bill...gave the young lady waitress a good tip (bill 8 bucks and gave her a 20 and kept it moving)...and notified the manager of the spider...the manager/cook went over to booth what bug spray (assuming) and then had booth cleaned....needless to say that this site is off the list....sent email and pics to corporate...will give them a day or 2 to respond.... read more

The employees here are very friendly. They make sure you are pleased with your meal. And the food here is good. No complaints.

We were greeted upon arrival. We seated ourselves. The tables, menus, floors,& bathrooms were clean. Ms Dora quickly made her way over to us to take our order. I don't know how much time passed, but it seemed like seconds before we received our food. My husband and I stared at each other and laughed in amazement (that's how fast it was). The food was AMAZING. The only thing I didnt like was the servers attitude towards us. We were very nice and polite to her. It just seem like once a certain type of skin color came in she would be happy and cheerful towards them....but gave my husband and I attitude. NOT RIGHT!!! read more

Folks here are super nice. When I ask for a light waffle, it's light. When I ask for regular, it's regular. I placed a big order here yesterday and the only thing missing was cheese in my grits. I was bummed because I just moved and don't have a functional kitchen, so I couldn't just slap a piece of cheese from the house in the bowl. It's usually packed in here. It makes me sad that they're so busy some days they can't take orders over the phone. Those are my jam! I will continue to use this place. read more

My first time at Waffle House. Not a good impression they gave me. I guess they are too popular, so they don't take numbers when guest walk in. When we were there already had 2 tables waiting ahead of us, we were waiting as well. Then a guy and his gf walked in, they didn't give a SH*T about other ppl, just walked right to a empty table, we all looked at him and saying this is not right. Well, this is not suppose to be customers job to point this out. The employee should tell them and I'm sure they saw. Guess what they did, they took the order for them instead of tell them to wait. We were all waiting for so long. That's just GREAT. I guess it's a cheap restaurant, this kind of low quality customers are expected. Food is so not good, made me want to throw up right after. I ordered my meal at 8:20. On the phone I'm told that they're cleaning the grills and it'll be about 15 mins until my food was ready. Okay - cool. I arrive at 8:40 - my food isn't ready and it wasn't even on the grill yet. My food wasn't ready until 9pm. I waited 40 mins for a meal that's usually done in 10 minutes. read more

you can really only give a waffle house so many stars because the food is always the same. But if you're craving their food, this a great one to go to. ive been twice in the morning and its never been too busy. The staff are all friendly and the food came out really fast. Ive been to 3 other waffle houses in the Augusta area and this was by far the cleanest one. Two of the biggest signs of a clean place are how clean the silverware and water cups look, and how clean the high chairs are. We came in with a group, sat down, and everybody els were served way before we even got a drink. And when we finally said something the woman got angry. When one of us ordered a "Texas bacon chicken melt" with no bacon and she got very angry getting on to me for making her change the order. And everything here was sticky and super unclean the health inspected needs to come back. The only booth available was right by a trash can reading of old food. Also one of the pads on the back of the seat was missing with the screws out... Very unsafe in my opinion. I feel like I need to take a shower after coming here, my whole body is sticky. read more
